I was disappointed on the whole because I was looking forward to an amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency. There was no toothpaste in my room. I asked for some body lotion to be sent up and they took 20 minutes by which time I was in the bathroom and the person kept knocking at my door. I had breakfast sent to my room. It was good, but they added on so many charges to it that or doubled in price. I've had more positive experiences in lesser hotels. Visually though, the hotel is up there. I also did not enjoy some weird music that was playing in my room when I got in. It's a hotel room, not a restaurant. If want music, I'll play it myself.
