Always a pleasure to stay here at this property. I usually come once a year for a conference and everyone is always very accommodating here. I chose an executive king room and it was very nice, the only small downside was that it was on the 7th floor and room 717 had water damage to the ceiling which wasn t fixed or mentioned during my entire visit. The hotel was booked, so changing rooms wasn t an option but I made the best of it anyway! Food at the restaurant adjacent to the bar was really great and the grass fed burger was excellent!

Meeting rooms were very nice and meeting staff was very attentive.

I ordered a veggie pizza from the cafe off the lobby late last night and it really was pretty great for a hotel cafe at 1 in the morning!

There is a bit of construction around the hotel but that didn t stop Uber from being able to pick us up!

Thank you Hyatt Regency, see you next year!

Older hotel though still in good shape. Parking is either self at the lot across the street ($19) or valet. Room 914 was in good shape. Shower ceiling could use a little touch up though. View from the room is of the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge and the Dallas prison. Clean cut, friendly Hyatt team.

Horrible! they screwed up our New Year's Eve. We booked a room with a window view of The Reunion Tower , when we got there we did not have a view of the tower we had to sit outside in the freezing weather and watch the fireworks. Which would not be a big deal but we did not dress or plan on this, we planned on a romantic evening in nice warm hotel room with a bottle of champagne. Then we called to say that our mini fridge and RTV we're not working they didn't seem to care a bother to come fix it. Will not book here again unless I absolutely have to.

Love it

The Hyatt Regency Reunion is a beautiful facility. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. Loved everything about it EXCEPT the rooms. The rooms look great and I was impressed when I first arrived. However the walls are PAPER THIN. Last night I was treated to hearing him drop F-Bombs at whoever was on the other end of the phone line. Currently, I am listening to a conference call with him and 3 other people.

Clean place for the most part I stayed here 3 months ago. I was very disappointed in the false advertisement of the bathrooms it only displays you suite bathrooms to make your think your king room with city view will be such when it s definitely not. I wanted to upgrade to a suite and the staff was very very rude kind of shamed me told me the price of the suite like I couldn t afford it . I was very shocked and at that point I didn t even upgrade very rude. And when requested a manger I was told their busy so it wasn t a good experience at all. I m actually have reservations for April 18-21 and I m not excited about it at all have a king room with city view wich shows me pictures of suite room and I know it won t be what is advertised so I don t not recommend staying here if you haven t seen the rooms for self if you going off picks staff is rude .but it is a clean place and due to my job location I m stuck with the reservations for April please SHOP AROUDND FIRST

The location was great. The rooms were nice and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel, and would without a doubt go back.

The facilities are amazing and the staff is too, except for the bartender named kwaku who never seemed happy to be there at all. Messed up my drink, didn't guave me a complementary glass of water (my friend got it) and after I got my stuff I never saw him again so my friend and I just left

I like it

Where do I begin?

First off, beautiful hotel. This place was kept in tip top shape during the convention that I attended, and had plenty of amenities. And the view you got from the lobby elevator was breathtaking, though if you have a fear of heights then beware!

The Reunion Tower was absolutely stunning to see the city from.

The hotel staff were all friendly, and some even got into the theme of the event held there!

I'm definitely looking forward to being able to come back here next year, it should be an absolute blast.

Execellant service but there is one area of improvement; valet. The intent to call the ext. to have our cars ready for checkout was good but ineffective. We were told they're busy. I understand busy but we paid an additional fee for a service that became an inconvenience for us. Valet attendants were great. Out problem was with the valet office not answering the phone.

The Hyatt Regency is a very highend hotel of witch I'm very fond. I had a splendid time their, and what I loved most of them was their impeccable staff, so friendly and of assistance as only possible to dream.. and the view, my let's talk about a view, when you whoever reads this, when you go to Dallas, you must go onto the tower and see that view.

Amazing hotel, the public areas are great and have a lot of options to choose if you want to grab a bite. There's also the Reunion Tower within it, which is just a amazing experience and definetly a must go if you're in Dallas. Overall the experience was great!

Huge hotel adjacent to the CBD. Within walking distance to JFK Museum & Memorial. Good-sized rooms with great views. Amazing foyer. Range of onsite meal options. Access via rail & other ground transport. Reasonable tariff.

Our room was on the 21st floor and had a great view. The room was very clean and modern. The refrigerator didn't work and there was no microwave which wasdisappointing. It was a great location and close to the convention center where we had a convention over the weekend.

Hyatt Regency hotels are a classic example of "You get what you pay for." Elegance, courtesy and relaxation for those who deserve a little more out of their vacation or business trip. Located on the West end of downtown Dallas, and at the hub of the major highways running into Dallas.

I've stayed at various Hyatt Regency hotels on both coasts and multiple cities between, and the quality is consistently high.

The staff are always on the top of their game.

Great hotel, close to the convention center and with direct underground access to the reunion tower.... Only thing I didn't like is it's far from shopping and sightseeing... You have to take a cab or rent a car, and highways are weird in Dallas... At least for me.

This place is something else from the outside. Inside though... restaurants that are always closed or packed and/or overpriced. Nothing else nearby. I went one day without eating lunch when my convention didnt offer any and I just couldnt make it happen in an hour and a half break. View of a freeway. The tunnels to get anywhere else are pretty dicey I wouldn't walk alone or too late.
