Great hotel service was friendly and fast. Possibl...
Great hotel service was friendly and fast. Possibly the fast check in I have ever had.

Comfortable room and nice lobby spaces. The tunnel connecting to downtown needs a little renovation or maybe better policing. The smell was very unfortunate.
It definitely gives the best view of Dallas. I ve posted night and day view. I personally like the night view better. Best time to go is little before sunset so you can experience both. They ve good staff.
Nice hotel. Scenery is amazing. Great services throughout the hotel. Elegant and very modern.
Rooms are very very clean. Service is impeccable! Had a GREAT salad from the bar! Couldn't believe it
My name is ceasr benitez and I had an amazing time with my son and would love to come back and the food was amazing
Beautiful hotel, great location, very comfortable, and wonderful staff
Nice place. Helpful staff. Good accommodations. Can't complain.
Came here for a professional event and the service is amazing. People here are super nice and rooms are above par. Would recommend
Beautiful, stylish and comfortable rooms. The conference rooms and navigating around the hotel for a work conference was confusing, and the elevator wait was frustrating during busy times, but all in all it was a positive experience.
What a magnificent hotel. Love the styling and view. All the support staff were very gracious and helpful. Great event space with lots of room.
Good conditions, American breakfast, downside of the trains.
A last minute trip to visit some wineries we had never visited before and found this gem less than 10 minute away from several wineries. Immaculate hotel, easy highway access, excellent free breakfast and excellent staff. The indoor pool and hot tub are very clean. The free breakfast was outstanding. Fresh cut fruit with pineapples, cantaloupe, grapes and orange sections...
The bar and restaurants are nice and staff was great. But We will not be staying at this hotel again. Pillows were like rocks and beds were horrible. In our room there is a door that led to other rooms it was locked but you can hear the slightest sound from the people staying in other room. Just was not happy with this hotel at all.
A little more on the expensive side but definitely worth it in my opinion
Hayti Hotel in Dallas was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in it was clean smelt very nice very pretty and friendly people.
It's a large Hotel in Jerry Town. Nothing special, unless your a Cowboys Fan.
This hotel was very dirty upon entering the front doors. You would think someone would be sanitizing the doors and keeping them clean at all times but no. And it gets worse. The room was filthy. Thank goodness I brought my Lysol spray and wipes because you could tell that none of the cleaning staff wiped down any of the surfaces, walls or cleaned the carpet. There literally was dirt and grime on everything. It seems as tho the beds were just changed out and that s it. I advise anyone wanting to stay here to seriously reconsider because I have never seen such a dirty room like this one before. Ugh gross!
Top hotel, great for conferences maybe not ideal for a holiday
Nice rooms, really good choices for food right in the hotel.
Only slept there sure to a delayed flight but they were very accommodating. We slept great!
I love this hotel and the staff. They are very welcoming, comfortable rooms, the admimities are some of many, and the staff was very friendly and eager to help.
I stayed at the hotel for a conference at Union Station. The hotel is connected to Union Station so the location was perfect. It was also less than a $30 Uber from DFW. The room was nice. The restaurant 560 had an amazing view of the city and excellent sushi.
The stuff at the Hyatt Regency will take you on a shuttle to nearby stores during your stay there. They give coupons for nearby stores that give deals. Their room service is fantastic and the food is extremely good there, like French toast with berries. Usually the inside of the hotel like this one, had a fountain and really beautiful aesthetics. While we were there, there was a conference going on and it was extremely crowded which is the reason for my 4 stars. The elevators were preoccupied with students and we had trouble catching one within 5 minutes. Other than that if it wasn't so crowded, it would have been five stars. I accidentally went to the wrong Hyatt Regency in Dallas and ended up at the one near the airport of Dallas-Fort Worth. It was much more relaxed and not as crowded and I really would have rather been at that hotel then the 300 Reunion.
Location is good. Near downtown. We walked to parts of downtown but you'll probably want to drive. Room was very comfortable (great view). Service was good, too. The front desk hooked me up with a tooth brush and paste when I forgot it.
The room had roaches, the mini fridge was not getting cold, other than that it was a good hotel beautiful and the staff was pleasant.
Great place, very clean and the staff was awesome. The reason i didn't give it 5 stars is that when I needed a cart for my luggage it wasn't available and we had to walk our luggage to the car in the parking area down the hill.
Very clean, Awesome environment. Finding the road to the entrance is a little tricky. Breakfast buffet is encredible. Ask for Dana, very sweet and Awesome.
Poor service, mold in shower, not enough towels in room (and lots of attitude when I asked for more), self parking was free, but far from hotel despite valet being closed and attached garage was empty.
We stayed at this hotel because the conference was there. We also visited family in the area. It was a very good choice for the entire stay. Well located for both reasons and the food at the buffet breakfasts were very good
It's just alright for the price you pay. Don't expect the nice luxury of a grand hyatt. At least they have a rooftop terrace to get away from it all though.
Upscale place, close enough to several downtown attractions. Great view of downtown from the room. The only gripe was the TV remote not working properly.
We stayed for the NYE package to see the fireworks at the Reunion Tower. Great show, very nice hotel with nice amenities.
Very nice rooms, comfortable beds and nice showers. Beautiful event spaces and lobby areas, and reunion tower gives great views of downtown Dallas
I've stayed here on several business trips. Until they stop aiding and abetting hate groups like the NRA, never again.
This was one of the most beautiful hotel I've stayed at and the customer service was exquisite. Plus the views of the city will take your breathe away.
We enjoyed the trip up the tower on a weekday. Doess provide a birds eye view of the city. We also had lunch in the cloud 9 restaurant above the deck. The food was really tasty and the spinning deck was nice.
Came here for a "staycation", usually we stay at cheap dumpy places. The property is gorgeous and the service is impeccable.
Great service. Handled the conference crowd well. A bit far from anything else, so makes it good for conferences, but tough if you need a quick something.
By the location being in the Heart of Dallas it was very different with the additional Hotel guests from the Lake Charles LA area being there it was MORE Ghetto than normal hopefully my husband and I can return back soon when there is no Hurricane victims there.
Wonderful cleaning service, great food in the lobby, and mostly the beautiful scenery!
I attended a meeting for business purposes. We were in one of the smaller conference rooms, which was set up nicely for the purpose. Breakfast and lunch were provided. I was impressed with the quality of the food and attentiveness of the staff.
Nice hotel, right by downtown; the only thing is that it's surrounded by roads and highways.
Horrible experience. First, we found petrified pizza in our fridge. Then saw ants near the bed. I cannot tell you how many times I requested to speak to a manager. I can tell you they never came. I've gotten better service at the Motel 6. I expected much more from an alleged 4-star hotel.
The rooms are nice but this place has NO CONCEPT OF SERVICE. You call guest services to let them know the refrigorators don't cool. Their solution "No problem, just grab some ice from the machine". Then the ice machine is broken...their solution, " just go down to the next floor"....try four different floors looking for an ice machine that works. Buy a beer from the store in the lobby..."no bottle opener but there's one in your room". ...Nope. Call guest services....wait 30 mins....call back and you're told to "be patient it may take up to 15 minutes"....30 minutes more.....still nothing. If your looking for a bare bones flop house, this is it. Just don't expect any service. And the food in the restaurants is bland.
I left my jewelry bag in my room ( with my wedding ring in it) and didn t realize it until I flew home. I called the hotel right away and Jazzy Van help me right away. She was able to find my jewelry bag and a FedEx it back to me within three days. I am so grateful for the staff at the Hyatt Regency and would recommend this hotel for their high integrity and compassion, while I was very upset about possibly losing my wedding ring.
Thank you Jazzy and staff
Awesome service at the bar. Good prices and good drinks.
Went for a corporate event. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
Very nice hotel. My only issue is that an employee tried to come in the room while we were in there having an intimate moment. It happened a second time the next morning. Very awkward...and ruined the moment, and basically our entire time there.
Excellent service from the hotel staff, to the restaurant staff and all the attendees inside and out. Absolutely clean environment and well tended to. The only gripe I'll mention was just the fact that the beds were too stiff and the pillows oddly uncomfortably that caused me to have neck pain all weekend; even with two of them. Though that could of been remedied if I had brought my own so just gotta keep that in mind. But other than, being the only reason I'm not giving a full 5 star rating.
My first experience with a Hyatt Property......I was IMPRESSED...WOW! Who knew customer service and attention to detail could be achieved at a level beyond normal expectations? If this is a place you can fit in your plans......you should try it, at least once! Well worth the money!! Clean!Comfy! Quiet! Smelled great!! Food -delish! People-HAPPY!!! TRY Hyatt.....you just have to!!
This is a great hotel as the reviews reflect however my 10th floor room is right next to the train tracks. The trains are noisy and run all night. I finally got to sleep about 1am and it all started up ungainly at 5am. I m considering moving out of the hotel because of this.
It's extremely nice and clean. The staff has been awesome.
