Excellent service, great location, nice facilities. Room wasn't quite as good as normal but still a good stay.

Fantastic location, room and staff willing to go above and beyond. I love trains. There is a train line on the front facing side of the building. If you are a light sleeper, ask for an interior room.

Among other things, because they kept my birthday sumptuously, the service was fast !!

Waited an hour for valet due to ball. Huge payment line that moved very slow. Then waited for car. Then missing item... Valet stole cup of quarters! Otherwise I'm sure great.

We went to the hotel to visit Reunion tower. The staff was friendly and helpful and the area was clean and well maintained. The views from the tower were great.

Very nice staff. Poor condition of hotel rooms. We attempted to stay here and were sent to three rooms, each smelling progressively worse. First two smelled badly of smoke with attempt to cover with cleaning spray. The third, they sent someone ahead, and they sprayed HEAVILY with room deodorizer. We walked in and my eyes stung there was so much chemical spray. The lobby was nice and smelled fine. But room smell is not acceptable. If you any sense of smell, I would advise against this hotel until they change carpet and paint that looks like it was last done in the 1990s.

Nice rooms and good service. Meal options are good in the hotel, but there isn't much else within walking distance. Food and drink prices are very high. Train tracks run beside the building and can be noisy if you are on that side.

The room was great including room service however, the front desk staff not the friendliest, dealt with 2 different receptionist and both had a bad attitude but everyone else at the bar and other amenities were great. Not sure if I would book at this hotel again there are many other choices and better pricing.

The hotel is really wonderful and is also connected to the reunion tower, one of the attractions of downtown Dallas. There is free Wi-Fi for all guests in the room and anywhere in the hotel, which is really convenient. The rooms are nice and guest services are responsive. The shower water pressure id high enough to feel good after a long day of travel. In general everything is good.

Some of our team attended a dental conference and expo here. It was a short stay but everything was great. Very kind and courteous staff. The customer service after our stay is the reason for my review. I contacted customer service via the website regarding a very tasty gluten free muffin I had from the coffee shop. They contacted me back shortly after to let me know they would forward my request for the recipe to the pastry department. A pastry chef sent me an email with the full recipe. WOW! I love that all of the food is made in house and that they took the time to share the recipe. I will definitely return!

The room and front desk service were up to par. There was a tear in the sheets on one of the queen beds but that is minor. The concern was the unfairness and discrimination experienced on the 2nd-floor bar. We (3 African Americans) arrived at 1:49 pm to the bar and were informed by the Hispanic bartender "we don't open until 2, so you can sit at another table." Not even 10 seconds later a Caucasian male was seated and served a beer. Also, a Caucasian female was seated at the same bar. Why weren't these two individuals told to sit at another table? Why was the Caucasian male served prior to 2 pm but the 3 African Americans weren't? When the Hispanic female bartender was questioned she stated "I had to check with the waitress." Her response does not make sense. She was obviously unapologetic and tried to find an excuse for her actions. This is unacceptable. We are good enough to pay > $1000 for lodging at the Hyatt, but not good enough to be served at the bar. I would think the Hyatt Regency has staff with better tact. I hope others do not have to encounter a negative experience and discrimination as we did.

Attended a conference at the Hyatt regency hotel - what a beautiful structure! The staff was helpful and parking was affordable.

This Hotel is HUGE. We visited St. Patrick's weekend so it was quite busy, so there was a little wait to check in and valet took about 20mins to bring my car around, but that's to be expected. Rooms were clean, spacious and looked recently remodeled

Had a beautiful room and view. Staff was super helpful when I needed them. Checkin and out was super easy. Food a little pricey, but good.

This hotel has a massive amount of space and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. A wonderful place to bed down.

Attened a professional confrence with a three night stay. Service from all staff memmbers was great. Flight got me to town at 10:30 in the morning and they were able to get me into my room early. Selection and quality of food was amazing. Comfortable and clean rooms. All in all a great place.

I only went to pick up a person, but he gave me excellent reference, convenient and fast lobby.

Was excited that my company had me booked in this hotel for our annual conference because it had better reviews than the one we stayed at last year. However, once I checked in that quickly changed. Huge delay in getting checked in and then they gave myself and a coworker a single bed. Explained that we are both big guys and the only solution is a child's twin cushion to sit on the floor. Went to the front desk and explained we're both big guys(I'm 6'5, 250 lbs and I'm the smaller of us), but they said there wasn't a solution other than a $50 credit. Unless that credit can be used at my chiropractor it's absolutely useless to me. This would be a negative star if that was an option.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating, and the hotel itself is so clean and so beautiful. I would love to stay here again!

The only downside I would say if you're trying to get to sleep early, ask for a room NOT near the bar. My room was right upstairs from it and the noise carried until past midnight, but that was fine with me.

I stayed in the hotel cause my husband was a guest in an event from his work and the was beautiful and clean and the service was good, I would like to be back for personal reasons

Massive hotel, very clean with gorgeous rooms! The elevator system quickly became clogged that first day but it was mostly under control by day 2.
The bar and restaurant are nice albeit pricey. I wouldnt say the location is very convenient but the hotel is gorgeous and the staff was very polite.

Pros: Great service from check-in to check-out; Rooms with great views; Very clean; Great restaurant options Cons: The noise from the atrium can be bothersome at night. You can mitigate this by packing ear plugs and requesting to stay on a higher floor.

Great location. Beds are comfortable. Don't get a room near the balcony. You'll hear patron's in the bar area all day.

Spectacular staff, fantastic room. I went to a party in the West wing. The staff was hardly noticeable, quick, and incredibly efficient. The room itself was extravagant, but not overwhelmingly, and I appreciated the design. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!
