This place is amazing, it makes you feel grand. It's clean and welcoming, the people are really nice and helpful. The pillows are juat out of this world and the mattress like clouds. It was one of the best night sleep I've had in a long time. It was expensive but worth every penny.

If you say you're pet friendly but charge more than the room rate to bring a dog in the room, you should not say you're pet friendly. You're turning up your nose to your customers. For those wondering, the pet FEE (not deposit) is $150.

A very nice hotel in downtown Dallas, service is quick and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, though they're starting to age a bit, it's still a nice hotel to stay at when traveling to Dallas.

Housekeeping emptied my room on first day of two day stay. Some recovered from lost and found. Some toiletries were replaced by front desk. Some stuff unable to be replaced. Front desk didn't even apologize on check out, no less offer to replace items or offer compensation.

Happy New year!... This was a great place to take the family overnight for new years the fireworks display on reunion tower which is part of the hotel was the best we've ever seen and we've seen A lot, Even though the Dallas ball caught on fire afterwards It just added to the excitement, We will definitely be going back next year for new years eve, less the fire and evacuation perhaps , but Hey , I'd be up for it all over again if it did, it was a supper good time!

We were there to discuss an event. Richard, whose title I am unsure of, met us at the door and was exceptionally cordial. We were provided a thorough tour of the spacious ballroom and services provided by the hotel. After meeting with multiple locations capable of handling a larger event, the Hyatt was by far the easiest to work with and the most accommodating. We are looking forward to working with Richard and the Hyatt staff in the future. I'll be sure to post a follow up after the event.

Update: This took an unfortunate turn. We were promised a contract within a few days and did not receive it. Phone calls were not answered or responded to for nearly a week. Once we finally did hear back, we were notified that a company with an event on a different day had decided they may want the day we were verbally guaranteed. The over promising followed by lack of consistent communication is disappointing. We decided to take our event elsewhere.

I only gave it a 1 star because I could not rate it a ZERO! Things were taken from our room, ultimately 2 workers were fired! The customer service is ridiculous, you call corporate and get promised a call back from that person ,then you get a call from the hotel itself again. The last person I spoke to was a Director who was the worst of the bunch by yelling at me and interrupting me when I tried to talk. Needless to say 1st and last time I stay at a Hyatt Regency Hotel. Very dissatisfied that our mini honeymoon was ruined.

Very beautiful hotel, with nice scenery, amazing service, good rooms, and awesomely nice employees. Will come again, worth it. The entire building is truly unique too, which makes it one of a kind and interesting to visit

Hotel staff is VERY professional and accommodating. I'm small and look young, I'm often treated like a child, but they never looked at me like that and always helped me out when needed and weren't patronizing. I don't eat much, and they had no problem letting me order off the kid's menu at the resturaunts. They're very quick to solve any issues.

Also, resturaunts on the 2nd floor are very fast and tasty, their staff is also very good (I'm sure it's still hotel staff).

We went to the hotel for my husbands company xmas party and it was amazing! They met all expectations and more. I had medication that needed to be kept cold and the fridge in our room wasn't working and when we got back from our errand they had already replace the fridge. Just an all around beautiful place..

Very nice hotel. Great bar, views from the room, and great service. My only problem was 25 minute wait for my car at valet. I know it was checkout time, but I would think that would be accounted for.

Stayed during the Texas Furry Fiesta convention. A lovely hotel, firmly in the Hyatt tradition, though still rather new at handling large conventions. Overscheduled convention spaces and a lack of available parking were major annoyances. For non-convention purposes, though, their rooms and service are amazing. (Oh... And if you miss it, the ice bucket is generally stored inside the wastebasket. The room documents do not mention this.)

The valet and parking situation was atrocious. If they opened the larger, closer parking garage to guests and had valet park out by the road, the bottleneck would be much better. It seems this is structured to secure additional revenue and not for the guest experience. There is not a serve yourself coffee table like most hotels have
Instead there is an extremely over priced coffee shop downstairs. This place seems to be geared to constantly extract more money from guests than having reasonable access to simple coffee and parking.

Public parking is not convenient as it isn't close to the main entrance or easy to walk to. Price for parking is about as expected. Facilities seem pretty nice - at least for the event I was attending.

My 21 year-old son & his friends enjoyed a "Furry" Fest convention at the Reunion Tower Hyatt Regency a couple weeks ago in downtown Dallas.

I went to visit my son at the convention because, since he graduated from high school, he lives two hours away. He was in Dallas for the event.

The convention's amenities were pretty good (which, surely, the venue the Hyatt had something to do with)! Nothing over-the-top, though. No hovering hotel staff...just a laid-back, enjoyable evening...

Love when a venue gets it JUST right.

Oddly designed room (sliding doors to the bathroom that slam together and you have to hold together to lock. Spare amenities and random parking charges, good thing I checked my account or I would have been charged for phantom vehicles.

We had lunch with a loved from out of town who was there for the book club. It would have been nice to sit at a dining table instead of the bar lounge where it was a little hard to hear our conversation at times. The food was very good and presented well, with friendly staff
