Beautiful hotel and a fantastic view of the tower.
Such an amazing interiors and exteriors of the hotel design.
Very clean, comfortable and updated rooms.
Many of the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.
However my checking in was awful the lady that check me in need proper customer service train as she was lacking in it (she was a bit rude, not even a smile nor did she address me by my name. She only said are you checking in, can I help you).

Three staff with excellent outstanding customer service that went above and beyond to make my family and my stay great was:-
1). Julio Pulido (front desk staff) - he corrected the rude lady who check us in.
2). Cynthia Khaled (concierge staff) - she went out of her way to show is sites of Dallas and advise us of place to go and places to eat.
3). Tia (reaturant manager) - she made sure all her diners were happy and she was always helping.

I would return and defiantly recommend to family, friends & work colleagues.

I came here for the TMTA convention. This is a very nice hotel with really modern guest rooms and decor. Also very fancy, but the hotel can be noisy as Union Station is nearby. Overall, great hotel. Nice, modern rooms, great decor, and breathtaking elevators!

Incompetent staff, horrible valet, really overpriced. We were met with a free downgrade from our King to a double Queen for a convention. Also, they booked several dance competitions and volleyball tournaments so there were kids running around day and night. Also there was nowhere to sit and the lines were really long, and we were chased out of the restaurant by a waiter who pretended he couldn't speak English.

Had a quite nite but guess it wasn't what i thought it was. The rooms they advertised wasn't no where near what i had. Maybe i didn't spend enough for the real executive suite$$$!!! Walk a long walk to hotel from parking lot(shuttle would be nice).

Really terrific experience from the beginning until the end of the trip. I ended up having to leave a day early for an emergency and the front desk folks were lovely. All of the service folks had a great attitude and really delivered. Great food, too!

It is my 21st birthday. Contrary to the usual tradition I am staying here while I attend the Tony Robbins event with my family (3 adults including myself and a preteen). I had one drink at the bar to celebrate and then came up to the room and was talking with my family while we unpacked. They had hung a 21st birthday sign on the door to the room and just given me a few gifts including a birthday sash to wear to the event tomorrow. It was 12:30am and we were laughing but not talking incredibly loud when a man who worked for the hotel knocked on our door. He was incredibly rude as he told us we were too loud which we did not feel was the case. Had he been friendly and maybe said happy birthday (the banner was still on the door so he clearly saw) we would have taken it with a grain of salt and apologized. I can honestly say this is some of the worst treatment I have ever received at a hotel. I understand that someone complained about noise but this person made the assumption of a full blown party because of a sign on the door and was rude and hostile toward me and my family. After this trip we will NEVER stay here again nor would we recommend it to anyone.

The restaurants were clearly overwhelmed by the conference in the hotel. The wait for a table was always at least 45 minutes. Service after being seated was extremely slow. I would recommend leaving the hotel to eat.

I have stayed her several times. It a great place to stay when you come to downtown Dallas. It's right across from Union Station so you can catch a train to just about anywhere. Even Amtrak.

I have stayed at this hotel before without any complaints, however this year the reservation was wrong and we had three ugly guest in our room waiting for us. NOT HAPPY that I am paying $ 200 + for a roach infested room.

The pool is tiny and most of the shops and restaurants stayed closed or closed early. For the expensive cost, it wasn't worth the money. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

I was in this hotel for free, along with thousands of people from around the world, thanks to a company that rewards those who, working with passion, get specific objectives (thank you). The facility is huge with fountains and water features, pool, fitness center, etc. but also shops, ATMs, bars, conference rooms etc. Located in one of the Dallas skyscrapers with 6 fast elevators to the rooms. I was on the 20th floor where, in the morning, I enjoyed a spectacular sunrise with the sun rising from the other skyscrapers. Dallas city where J. F. Kennedy was killed (The X indicates the point on the road where he was killed).

Fantastic hotel with clean, modern rooms and a variety of amenities.

Staff was friendly as could be for our convention and there was no issue of note.

The restaurants inside are also quite decent, as is the bar (Albeit I'd advise avoiding the well gin, as it wasn't quite to my standards)

If you want a great view of the city, be sure to check out their city view suites on the higher floors. A few bucks extra but absolutely stunning.

The third-floor terrace also provides a great place to gather and an amazing view of the hotel itself, along with Reunion Tower.

Customer service is top notch! Super clean, free bottle water during stay, convenience store with healthy whole food options, restaurant, texting room service option and location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Many of the bar staff was very rude and derogatory to the convention goers during tff last year. I was laughed at by a lady behind the bar when I ordered a drink. She walked away from me to laugh with a coworker just to come back and be condescending. If I wanted to be treated this way I'd pay less than 2 grand for my entire stay and go spend less at a hotel six.

I injoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. When I came up to Dallas for my high school reunion back in September of 2016. The room was wonderful. I love the glass elavaters. From Sabrina.
