Great hotel. Very nice rooms, although the bathroom sliding door in my room was broken. Good location. Awesome spaces for events. Very well trained staff.

We valeted at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. And made our way to Reunion Tower. People we very kind. Hoping we can stay at this hotel next time. Reunion tower was a blast.
Amazing place and great food..service is outstanding!! Coming back for sure
Nice place, didn't stay long. Just visiting and dropping off some items.
I stayed here for a business trip recently and had several rooms booked for my team. Andrea in res was very patient when I called the night before and ran through everyone's reservation to make sure everything was all sorted. Lakita at the front desk checked me in and even moved me to a higher room with a great view which was very kind. Overall a great hotel and a great experience.
Very nice, spacious rooms. Entire hotel is super clean. Great service.
I was there as a booth assistant for the Dealer's Den at Texas Furry Fiesta. The whole experience was great, and the building itself was gorgeous. It all seemed very professional, but the parking lots were very far from the entrance of the building, and even the closest one was so small that only about 100 cars could be parked there. Besides that, it was a great experience.
My first time in Dallas in 40 years the Hyatt was great and their Restaurants Perfect !
Hotel was fine. Parking experience was terrible. After parking under the entrance awning I was asked whether I would be using the valet or self park. I informed the valet that I would be self parking and I proceeded to unload passengers and baggage and headed to the check-in counter. Shortly after reaching the counter a valet asked for my keys so that they could move my car because it was in the middle lane which they use for switching vehicles. The lane in question has no markings or signage designating that I could not park there. I told them that for security reasons I would be getting my room key (required for self park in the lot down the block and across the street) and moving the vehicle myself in short order. I was already being checked in at this point and no more than 2 minutes later I was greeted by a second valet with the same request. Neither was very polite.
Went here for a conference. They rooms were comfortable and updated. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient.
Nice place
Maintenance fast
Outside of building to many looks like homeless, acouple beggers
Private event for a wedding rehearsal. The food and service was fabulous.
Everything was wonderful, very clean, and very modern too
Was here for a job interview. Beautiful rooms, views, and lovely people.
Elegant, sophisticated. Only saw the meeting rooms, but quite impressed.
excellent experience I worked the New Year's Eve event it was exhilarating and a good experience for everyone that was there
Excellent Hotel !!! The service and attention for the client
No Airport shuttle, but great spot once you arrive. The food is tasty the view great.
It is the honestly best hotel I've been to so high class
Totally worth the cost while visiting the Dallas area. Try to budget for valet service, it's a big help that takes a lot of planning off your plate.
Large and modern rooms. Good view on downtown. Good convention center
Nice clean room, upscale, and affordable. The only reason I did not give the hotel a five is the pool was really small.
Biggest hotel I have been in. I will say the one thing that isn't so great is paying 29.00 per day for valet parking. And it's 12.00 a day to park your car yourself. The hotel is pricey enough without the added cost. They do have four different restaurants on site and sightseeing downtown is easy and within walking distance. Staff is friendly, rooms are very comfortable and for such a large hotel the noise level is minimal. Great place, I will be back.
Very nice experience with the AVID Summer Institute at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas. Beautiful ballroom for the general session.
This hotel is everything I hoped it would be. The staff is quick and kind, our suite was absolutely stunning. It has a gorgeous view of the city. The room was kept very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Even the gift shop had a neat little deal going on. I was highly impressed with the Hyatt Regency. I would definitely recommend, and would easily return.
Nice hotel with great views. The bar on the second floor has some great drink as well as 560.
This is a must go rather you are visiting or a resident the view is amazing
While I was only sightseeing for an event at the time, the grounds and facilities we toured were quite impressive and well-maintained; looking forward to our upcoming convention experience
Hotels to stay at where ever their are hotels near home or airports
Very big and nice hotel plus you can visit attractions near this hotel
Nice hotel in walking distance to the convention center with great staff. You can definitely get a good workout in the fitness center and the onsight restaurants are very tasty. Self parking was convenient but if you have a lot of luggage or someone with a disability then drop everything off before parking because there is a hill. If you are staying for a multi day sports tournament and want to save a little money, then I recommend stopping by the store for drinks and supplies to create snack bags. There is a very small fridge/cooler for perishables.
It is located in Downtown Dallas. It is gorgeous and very nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have a fitness center and am outdoor pool which is so relaxing to just look at let alone swim in. The employees are very polite & helpful.
We enjoyed our stay! Comfy bed, premiere view, breakfast buffet was delicious and loved the hastiness and professionalism of the valet. Great hotel!
Everything it was good except a lady who work at the coffee shop,
She was really disrespectful,
But the managers apologies
Otherwise everything was nice..
Very friendly staff, good place for a conference with nice conference facilities. The rooms have been upgraded and all have Google Chrome Cast.
The facilities were very nice for a conference and the staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that they exclusively served Pepsi products (personal preference). Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.
Nice enough hotel, but so many malfunctions! No hot water for long periods of time, SkyTower rooms only serviced by 2 elevators which take forever! Bar staff have an attitude. The rest of the staff are amazing and can't do more for you and earn this place an extra star IMHO!
I have been in Hotels that have cheaper rates and better accomodations.
Fantastic location, easy parking, a real pleasure to visit and easy access from the interstate as well. The food that was catered was first class.
Amazing view, friendly staff, very accommodating. The view from the top to see Dallas is incredible. The restaurant on the 2nd floor not bad food. Taxis are always at the front. If u need a tooth brush, they will give you one....lol.
Attended a conference here. Very nice meeting spaces and good food.
Service was great! Location is a little out of the way, but there are enough rental bikes scattered around the area to get around
Nice place. A little congested in the main entrance.
Loved it, great service and the food was delicious. Met some really nice people. Had an excellent view of downtown Dallas.
Very nice and spacious room. Nice facilities. Valet was a bit of a rushed, chaotic experience. Very pleased with the hotel experience overall.
