I went in to price out a new Honda Accord and was greeted by one of your salesman, Stephen Adams. He was a pleasure to work with and I did not feel the normal pressure I normally feel while looking for a car. I still have not decided whether or not I can afford it but if I can I will surely be back to deal with Stephen. Could not have been happier with my experience!

So disappointed in this dealership. My factory ins...

So disappointed in this dealership. My factory installed rear window tinting starting bubbling all over after 4 years. I can t even see out the back window. I went to Honda and they never got back to me, after a week I had to call them, and they said they wouldn t cover fixing it. I then asked could they at least quote me a price to fix it. Bob said they would, but I never heard back from them. Last Honda I buy from them.

I visited Honda Universe recently to just look for cars, not ready to buy but wanted to see what options were out there. The salesman I met was John McGraw. John was very helpful and knowledgeable and above all wasn't pushy. He showed me the vehicles available in my price range along with the options available. I will definitely recommend John to my friends and I will be going back there shortly to make a purchase.

even though everyone offers to help...don't believe it...bought a car and it needed touch up paint and the sale managers said no problem will mail it right away..it is over a month still nothing..they also had my registration paperwork ready, asked for it to be mailed..took about 3 days for the envelope to be sent via usps...and no one picks up a phone always voice mail..but i am happy with the car..

If you want a deal, you'll get it. You'll just hav...

If you want a deal, you'll get it. You'll just have to work for it. Unlike dealerships that make their money by buying/trading/selling a lot of units, Honda Universe makes their money off the cost of the car. So you'll have to negotiate to get your price. But they'll work with you, so you will get it. I'll go back to Honda Universe, because the people I worked with are friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Customer service is important to me, and in my opinion, their customer service warrants my business.

My wife and I came in to Honda Universe last Saturday and were so impressed with our experience which started with John McGraw in Customer Service. He was outstanding! He left no stone unturned and found us the Odyssey that we wanted. He introduced us to Neil Goldstein who had a lot of patience with us as we were deciding on our final color and interior. Neil made the process so easy and low stress. You guys really were great and we are appreciative of that service. Once we decided on our vehicle we met Nick Salerno who finalized every detail with ease and patience. Many thanks and will recommend you to friends and family!

We just leased a brand new car here, & I must say the staff was amazing. We got the perfect car for my husband to commute to and from Brooklyn everyday (Honda civic). We never felt pressured or uncomfortable like we did when purchasing my new car right down the street at Pinebelt. Can t wait to trade my Jeep in to get a civic. Love the car. Definitely recommend this place when looking for a vehicle.

I strongly recommend not having a tune up done there.the service department actually tried to charge me 400.00 just to replace 6 ekg spark plugs which only cost 10.00 a piece.i was being charge 28.00 for each! plus labor less than an 1.5 hours.shame on you honda universe smh.

Paul was attentive and really worked with the list of desirables I came into the dealership looking for. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to make this car buying experience extremely positive. If I would be able to give 0 stars I would! Customer service means nothing for them they over charge, and if you ask them to do anything they won't do It unless you pay extra for it!

My oddesey was hit in the passenger corner and the airbag light went on so I gave it in to be fixed and asked that while they take off the bumper they should just push all the parts back into place they didn't touch it my van never got fixed they decided I "needed" a new battery charged me $292.00!!!!!! THEY HAVE NO SHAME IN ROBBING YOU FROM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
They told me to call an extension number that nobody answers left messages and nothing...

What an embarrassment to Honda!

Family member recently purchased a Honda from this dealership. The customer service was great especially before the final signatures, promises were made but not kept. Honesty and professionalism should be a added plus in this business. Promises should be kept, not made just to get the commission. Evidently, George aka"Famous" does not have these qualities, he is unprofessional, rude, and disrepectful. George aka "Famous" promised new tires as the ones on the car are balded. He was reached out to several times, he ignored the calls or gave some off the wall excuse, he says he is not threatened by calls to Corporate. Wow! Something's very wrong here. George aka "Famous" you need to keep your promises. Not good for your company in the long run. Remember, "Customer is always right" especially in this case. Let your conscience be your guide, reconsider your promises and the right thing.

Brought in my CRV to have my battery changed and they had the shuttle drive me home (5 min drive). They said the repair would be 45 minutes to an hour and they would pick me up. It took a little longer then expected but they had the shuttle pick me up when the repairs were finished.
They went out of their way to satisfy the inconvenience of the extra wait time which is really respectful of them.

As a first time buyer it was obvious I wouldn't be buying a car that day when I went into Honda universe, but the staff treated me no differently than a serious buyer. Answered all of my questions, laid out all of my buying options. They even took time to explain and teach me a lot about the car buying process. Neil Goldstein was my salesman he was great! Very friendly, intelligent and professional.

Waste of a trip !! Do not go to look at the car (test drive) unless you absolutely clarify the vehicle is available.. Most of the cars shown on internet are not in inventory, also they like to put the advertising cost of internet on the customers.
The sales man and manager are forcing you to buy the car on same day. They do not allow you to make your own decisions always putting pressure on you.

After a long day of car shopping and dealing with pushy salesmen trying to take advantage of my limited car knowledge, I reluctantly stopped at Honda Universe. I was greeted by Steve Adams, and immediately felt at ease. He was very patient, knowledgable, amicable, and most importantly, not pushy at all. I did not leave with a car on this visit, but know that when I am ready to commit, I will be leaving with a car from Honda Universe with the awesome guidance from Steve.

Just left the service department after meeting 2 VERY, VERY HELPFUL, MOST PLEASANT customer service people I ever met, Shawna and John. They helped me get a copy of my receipt from several months ago. They not only provided me with the service order printout, they even made the effort to look for the original invoice and made a photo copy of it.

It s been a very stressful day for me today but the KINDNESS AND VERY PLEASANT PERSONALITY of these 2 people really made my day. Unfortunately we no longer encounter these type of service people nowadays so I m not letting this past without giving them the credit they truly deserve.

I hope these 2 get promoted so they can train and pass on the awesome customer service attitude they provide.

John McGraw has been a pleasure to work with. When I purchased my car almost a year ago I had some outstanding issues I needed resolved. Busy life got in the way and I wasn t able to stay on top of it. John stayed in contact with me and worked around my schedule. He was able to get my car in the shop and get me a loaner car no questions asked. I will purchase another car from Honda Universe strictly because of the service I received from John. Nice place, organized. They ensure you are comfortable while shopping (offering coffee and such). They were upfront about the typical starting prices of their available cars, and did take the time to talk with me about options even when they realized they were outside my budget. They called back a few times after I left to ask if I was still shopping for a car, but still didn't have anything in my budget (which was a bit frustrating for them to call to tell me they had nothing for me).

The mechanic did not solve the problem, have had problems with maintenance before. Then went there recently sgsin for an oil change and complained about the same problem with my alarm system and, for the second time, did not find the problem, nor fix it. Also, they leased a car to me that i paid for as new and then discovered later it already had 350 miles on it.

The service department here is absolutely awful. I bought a used truck about a month ago from this dealer and as part of the deal they threw in two new tires since the ones on the truck were bald. Fast forward to the next week when the tires come in, I was told by the service desk that I wouldn't need an appointment even though I asked to make one. Get to the dealership and talk to the service manager Tony (I think) who promptly tells me there's no tires there for my truck and the service desk was wrong. He tells me this without even bothering to look at any paperwork at the desk. Sure enough finally when he actually looked at the papers, the tires ARE there and they take the truck in. It took them four hours to change two tires, and on top of it they broke a tire pressure sensor! The guy says no big deal they'll order me another one at no cost to me but they don't have any in stock. He then tries to send me on my way with no documentation that the broke the sensor! Fast forward another three weeks, not a single call, text, or email from the service department. The sales process was okay but the service department is AWFUL. If you do buy from them, take your vehicle elsewhere for service.

TLRD; Service department broke a part, said they'd fix it and never did.

This was my third time looking for a car in a deal...

This was my third time looking for a car in a dealership and it seems to have be an intimidating process in the past. This time I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of dealing with my sales rep John McGraw. I enjoyed the personal conversation and how he listened to my wants and needs for what I was looking for. I knew I still had to go home and discuss the decision with my husband and I felt no pressure from John to make the deal at the time of the proposal. He followed up and even remembered details that we spoke about. I am extremely happy and can't wait to drive off in my new Honda Pilot! I appreciate John and Anthony making my experience a great one and I will definitely be back!

There was a time when I could say this dealership was wonderful, but my new experiences are quite the opposite. Salesman Danny P does not followup emails or phone messages or convey the correct legal information. The sales manager is extremely rude and unsympathetic. I found him to convey the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't think their lack of professionalism should be reflective of the Honda product but I would take my business to another dealership. The customer relations manager John M is very accommodating but the manager Glenn S was rude and insensitive.
