The service department here is absolutely awful. I bought a used truck about a month ago from this dealer and as part of the deal they threw in two new tires since the ones on the truck were bald. Fast forward to the next week when the tires come in, I was told by the service desk that I wouldn't need an appointment even though I asked to make one. Get to the dealership and talk to the service manager Tony (I think) who promptly tells me there's no tires there for my truck and the service desk was wrong. He tells me this without even bothering to look at any paperwork at the desk. Sure enough finally when he actually looked at the papers, the tires ARE there and they take the truck in. It took them four hours to change two tires, and on top of it they broke a tire pressure sensor! The guy says no big deal they'll order me another one at no cost to me but they don't have any in stock. He then tries to send me on my way with no documentation that the broke the sensor! Fast forward another three weeks, not a single call, text, or email from the service department. The sales process was okay but the service department is AWFUL. If you do buy from them, take your vehicle elsewhere for service.

TLRD; Service department broke a part, said they'd fix it and never did.
