If I would be able to give 0 stars I would! Customer service means nothing for them they over charge, and if you ask them to do anything they won't do It unless you pay extra for it!

My oddesey was hit in the passenger corner and the airbag light went on so I gave it in to be fixed and asked that while they take off the bumper they should just push all the parts back into place they didn't touch it my van never got fixed they decided I "needed" a new battery charged me $292.00!!!!!! THEY HAVE NO SHAME IN ROBBING YOU FROM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
They told me to call an extension number that nobody answers left messages and nothing...

What an embarrassment to Honda!
