Though I was unable to buy a car here, I had a great experience. As a first time buyer it was obvious I wouldn't be buying a car that day when I went into Honda universe, but the staff treated me no differently than a serious buyer. Answered all of my questions, laid out all of my buying options. They even took time to explain and teach me a lot about the car buying process. Neil Goldstein was my salesman he was great! Very friendly, intelligent and professional.
