I came to Honda of Seattle to buy a used Accord, until I met Matt Seguin. He was very patient and understanding. He listened to everything I had to say and sjowed me how to save thousands of dollars. I ended uo buying a used 5,000 mile only Civic with lots of warranty left on it. He is amazing and everyone should come see Matt at Honda of Seattle. :-)

My husband and I were in on Saturay, September 1, 2012, Labor Day weekend. What could have been seen as another chore, ended up being fun! We enjoyed the newspaper, tea/coffee, couch for nap, water cooler, friendly staff, fish in tank, tent in showroom, plus great care from Russell. He helped us with our new tires and service appt. We also enjoyed walking to Pike Place Market and the water front while our Honda was serviced!

Update : Two years later, and I have upgraded my car to an Accord, and couldn't be happier. Honda is consistently setting the bar at the intersection of Reliability, Amazing Looks, Technology, and Safety. Still the same great service as my previous review. Read further to see why Honda of Seattle (Service Department Gets A+++ Rating) is the premier choice for *Everything Honda* in Western Washington.

Look these guys are the best. I was so upset I thought I had gotten a lemon and came into the shop furious.

I wasn't the nicest when I arrived, and my service advisor Richard Williams had me sit with the service Manager Adam.

I was listened to, perhaps more patiently than I deserved.

Adam took the time out of his busy day managing a full service Honda service center with scores of mechanics and 10+ service advisors, and drove me around for over 45 minutes explaining in great detail every aspect of my vehicle I had concerns with.

I wasn't told 'your car is fine, good bye'. They took the time to make sure that not only my car was taken care of, but I felt valued and respected as a person.

He masterfully explained to me the systems of my vehicle and I am more than 100% confident that my car and I are in the *best* of hands here at Honda of Seattle.

They have taken great care of me and my family's automobile needs since 1989.

Thank you Honda of Seattle from the bottom of my heart. I have enough worries in life, and my car is thankfully one I don't need to worry about.

Trust your cars and your family's safety here at Honda of Seattle - it won't be misplaced. Give them a shot and you'll see.

I bought a new Civic from them and the purchase in...

I bought a new Civic from them and the purchase included a security system. They had me bring the car in a week after purchase to install the system. During installation, they had to drive the car from one lot to another. In doing so they wrecked it. My demand was for an in kind new replacement. They wrecked the car. I didn't buy a repaired car, I bought a new car. They only offered to repair the significant damage, or to sell me a new one at a several thousand dollar markup. Not trustworthy.

Didn't like the service, car wasn't washed/ cleaned and gas ran out. Like their drop facility thought, although it doesn't help it you live in Redmond/Seattle, your day is wasted giving car for service.

I love this place. We are willing to pay the extra to get both of our Hondas serviced here because of the quality, friendly service we receive, as well as the peace of mind knowing the "experts" are taking a look at our cars, and that they are keeping a comprehensive history of the car's services all in their computer. The new location in SoDo is a little harder for us to get to (we live in North Seattle), but we remain committed. The customer service at this place is truly the best--you won't find better anywhere.

I just dealt with Honda of Seattle. My son lives in Seattle and really does not know a lot about cars. He asked me to help him out and contact the dealership for him. He has a 2008 Honda Element. He brought it in because the battery kept dying. I spoke to Adam, the service manager there. He was very easy to deal with. He was very honest and called me back when he said he would. He kept me up to date with the progress of the repair and found the problem was a defective after mkt alarm system. He is what you want every service manager to be, polite, courteous and on the ball. This was our first experience with this dealership and it will not be the last.

Ramona stayed open late to help us get this car deal done today, so thankful!!! Hassle free, no BS, lower price than the negotiated price we came to in Bellevue plus FREE oil changes at any Honda dealership for two years comes with the car! Thank you so much!!! I was a bit skeptical about going in for a servicing amidst the current pandemic. I was happy to see that these guys are following safety protocols (everyone had masks on and some had gloves). They even covered my car seat with a plastic cover during the servicing. When the servicing was complete, I receives an SMS notifying me that my car was ready for pickup.

Great experience! Fair price and a great offer on my trade, the pre-owned car I bought was well taken care of (brand new tires!). They took only moments to come up with the price, then stuck with it even days later when we came back to buy!!! Last two cars I purchased were the exact opposite (took hours and kept trying to sneak in price increases), so this was a refreshing and excellent change.

I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback from Honda of Seattle and I could not be more satisfied with the car and their buying experience. When they say they are a one price dealership they really mean it. When discussing trading in my 2018 Civic lease to buy my 2019 Civic Hatchback they informed me they were selling it for its KBB value. To be doubly sure I entered all the information about the Civic I was buying into KBB and lo and behold it was within $100 of what KBB listed the vehicle for. On top of that they paid off the remaining payments I had towards my 2018 Civic and gave me $500 equity towards my new (to me) Civic Hatchback. This being a used car it did have a bit of road rash on the front wheels, with the passenger side being the worst. When I pointed it out, their sales manager Mike and Nikko, the salesman helping me originally, threw in free wheel resurfacing for the passenger wheel, and 50% off resurfacing for the driver side wheel. So I set up the appointment, and came in the following week. Dropped my car off at their service department first thing in the morning, caught and Uber down to South Center mall to finish up some Christmas shopping, came back and my car was done! Molanie, the service adviser who checked me in and handled my appointment, was very friendly and professional. Great deal and great customer service that lasts even after you buy a car from them! Whenever I hear someone talking about thinking of buying a Honda I chime in and recommend Honda of Seattle.

After retiring and no longer needing a car as I live in the city I recently sold it back to Seattle Honda and received a very fair offer . At the end of my lease I went back to Honda dealer...

At the end of my lease I went back to Honda dealership to return my car and lease a new one but unfortunately I had the worst experience of my life meeting the sales manger Mike Claggett. I didn't know about the one price policy of Honda Seattle so I asked him to explain it to me, but instead of professionally answering my questions he started to make sarcastic comments. And after I asked for his card and name for reporting this issue to Honda he treated me even worse and at the end he refused to process the return of my car. He also, made this comment about Honda Bellevue dealership that they just add unnecessary and useless accessories to car and try to sell people parts that they wouldn't need. After this, I went to Honda Bellevue and I got the deal I was looking for with no extra accessories. I'm writing this review despite the sales manager's comment that no one will take it serious cause Honda gets so many of these unreasonable complaints. But I believe that expecting professional and grown up attitude from a sales manger isn't unreasonable and hope the general sales management would consider training their mangers for better behavior with next customers.

I liked the 1 price philosophy. It saves you a lot of time and hassle if you are not too price sensitive. This dealership is designed to get you a car in as little time as possible. In fact, they even deliver the car right to your doorstep if needed.
Bridgette was my sales associate, and did a great job ensuring I got the perfect car I wanted.
I haven't had experience with the service center yet, but I would definitively recommend the sales team at Honda of Settle.

We were in the market for an suv and were shown both the Toyota Highlander and the Honda Pilot by Graham Rice of Toyota of Seattle. After he showed us all that were in the shared lot which includes both brands, new and pre owned, we decided on a new Honda Pilot Elite. Even though he works for Toyota the service we received by him at Honda was first class all the way. No pressure, fully knowledgeable of both brands and all models, helpful and accommodating he made our purchasing experience so easy and comfortable as well as professional. We HIGHLY recommend Graham whether you're looking for new or pre owned. And if you call him in advance with what your needs are he will make sure to have everything ready to look at and test drive before you arrive. The best car purchasing experience we have ever received thank you Graham Rice.

I spoke to Ashlee from the dealership and bought a ticket to travel to Seattle to purchase from this dealership. They offered me a very small discount on a new Honda Civic hatchback (half the discount of other dealers) and insisted the reason their customers come back is because of their high quality service. Ashlee knew I had a ticket and I was traveling from a few hundred miles away to get the car. She texted me while I was on the way that the car we discussed has been sold and that it was my fault because I did not let them run a credit check on me. She said they could get another vehicle in, and I should go ahead and come down. Apparently I didn't have the option to get my own financing or pay in cash on a brand new vehicle. I know how this goes- I walk into the dealership and they now pressure me into buying something I don't want that's been sitting on their lot and no one else will buy. These people are dishonest.

I walked in and no body greeted me. I had to wait 10min to be even acknowledged. I wasn't thrill at the customer service. I will not go to this location anymore as Walter Cante has got to be the most unprofessional service rep ever. He feeds you a line, doesn't respond back to calls, and chews you out. I guess when you don't need clients and don't need cash, you can afford these acts. Superb job Honda of Seattle.

If he had the right vehicle for me, I would buy from him in an instant. And in 3 years when this lease is up, I'll circle back to see what David has for me then. I recently purchased a vehicle at Honda of Seattle with the help of Matt Seguin as my sales person. I would highly recommend anyone to buy their cars at Honda of Seattle, especially from Matt. He was professional, knowledgeable, and rectified a slight scuff on the rear bumper that was unnoticed when we left the lot, but saw it when we were home. With that said, Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with the result, which I am. If you re looking to buy/lease a vehicle, I would recommend Honda of Seattle. I m truly happy with my purchase and working with Matt on this transaction.

After having an oil change at Honda of Seattle and being charged nearly twice as much for it (vs the price they have listed on their service webpage), I returned back to the service department the next day to see about getting a price correction/refund of the difference. Apparently, the price they have advertised is a "coupon" that needs to be presented at the time of service. To me, the way it is posted is so misleading, and I hate the way this dealership just hopes/prays that their customers are dumb enough not to notice the way they try to scam people by charging them more.

From the way the service advisor told me I needed at least 3 different things done to my car that were ALREADY DONE during the last visit, to the way they try to charge you more than the price they have posted on their website, this dealership can't be trusted.

Not only did I have to deal with their smug service manager Adam and how butt-hurt he seemed as he processed my refund, their "customer relations Manager" Andrea sat in the office with us the entire time of this incident and never once chimed in with a word, no apology, nothing. Never have I met a more worthless "customer service relations manager" in my life.

This dealership is awful, and I'll happily be taking my car for service just about anywhere but here.

What kind of stupid answer is this from the SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER. AFTER MY CAR BROUGHT IT BACK FROM THE BODY SHOP AND HE SAID OH!!!LOOKS MUCH BETTER THEN BEFORE. I SAID BUT NOT FIXED YET AND HE SAID WELL LOOKS BETTER THEN BEFORE AND ACCORDING TO THE HONDA ASPECT THIS IS NORMAL. WHATKIND OF STUPID SNDWER ID THAT COMING OUT FROM THE SERVICE Department MANAGER!!!!! This Honda service department is awful. I bought two brand new from this dealership and never happy with service department. Especially service manager there. When I bough a new 2018 Honda Accord there was already deformed center console and read right door wasn t aligned with the body. So I call the service department to order the parts for me but they told me to bring the veh in for inspection. I told them I have take ferry to be there and costing me money and time. But they said I need to bring it in and they have to order parts and I need to bring it in again. So I did even loosing my money and time. Finally they replaced center console. Now about door. According to the service manager they have take the veh to body shop. I said and I brought the veh in early morning and waited almost seven hours. Finally body shop brought the veh to the service department and I inspected. But door was still the same. Service manager came out after seven hours later and said, oh looks much better then before but I told him. Yes looks better then before but not fix. It serve manager keep telling me much better then before. That doesn t mean it s fix. It just look better then before. He said he did it for GOODWILL fix for me. I said WOW I bought the 2 cars here less the a year apart and now tellyme it s my fault. He said it s NOTMAL TO DOOR IS NOT ALIGNED. ITS NORMAL ACCORDING TO HONDA AND LOOKS MUCH BETTER THEN BEFORE. So I have to drive away from the dealership. WOW what a service and Awful SERVICE MANAGER. I will tell my experience at the service department to all my friends and families.
I promise to buy a another car in December to my salesman. I m sorry I m not going back to your dealership never again.

I recently took my 2002 Honda Accord to Honda of Seattle and had a fabulous experience. I was able to drop my car off in their Early Bird service bay so I could get to work on time, get my car diagnosed (timing belt issues) and fixed, and was able to pick my car up by 4pm. The Service Manager had to play serious phone tag with me because I was at a conference and he never let up. I would highly recommend this team. Very professional and super friendly.

Had a great experience with Rustin today. I had emailed him to compare to another dealership and he said because the new Odyssey was so high in demand, no dealer would go lower than $500 below MSRP. Sure enough, he was correct. However, the thing that separated this dealership from the rest was their professionalism, extended warranty (7 years powertrain and 2 year oil change without jacking up other fees), and not low-balling on a trade-in. Russ was very kind and his manager approved a trade in value $4K over what another dealership had wanted to give me. In fact, it would have been $5K over what the other dealership wanted if not for my haggling. In addition, the value they gave me for my trade-in was on the higher end of what KBB valued it and I was pleasantly surprised at their generosity. Great job, guys! This is why my family members have bought 3 cars from Honda of Seattle.

Don't trust them here. They will act nice to you just to make the sale, but after they make it, they don't care. They sold me an extended warranty and lied to me about what was in it. When I called back to cancel it and get a refund, they gave me the run-around for three days. They didn't even do all the maintenance on the vehicle I bought, which cost me a lot later on. But I guess it was my own fault for trusting this place; I should have known that they were just interested in a quick sale and would take advantage of my trust. In short, take your business somewhere else.

Alejandro helped my husband and I out the other day at Honda. He we very professional and explained to us about the dealerships mission to change the way we think of buying cars. It is a lot for me to explain but the just is that they really want to make the customer experience stressful and enjoyable! Alejandro certainly did that for us. We wanted more info on the CRV and he new the answer to every question we had! Explained to us all the different packages and let us take a test drive. We ultimates purchased a car from a different brand but our decision had nothing to do with our experience at the dealership, if you are shopping for Honda s make sure to ask for him!!

I was very disappointed when I finally visited Seattle Honda. The second star is for the awesome parts counter clerk. I was innocently looking at the accord they have in the showroom and the pressure to buy was just through the roof. Sometimes, I just like to browse rather than have a salesman s card shoved down my throat. The fact that you cannot view inventory without a sales consultant is another big downfall of this dealership. Sales pay the bills, after all... But, without the parts guy s genuine benevolence, this dealership doesn t have much to offer.

Bought an HR-V from Devin who is not your ordinary salesman. He is a problem solver. He worked with me when I had issues. He looked for ways to address my challenges. I could have bought a car from another dealer and got the same car for a cheaper price but I go for quality and after-sales service and after-sales relationship. Devin delivers delightfully. Now that's a slogan.

Took my car in to get the 100,000 mile maintenance done...what a mistake. Taking it back now for the third time due to problems with their work (not finishing the work that was promised and paid for, squealing timing belts that they just replaced). I will only take my car back here again to have them fix the problems they created in order to not have to pay someone else to do it, since I already paid Honda. Otherwise I will never take my car here again. I don't know if it's incompetence or apathy on their end but it's beyond frustrating to have to keep coming back.

I hadn't purchased a car in 14 years and I was mentally prepared for an aggressive and unpleasant experience. Instead I received the opposite. I had been searching cars online for about a month before finding the make, model and color I wanted. I walked in to Honda during my lunch break and was greeted at the door, did my test drive, and then headed back to work. While back in the office I completed most of my paperwork online and was able to communicate with my rep via text and email and got all of my questions answered before returning back to Honda in the evening to pick up my car that had been freshly detailed. It was a great experience and I couldn't be happier with my car!

We went in today looking to try a Honda Fit and had an amazing experience working with Jonathan, Mike and Christine to find us the perfect car. Extremely happy with the experience and the service we received overall, everyone was super patient and helpful. They weren't trying to convince us to get upgrades or a bigger car and upsell us, they really want to make sure we only got what we needed and didn't push us at any point in the process. Great experience overall!

Didn't like the vibe...pushy salesman. If they are part of Toyota of Seattle which is next door, they just as bad. I hate pushy salesman. Also visited Toyota of Seattle and checked out the the Prius C and the salesman has no clue about the car I was looking at. I know more about the in question than the supposed salesman.

Otherwise, both dealerships are nice...big and well organized.

I have leased my car twice from this place. The first sales person, I talked to at the end of my lease, made me feel like I had no idea what I was doing. I feel like being talked down to so I asked for a different sales person when I was ready to buy off my car. The second sales person talked me into doing another lease but I was told the wrong information about the car. I realized there wasn't blind spot camera and touch screen as she was telling me. I went back at andthe end of the second lease term and was with a different sales rep. He, again, tried to convince me to do another other leave after I repeatedly told him I don't want to. I got very frustrated with th process and started to tear up. When I was leaving, the guy said I could grab his card at the receptionist when I had no clue what his name was and he even walked away before I left the table. On top of that, he promised to get me the refinance information the next day but I never got it. I called Honda again to tell them they made the process very frustrating and all I wanted to do is to purchase the car instead leasing another car. I also didn't understand why I had to pay for the service inspection at my expense, when I have driven the car for 3 years and I was taking care of it as what was suggested by the manufacturer. I got transferred to the manager and he said he could help me when I come back next time. He did end up being the one who helped me finishing the financial document and wrote off the inspection. But after three times being there, I will not suggest to go there. I gave two stars because the manager was helpful otherwise, it would have been only 1 star.

Donika is efficient, clear, and just on top of things. Whenever I go to Honda and you get into the lobby I hope that she's the one who is open. I've had my issues with Honda of Seattle before with them being unable to address/fix an issue with a vehicle, but Donika is a helpful professional.

I just bought a 2020 Honda Fit at this dealership. It had been a long time since I'd last bought a car so I
was unsure of the process. I got in touch with Steven
Paredes and he sent me the info for the car I was interested in. I filled the forms out from home and he delivered the car to me right on time the next day. There was mix-up with one of the accessories I ordered but Steven brought that out to my house a little later. Christine in the finance department was helpful as well. Overall it was a really good experience. I'm looking forward to driving my new Fit!

Our salesman was Trevin and the sales manager was Danon.
We drove 2hrs to see the car we had previously inquired about through email. Car was ready for us to inspect and test drive upon arrival. We had previously test drove one a month earlier so we didn't test drive at this time. We arrived at the dealership at 1 and our deal was done by 230. Got us the best price for the car AND gave us more than expected for our trade that we were underwater in. I have bought numerous cars in the past 5 yrs (7 total cars to be exact) from numerous dealerships and Honda of Seattle was definitely one of our best experiences. My wife would rather watch paint dry than sit in a dealership and hash out a car deal. She was pleasantly surprised by the experience we had there. 5 stars for Honda of Seattle

Update: I was impressed again a few weeks ago when I went in about a tire. I was told that my car would be ready in about 45 minutes and 2 hours later I was feeling very frustrated that it was taking so long. When it was ready though, I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn t going to be charged for the service since it took so long (granted, it was only going to cost like $20). Still nice though. Thanks Honda!

Last fall my headlight went out and I had a lot of trouble trying to change it because it turned out the latch keeping the bulb in was broken, so I had to replace the entire headlight housing. It went out again last week and I was intimidated to change it myself because I wasn t sure if I had been the one to break it before. I went into Honda with a bulb and asked them to change it and they were happy to do it for FREE!!!! It was speedy too.

I traded a BMW for a 2019 Honda HR-V Touring model, and both Gareth and Danon assisted me on different things throughout the process. Professional, knowledgeable, sincere customer service provided by both. They both went out of their way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Super happy with my purchase, the lower payments and more eco-friendly engine in the car. Would definitely recommend these two and the dealership as a whole. Here is a challenge for anyone... call the service department and try to find out the status of your car. I literally spent over 30 minutes being put on hold, transferrded, hung up on and at one point I let the phone ring for 7 minutes with nothing. It is crazy that these people get a way with this lack of service. The only reason I went there is because I had a free oil and filter coupon so I thought I would have a few minor things done (wipers, etc.). Very frustrating.

I feel the best place to service my Honda is at....a Honda dealer. Honda of Seattle may not be in the best location for me, but I make the effort. Service writers come and go. It's just by chance you get any particular one. This time I had Keith Chaney who was easy to work with.

Asked to do a review of my quick repair yesterday. I've been a customer of Honda of Seattle off and on for over two decades, but not as often as I don't live close enough to go there all the time. Recently took my van in for a recall fix as I had errands in Seattle. I can say that the service department still seems excellent. I think that the possible extra cost of taking it to a dealer is offset by the expertise they bring.

Honda of Seattle used to be pretty good, when it was at the Boren location. No longer.

A few years ago there was a change of ownership and things went downhill after that. I've been taking my Hondas to Honda of Seattle for twelve years, but now I dread any interaction. Service appointments on the website may, or may not actually make it into their system, so you may arrive to drop off your car and find...you have no appointment. Phone calls from the service department as to the status of your car may, or may not be made according to their promises.

The new location looks nice from the outside, but the "organization" of the service department is baffling. A big echoey room, no clear line to stand in, every time I've been there since the move there's a few confused looking customers wondering who they're supposed to be talking to, where they're supposed to stand while they wait, and so on. At first I attributed it to the newness of the building, but it's been a year now, and every time I go it feels like everyone's first day on the job.

A couple of days ago I called them about getting the rear hatch and back window repaired on my Civic, and if I could leave it there while they were doing the estimate. "Sure!" they said, so I made an appointment and drove down. When I got there, the service rep said "Oh, we don't do rear glass or body work here, but we can refer you to someone who does." I'd taken the afternoon off from work and drove ten miles with a broken window in chilly weather, now I'd have to drive straight back. And then I noticed my car was gone. They'd already put it into their parking garage, even though the service rep hadn't told them to do that. And then it took twenty minutes for them to bring it back out.

So, despite liking Honda cars, there's no way I'm going to deal with Honda of Seattle in the future. Avoid.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My husband and I flew from Kansas to assist our son in his first car buying experience. We were expecting pushy salesmen and a headache but instead were greeted by a product specialist named Jonathan Huber who was cool, caring, and very attentive to what my son was looking for in a vehicle. The sales manager Mike Claggett was very informative and wanted to make sure that our son didn't get in over his head financially. After finding the perfect vehicle our experience was finalized with the finance manager Christine Tanner who made us feel confident in his buying decision. Excellent establishment!

I like my Honda, and their facility is great. Modern, spacious, brightly lit, offers plenty of seating + wifi + refreshments. No pushy salespeople, but available if needed. Services and booking of appointments have been mostly smooth and performed to satisfaction. Offers drop off and pick up services easily. Also co-located with Toyota so you can always check their cars out. All in all, feels like a good homebase as a Honda owner.
