Your customer service is amazing! Your service team is the nicest, most helpful and welcoming group of people ever! Especially Big Hank and Chris, the service manager. I just moved to LA from Chicago 6 weeks ago, and the way they treated me was so wonderful that Honda Pasadena is my new Honda dealership! I just scheduled an oil change for this week with you. I will get all of my service done at Honda Pasadena from now on!
