We took home our sweet little baby girl, Nahla, yesterday. The doctors and nurses in labor and delivery were top notch. They treated us like royalty. One thing we learned is to always ask questions when you re not given a satisfactory answer. When all else fails, ask to speak to your doctor immediately. Special thanks to: Doctors Wilson, Kalburgi, Ganju, and Patel; and Nurses Emily, Alley, Rosana, Brittany, Liz, Marie, and Salem.

My mother A.Solomon, 2nd floor ICU 2322, she came in just after few days after her birthday, September 4,2019 for something simple but one thing lead to another and end up in ICU.

My family and i was hoping she will recover from it and discharged live not this way. She passed away October 28,2019. Like it said, God wanted all those good people and he don't want them to suffer any longer.
(no more PAIN)

What my family and I wanted to be recognized and appreciate the whole time she was there, how each and everyone was super nice from the front desk teams, nurses, Doctors and everyone that been taking care of her while she there.

I wanted to mention few names that i remember, Nurses, Mary, Amanda, Kat, Michell, Kipa, Shan, Kelly, (especially Christy the last 2 days (prior to her death), without no break who was taking care of my mother and making her comfortable. And i could't remember the night shift nurse which she was sweet also who was on top of everything) and more those of you that i didn't mentioned there name because i could't find the list that i wrote names forgive me. please pass this to them that means a lot to us they need to be recognized and appreciated for a great service.

From the all the doctors, Dr. T. Igwebe, Dr, Olo, Dr. K and
Nephrology Dr. Bhutani also the ID Dr, i could't remember the name. please forgive me.
I really appreciated them for trying above and beyond to give my mother the treatment the could think of. I wish i could see them and give them a hug and express myself in person. especially Dr. Igwebe, he was like family member figure to all us.

Thank you for everything ICU was like our second home during my mother was there. God Bless everyone.

Two star rating really depends on my reasons for going. Holy Cross has always been my hospital of choice. Anytime I've gone to the ER, everyone has been wonderful from the triage staff and all until discharge. They handled a terrible situation with a family member beautifully, and even though she was in a long time, ALL the staff were wonderful. They were also fantastic for a lumbar puncture I had a few years back. Honestly, I couldn't have felt more mentally supported by the staff through that.
However... Last September I went for an outpatient surgery. It was a piggyback surgery (two surgeries at once). It started 2.5 hours late because the scheduling department gave one of the doctors the wrong time.
It got worse in the recovery area. They had trouble getting my heart rate down and wouldn't listen to me when I told them it was because of a specific medication they gave me that I had previous issues with. One nurse spent the entire time talking, well within my hearing range, of how annoyed she was because she was supposed to have been off by then.
The several hours I was in recovery, they wouldn't communicate with my family at all. I had no phone with which to contact them or "entertain" myself, and was only near the end able to have my husband bring me my purse and stay for a moment. One of the worst parts was (I had abdominal surgery), I felt my upper most incision (just below my sternum) bleeding/leaking. I told my nurse but she said I was "fine." She didn't even take a look at it. Then I needed to use the restroom. When I got back, I could feel my bandage had gotten wetter and could physically feel bits of liquid coming out. I told the nurse again that it was wet and I thought there was a problem. Her response: YOU PROBABLY GOT PEE ON IT. I spoke loudly and harshly asking her to please take a look. She pulled up my gown (the curtain was open, by the way) and slightly pulled back the bandage which we then discovered was wet with a pink and red fluid. She said it was fine and she'd fix it, and she finally did.
A couple weeks later, I called to speak with a Patient Advocate about my experience. The person I spoke with (I believe was elderly) couldn't use a computer and HAND WROTE everything I said. I spent an hour+ on the phone with her. She even got things wrong and was frustrated when I asked her to change them to reflect my meaning accurately. She'd say it was fine as it was.
Finally, the response I got from the hospital via letter was that they were sorry about the scheduling mix-up and the nurses said none of that stuff happened.
Tl;dr, their ER has always been great; my outpatient surgery was a horrific experience and if you must have surgery there, make sure you advocate for yourself or have someone to do it for you.

I wish I could give very zero stars! won't go back to emergency there I arrived before 4 am because I could not stand the pain anymore, have had 3 miscarriages and losing amniotic fluid during 12 week of current pregnancy, they took blood and threw me into a bed
When I saw that it was 7 in the morning and they had not put anything to me or check me uo I went to the front to ask that when they were going to attend to me, Then a nurse put some fluids to me and told me that the night doctor was waiting for the release of the shift and that I Have to wait for the other doctor, at 8:30 the morning physician appeared,
I was sent to do an ultrasound, I finished it at 9, Then the physician wanted me to see the specialist who appeared at 12:30, I waited patiently because I know that in the morning the specialists are very busy , At the end the doctor arrived, very kind she, Then she checked me and decided to change the vomiting pill, makes me a prescription
Before leaving almost 12 hours later I start to vomit, and they put what the specialist prescribed me but through the veins, I started to get dizzy and I told the nurse that I do not feel well, my blood pressure drop down to 70/40 and the Nurse called the physician and he went to see me and told the nurse without putting a hand on me , she is OK, she is faking it (that I have nothing that I was pretending)
As if I can fake a 70/40 blood pressure drop
I was given a quick saline
And when I felt a little better I wanted to go the doctor also asked the nurse in front of me, that if I had pushed the specialist to give me the prescription, , broke the recipe and when the nurse went to tell him if he was going to prescribe anything else to me because That they had put me gave the reaction he said, she must continue with what she has in her house, never again the physician went to see as I followed or anything, was my first time there and certain the last!

Called in the morning to check with the staff about coming in for a bone survey and to get an idea about this exam and was advised I can just walk in and they will take me back. When I got there, I had to register, the woman who registered me told me I needed authorization for an xray after I told her I didn't because my doctor already called. The woman told me I was wrong and proceeded to call my insurance company. They advised her I didn't need one after I waited for almost an hour for this. Then I FINALLY get sent to radiology for my bone survey and wait another 45 minutes- 60 minutes with no patients waiting. I get called back and get undressed and wait another 30 minutes for the techs to start then they come out to me and tell me that I need to get dressed again and come back another day because I needed a pregnancy test 24 hrs in advance and they can't do on the spot ones at the hospital. Needless to say, it was a waste of time waiting for all of this when it should have been communicated over the phone when I called to discuss this type of exam with the radiology department. Will be cancelling my bone marrow biopsy and scheduling it at another hospital to avoid going through this again.

Came here because I fell and dislocated and fractured a part of my body. They sent me home telling me everything was fine. Well.... After a few days I get a second opinion from another doctor office and turns out everything was not fine. Because , Holy Cross did not catch it immediately, I had to later have emergency surgery and over $1000 of medical expenses to fix it.

So, in summary, they charged me over a hundred dollars to make my injury worse.

Needless to say, I highly discourage you from coming here.

Literally the worst hospital I've ever been to. Refused to do a simple blood test for somebody who presented with high blood pressure, trouble breathing and chest pain to rule out a blood clot due to the being "too young" even after smoking on birth control for 9 years. Then was told that they were only here to make sure nothing happens immediately, but to see a cardiologist the following day due to abnormalities in a chest X-ray they didn't feel the need to explain to me. I had to read it myself and ask.

Worse experienced I have ever had in a Hospital. Arrived by ambulance due to Chest pain and shortness of breath, waited to be assigned to a room for 20 minutes ( I was the only one waiting, no other ambulance) . Got to the hospital at 10:45 am and did not leave until 5:20 am the next day. Noticed other patients that came after myself getting discharged, but I keap asking for an update and all I got was the doctor is busy right now. This is unacceptable to just sit and wait with no updates for so many hours. On top of that, I continued to have chest pain and pressured on my chest for 4 straights hours until I felt asleep. I will never come back to this Hospital as everything takes so long , and the staff are not as friendly. It is bad enough that you don t feel well and then have to deal with rude people who seems to hate their job.

My son was delivered at this hospital 18 ears ago, this has been our first choice in the county all the years we ve lived in Silver Spring. I was undecided as to Holy Cross or the newly built Seventh Day hospital. From the time I hit the doors of the emergency room door, the intake process until my discharge was met with kind, professional, and great caretakers. The nurses and Doctor were personable and practiced great bedside manner. Even though my time there was over 8 hours long, I understood they were busy and that we are still in a pandemic. They checked on me, updated me, and took extremely good care of me as a patient. I hope everyone gets such a great experience if you ever need emergency or medical care from this hospital. Best of luck, great health, and stay safe.

Wow, the worst hospital I was ever admitted to. The hospital is filthy, the staff are all, even the phiscians, are all rude and uncaring.

Unprofessional is to gentle a world for how inept they are. I am new to Maryland so I didn't know ( I do now) the quality hospitals fron the slums. If I wasn't passed out at the time the ambulance took me there, i would have yelled "STOP!"

I gave birth to my daughter here on July 11th, 2020. Dr. Del Ninno, Nurse Lynda and Nurse Morgan, thank you so much. I don't know the name of the doctor who gave me epidural shot, but he did a fantastic job. Thank you. The foods were really good. I wanted to stay longer because of the foods. Most of the nurses I have encountered were kind. Shelby and Irene were also very kind. Thank you. I will miss you all!

Nurse Caitlyn was nice too.. The other nurses were kind too I just do not remember all the names because I stayed here long. Thank you all!

My mom is 97 years old. She arrived at Holy Cross Hospital in the afternoon around 3:30. We really didn t have a nurse for most of the evening. We were even told this . There was a wonderful doctor on staff. We were told he was the only doctor in the emergency room and he had 120 patients that night.
My mother finally got a room at 3 o clock on the morning. Terrible experience in the emergency room.

I will give 2 stars, one for the nurses being quick to respond, being caring and attentive on the maternity suite, and one for the nurses making sure my baby was ok due to a medical issue. But I will not give more stars and this is why; I gave birth two times at this hospital because it's close to my home and I felt it was the only option and only affordable place. With my second pregnancy, my labor was more painful and the nurses on the labor and delivery floor were not very helpful. Both times I have given birth, I did the pant-blow breathing technique for strong contractions, which works for me, but both times I gave birth, the nurses told me or implied to me, I shouldn't be breathing the way I was. It was like they were telling me I wasn't breathing correctly, when I know many sources that talk about the pant-blow breathing technique being helpful. Hearing someone say that just undermined my confidence and made labor more painful. I recommend that Holy Cross trains the nurses on the labor and delivery floor to be educated on the breathing techniques for labor because clearly they don't know and end up trying to control the situation. The other reason I won't give another star is because they're was a lot of misunderstanding about my medicine dosage even though I told them and they messed up my baby's doctor's visit. I get to my doctor's office and they told me Holy Cross gave me the wrong appointment date on the paper. Staff at Holy Cross, I know it may be tough to work in a hospital but please get it together.

I just want to say that every time I call your hospital, I cannot believe a lovely voice answers after the first ring. I don't believe I have ever had this experience in calling any other hospital. And she always says, "My Pleasure" before she connects me to the person I am calling. How refreshing this is.

The Bad:

The Bad:
Emergency Room Wait Times
- Mainly: ER department took 1-2 hours to provide pain relief, give a bed, and start doing tests despite few patients at my time of intake. If I had a time-sensitive injury (which it could have been given my symptoms) this would have been extremely bad.
- Initial intake workers were quite apathetic and would joke with each other as they took my information and vitals, despite it being obvious I was in a lot of pain
- There were many long periods of time where I was just waiting around with no knowledge of what was happening or what would happen next
- While in the ER room, if I asked for assistance in some way, it would take a long time or be forgotten - for example I asked for food for dinner and was given nothing
- Technicians for the various tests were a hit or miss. Some were friendly and knowledgeable, others were apathetic and even sometimes seemed confused with their tasks. This created significant inconvenience at some points - for example one of the intake technicians placed my IV in my dominant arm without asking which arm to put it in, which meant I had a hard time bending and using my dominant arm for the entire stay.

The Good:
- The two ER doctors I met with - the resident (Dr. Chang) and the attending were both lovely. Very clear, informative, and easy to talk with.
- Great in-patient hospitalization, the doctors, the in-patient nurses, and clear attention to obtain correct diagnosis without rushing
- In-patient experience was fantastic. Admittedly I was an easy patient, but once I moved to my overnight room everyone was great and attentive. The two nurses who were looking after me, Sylvi and John, both did an amazing job - they were empathetic and good with their work.
- The doctors made sure to keep me as long as needed to be 100% sure of their diagnosis, they did not skimp on ordering tests which was very good. They did not try to kick me out when my pain went down or shuffle me through my room quickly, which some hospitals like to do. I appreciated that very much.

So disorganized have been here for hours with a bleeding ear, I asked how long it will take and they said it was busy and kept taking people in before me that got here after. It's not even that busy I've been here busier days and I've still gotten called to at least do height and weight. Horrible service the lady in the front is never there and there was a line of people waiting to be served. They put me down as abdominal pain after bleeding out of my ear. And put my mother's name as Nancy. I'm never coming back here again!

Don't expect to see a Doctor in Holy Cross Express Care. The Physicians Assistant we saw checked my son's throat with her cell phone light because she was too lazy to get a cord for the scope. She said she wanted to order a CT then later recanted and said CT's can cause cancer. When I questioned her and asked to see a doctor she got nasty plus the staff ignore you and look miserable. Do not recommend! Not the Holy Cross I remember...

Martin Garcia, nurse, for my 73 year old father was stupendous with my father s care while in the hospital for 5 days for a serious health scare. He was so courteous, smiling always, humble, eager to work, polite, charismatic and always ready to help. My father always wanted him for his care, but there were a few days he wasn t his nurse. Keep in mind, my father thought he wouldn t make it past the week but again it was just a scare and Martin always comforted him. My normally healthy dad will never forget his first time experience while being admitted at the hospital. Thank you Martin for making my dad s time and stay there much better for him. Holy Croas please hire more nurses like Martin and I m sure you ll continue to be successful.

This is worst hospital I've ever been to, even in a third world country you get treated faster than here. This is my second visit to the Er with my wife, last visit it took us about 7 hours before she saw a doctor but I thought maybe it was a busy night or they're short, again we've been here for 8hrs and counting and no doctor or any treatment has been done. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I never thought I would say this, but their ER service sucks. Some of the nurses are rude and very careless. Complaining about how they are so tired. The seats in the ER are very uncomfortable for the patients. My mother had a really bad chest pain and back pain, and she couldn't sit straight and couldn't breath properly. That's why I took her to the ER. After they did the EKG, we waited more than two hours in the ER. Then we left. Overall, the service was pretty much bad.

I DO NOT recommend Dr.Corey . He was my doctor for my first born. When he came into the room he did not introduce himself so much as a hello and I had been in labor for 8 hours so you can believe my tolerance level was low. He did not seem friendly but more so nonchalant. My advice is that if he doesn t like his career , he should change it.

I m so blessed that I had Ms.Kimberly(nurse) coach me along the whole way. She was so supportive and educated. You can tell she loved her job. She is what made my first born a real experience and she needs a raise.

This hospital is a terrible place to go to if you re sick 0/10 WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!!

I recently delivered my son at this hospital. I wa...

I recently delivered my son at this hospital. I was so disappointed in my experience. First I will say most of the nurses who cares for us were pleasant. And the dr who delivered my son was great. However, everything else was below average. First, we saw a cockroach in our hospital room. I had to ask 3 different nurses over a 24 hour period for clean sheets. No one ever got them for me. I ended up calling housekeeping myself and changing my own sheets. No exactly the care you deserve right after giving birth.

Next, one of the nurses who came into our room right after delivery to clean him up and conduct the APGAR test was a brut. We have a video of her lifting my son who was less than 4 minutes old up by JUST his neck and flopping him around. It looks like child abuse. He was already crying and there were no issues so this was not an emergency intervention or in any way medically necessary. Next, the lactation consultants were a mess. They whirled in and out without providing much guidance or assistance. They either disagreed or gave conflicting advice. And when I was having some challenges they were not very encouraging. This is all happening minutes after birth when you re already physically and emotionally drained.

And last but not least, the food selection is garbage. For being in a health facility you d think there would be a focus on organic, fresh, and healthy options. Nope. And the menu is exactly the same every day. Thankfully we were only there for a few days but for people there longer term I think the food alone could make you less healthy.
There are a ton of other little things but I m not going to waste more time on this facility.

Good ER experience - but the billing department is rude and bossy, even when one is trying to get them paid!

You can almost see them wave their fingers at you over the phone - the hospital made an error recording insurance information, and insisted it wasn't their fault, and told me off because I didn't have an address that THEY already have.

The attitude of these young women is that THEY don't make errors, and they take you to school over your ignorance of the way they do things.

Rude people who feel superior - not good public face.

Nexus Montgomery Launches SNF-to-Home Pilot to Improve Patient Transitions, Reduce Re-Hospitalizations

The steady march toward value-based care has encouraged providers across the continuum to get creative about patient care, especially when it comes to reducing avoidable hospital readmissions and improving the discharge process.

One of the latest examples of an innovative cross-continuum partnership is spearheaded by Nexus Montgomery, a collaboration between six competing Maryland hospitals that also works with local post-acute care providers, including more than three dozen allied skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

Nexus Montgomery is a collaborative that has a number of areas in which it is working, Leslie Graham president and CEO of the Primary Care Coalition, the management entity behind Nexus Montgomery told Home Health Care News. Out of our SNF Alliance [initative], we ve launched a new SNF-to-home pilot.

This hospital has a lot of issurs.. I literally felt like I was in a third world country from the moment my girlfriend pulled up to the ER entrance.
The waiting room was completely packed, (always is 24/7), with first generation illegal and legal immigrants. No Americans waiting to be served, only those who know how to take advantage of free health care. (thanks Obama and libtards) There is no staff collusion going on here. They communicate as much as Trump did with the Russians before being elected (zero) It's like a quickly set up triage in the hills of Korea in 1953 except no one is in charge and no one wants to be. It's not clear where to go when you walk through the ER doors. I came in doubled over with blocked intestines due to umbilical hernia and incredible pain. There is no immediate priority for those with severe emergencies. The receptionist finally paid a little more attention to me after I parked myself in front of her desk continueing vomiting up the rest of the little bit of stomach fluid remaining in my belly. I did use the barf bag she provided. I'm not an animal. Now if you are a new resident to the USA, have no marketable skills and can barely speak the language, this is the place you want to work! We will get back to this statement.
The high trained ER staff, equipment and surgery team and traditional looking Americans who are American and speak perfect English and are completely professional and talented were the ONLY positive thing this hospital has going for it. My ER doctor, after doing some tests was able to push my intestine back through my stomach wall She spoke with the surgeon on the phone and decided I should be admitted and seen by that surgeon the following morning. This day, I ate breakfast, then nothing until my 5:30 dinner. I had just started feeling blocked and almost immediately threw up my dinner. I was in the ER at 5:30pm.
Doc finished with me at about 8:30 when I was supposed to be moved to a bed. I was supposed to get a room within 30 minutes. I got one almost 11 hours later and several "30 minutes sir" replies. "Your room is being prepared." The lovely Latino man speaking almost no English pushed my wheelchair through several halls and floors of what looked like hotel prepared rooms clean, crisp and empty, to my room which had nothing special prepared just for me.
This is where the language barrier became as obstructive as my small intestine. I could not place the accent, most likely Haitian, on every single (at least 9) so called "nurses" (sic) that I came in contact with. Imagine trying to understand someone responding to the question "has anyone seen my doctor" with a mouthful of marbles speaking broken english. This would be acceptable if I was visiting one of the fine Pot-smokeries now in DC but for a guy who was promised a doctor visit and subsequent operation that morning, it's unbarrable.
Doc showed up about 2pm. (Remember that I have had no food or liquid since yesterday morning? (Now 30 hours ago). Doc explains she was in surgery. Cool, whatever. I'm just glad she was no longer at risk if being blown up by one of her neighbors in Syria and was here in my room preparing to cut me up.
I started asking for a shower since I'm now basically just a regular guy in perfectly fine condition, waiting for a couple of stitches.
I started asking for a shower at 4:30. I was given approval at 8:15 to wash off my funk...I don't want to insult the doctors nostrils while she cuts me open... No need to start rushing then, right. Surgery is set for 1pm tomorrow. That will be 55 hours since food or liquid passed my lips and I'm sure we will have to talk on a couple more hours while post op immigrant hospital workers fumble me from one room to the next .
I wish I had gone to the next hospital. I will travel as far away from "lil El Salvador" as I can stand.

Labor and delivery was great. Maternity, and lacta...

Labor and delivery was great. Maternity, and lactation services- awful. First of all, even though lactation was supposed to round every day, I didn't get to talk to one lactation consultant the entire time I was there except once I walked to the elevator next to one for 20 seconds. The only lactation support I got was from a random nurse in the NICU who happened to be at the incubator next to where I was trying to nurse my daughter. Once I was discharged I called the breastfeeding warm line multiple times over the next couple of weeks and despite their message that they will call back within 24 hours, no one EVER called me back. I received absolutely no breastfeeding support from them and had to hire and pay for a private lactation consultant.

Then there was the fact that on the maternity ward, my second night post c-section, in so much pain I couldn't stand up straight and was crying, my nurse didn't come with even Motrin for me for THREE HOURS past when I was due for pain meds. I called three separate times over the three hour period just trying to get in touch with her. Finally as I was sobbing from the pain on the third call in three hours, the nurse at the nurses station finally took enough pity on me as a recovering patient to send the charge nurse in to talk to me, who did nothing but make excuses for her completely ignoring me (by the way, they're supposed to round at least every two hours). As I was walking to go back to the NICU to try to nurse my daughter (hobbling in pain because they wouldn't provide any transport after the first couple of hours after I was cleared to walk), I look through a window and my nurse, who was inexplicably MIA for that whole period, was sitting with a bunch of the other nurses at their holiday party! I was left sobbing in pain with my pain meds three hours overdue because there was a holiday party! And she never apologized.

Horrible care on maternity. Horrible care for recovering from an emergency c-section, left without pain management for hours and not given transport/forced to walk to a separate floor every three hours, even through the middle of the night, to try to nurse my daughter in the NICU, while I'm supposed to be resting, because they won't give transport or help at all, and trying to establish the breastfeeding myself because no one from lactation would bother to show up and even after discharge no one would bother to call back when they said they would.

Only come here to have your baby if you want to be ignored, in pain, and not supported.

Dont go here. It used to be a good hospital. Times change however. At the hospital now posting this and cant go into much detail however it is very disorganized and the nurse staff seem not only incapable of doing their job but also come across rude.

My wife went in with Chest Pain and could not see the doctor or get the bed for 3 hours , left the ER and came home. No one cares in the ER. NO humanity or professionalism. This place should have their license revoked. This place should be shut down. They should not call them a Hospital.

This hospital seemed to be a fabulous experience in the beginning however really quickly evaporated from the boiling pot no one knew where anything was my family member was there for a surgery witch was to be in and out knowingly anything can go wrong in a hospital the patient was then to be transferred to ICU family members had to walk around with patients belongings in hand witch is just messy if someone is to be there for a procedure things should be planned a head of time to secure the patients needs as the patient do attend the planned appointment, the fake Starbucks cafe change the price on things whn the shift changes the out of hospital some of the nurses are very rude and childish observed alot of unnecessary child's play however no important information available about the patient the bed in the room had to be changed meaning switched out 2 times due to unable working quality there is one good thing about this place I can say is the gift shop amazing O yea the piano player as well with the main lobby fill with family members waiting with property of patients this place can be so much nicer

This hospital was the best especially the pediatric floor. Labor & Delivery floor was a bit rough on me considering this is my first child. Pediatric floor was very sweet & i love my nurses if i knew their last names I'd recommend them they were sooo helpful I wish I could go back to that floor. Food was pretty bad but I'd expect that considering it being a hospital. They were the best.

Went in through ER. Was ridiculous wait time, but worst was even after deciding to admit me, they hadn't gotten me to a room til 10:30 pm. after arriving around 10 am. My room had NO HOT or WARM water at all in sinks or shower. There for 10 days!! Dr. Nwuso was extremely nice, my surgeon and anesthesiologist were both good, but several days in I had Dr. Hedera, she was rude and dismissive, even not picking up 2 calls my surgeon made to her between surgeries he was doing there.
MAJOR problem I see, the staff is from every nationality you can imagine, which is great, IF they can communicate between each other and patients, making important medical decisions. When telling my nurse surgeon was trying to reach Dr.H about possibly giving more blood and checking about blood thinner bridging with the hematologist, she replied through him (nurse)instead of coming herself "tell her she has to leave" WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME? bad communication. Pathology read my biopsy wrong. When reviewed by a cancer center at another hospital I learned I have cancer. I was never contacted, the 3rd opinion caught it!!!!

I took much longer than I ever imagined it would! However, I was given multiple rest and reassured that I did not have a heart attack.
Remembered, after. Was back at home t,hat earlier In that day I had eaten a new brand of extremely salty potato chips, ad now I believe my system was reacting to a severe overload of sodium.
I have felt normal we ve since. Everyone was kind and respectful except one med tech who Eerdmans very angry that he had not had his sleep.
Thanks very much.

Many, many thank you's to Dr. Heather Marshall and her incredible Team for saving my life Sunday 12/13/20 around 5:30 a.m. I came in with an allergic reaction and was struggling with breathing, the Team was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you to all of you, I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and responsive Team.

This was my first trip to the ER, ever. Holy Cross has friendly, attentive staff from check-in to check-out. Clean environment and amazing ER Team members! I'm so grateful to be alive!

Slow , inattentive, and unprofessional. Dr's missed diagnosed my husband because they simply didn't check . Rather than checking each patient based upon their chief medical complaint Holy Cross follows a standard where they perform a EKG, Chest X-ray, and complete blood work. While those tests can produce a diagnosis they don't cover testing for all ailments.
