My experience at this hotel was unpleasant. The lady who checked us in and out at the front desk was extremely rude and what's scary is she was the front desk manager. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Hopefully things change for a more pleasant customer experience.

It used to be a great place to stay. But during this covid -19 it's actually scaring me. I have not had my room cleaned in 9 days, I've never seen anyone cleaning or disinfecting the elevator or anything. I think I need to book elsewhere...
Front desk employees were extremely friendly. The entire property was not clean. Grocery store feet from walking inside the room. Pillows were not fresh and smelled so we politely asked for new ones twice without replacement. Had to go to Target for new pillows after asking a third time and being informed that they had no new pillows on hand. There are cleaner options nearby for the price.
The location of the Inn was very convent for me and my family. The rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future!
Attended a pageant here... They turned off the A/C so everyone was pouring sweat babies and all and refused to turn it back on said they couldnt... Staff yelled at kids, beds were hard, we had water left in our ice bucket, no ice machines were working so had to go to lobby and wait to get ice from the desk, elevator stopped on every floor no matter what.. up or down.. and was very slow. Had a few issues with our key not opening outside doors.
The staff went above and beyond for our family from the moment we walked in! I'll be honest I wasn't looking forward to cramming into a hotel room with two young toddlers, but our whole family enjoyed the stay from start to finish. Thanks for making us feel welcome and taking care of us!
Was steaking out hotel to have my family stay in which would of been around 35 rooms. Didn't tell them my intentions I wanted to see how it really was. Experience was ok until a house keeper came beating and coming in my door at 8:15 am which is uncalled then came again at 9:00 am. I have been to thousands of hotels and I have never had anyone come know on my door waking me at 8:15 or 9 am which is deal breaker for me. The 1st floor smells like sewer so youth can't really sit down there and chill because of the smell.
It's an ok hotel on a budget but during check-in the desk clerk James was very short with us and downright rude. It has an indoor pool but it's tiny so if there's 5 or 6 people already in it it's full. The rooms are clean but very basic and it's close to everything but there are way too many better hotels within 2 blocks at comparable rates to go back and ever deal with that James person again. He made our entire stay uncomfortable with his demeaning, rude and condescending attitude.
We experienced challenges during our stay at the hotel. Aileen who is the front office manager and Richard who was working the desk worked very hard to improve our experience. Will provide more detailed feedback in our survey but those two employees saved the day for us. Thank you very much
Took over 45 minutes to get checked in, there was a used washcloth in the shower, and the tub rail was broken ..grabbed it to step in and found out it wasnt attached on one side!
Checked in August 2nd under my Employee rate, room (235) the young lady at the desk was very sweet and professional however got to my room and noticed that my room was 85 degrees and the ac was running on 69 i called down at thw front desk and spoke with a guy and explained to him that my A.C. wasn't working and the only thing he could say was, how long have you been checked into that room i said 1 hour. He said oh so you just now noticing that it doesn't work? Than he said I'll TRY? To get maintenance to go look at it. Well maintenance did come and "look" at it for 2 minutes and he automatically started to say it was my fault because i had the temperature down on 69 and said u gonna burn up my compressor ! And said that its the hottest part of the day and so of course its not going to be cooling and said do not lower the thermostat below 70 because i" the guest will burn out his compressor ahhh are you serious ! Never offered to move me and my elderly parents to another room but maintenance did offer to bring a fan no I'm sorry i payed for a room with a air conditioning. Besides the young lady being very sweet the rest of my experience was Bad, and don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again
Good clean Holiday Inn.. A review said great complimentary breakfast.. Well sorry They don't have one.. It's 2 for $10..Even cheap Inn's have some kind of complimentary eats.. Not here
clean Hotel, Beds are comfortable, good TV and decent internet speeds. Keurig in the room is a nice touch, the location is great. I try to stay in this Holiday Inn everytime I come to OKC.
Accessible room had shower bench on the wrong side of the shower. Can't reach controls... Staff was nice but they need more freedom to improve service.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Stay at the one down the road if you must stay at a Holiday Inn. This facility does not care about their customers at all! Complained 4 different times during my stay about a noise complaint throughout the night and they did nothing to address the issue! The pool was over ran with unruly kids screaming so loud that the front desk heard it and did nothing about it. They can not control their facility and address unruly people. So if you have a family and young ones needing sleep I advise not to stay here!
My traveling experiences span some forty-five years across the country and Canada of which I had some experiences exceed my very expectations. You know the kind of experience that is exceptional. The kind of experience that captures all your imagination!
While dining in your restaurant a hostess approach each guest with an ora that permeated thoughout. It was something about the hostess vivant character that made her surrounding appear to gleam. All guest smile when she approached. Where did I experience this type of environment before? Was it the Ritz in Arizona while training at GE in 1988. This is the standard that all entities endeavor to reach. Dot smile and character drew all her guests into a experience that exceeded all expectations. Indeed she is a standard for many to follow. I will go as far as to say Dot service was and is why I return and spread the opinion that this establishment is worth visiting Oklahoma city, OK. The front desk and services are exceptional as well. Very pleasant also! Thanks Dot continue to provide exceptional service.
We checked around 10:30pm, on first glance the hotel was fine. Upon getting into bed I saw one hair and then another...none of which were mine or my husbands. Upon further inspection the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest! There was a LOT OF HAIR in the bed. I called the front desk they offered breakfast voucher...I asked to speak to a manager. The next morning I realize the shower also has foreign hairs. I again asked to speak to a manager and left my number for a call since she still was not at the property. It has now been 4 days and no call. I will no longer trust the Holiday Inn brand. There are lot of options in this area, pick one of those!
The location is great and was very close to the event I was attending. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The food in the restaurant could be better, but served its purpose. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a gym, but it is only cardio equipment. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay!
I wish I could give a better review for this hotel. We tried to stay longer but here's why we had to leave early. They clearly lack staffing to keep the hotel looking clean. There was harsh and strong smell on the cleaning chemical they use and it gave us headaches. We had to spend time working in our rooms but then the smell started infiltrating in the rooms. The hallways on our floor looked quite stained and it appears they have not had anyone clean it. Vacuuming could also be done more on the common areas but they lack staff according to the GM. GM was very nice , quite apologetic and tried to accommodate us to his best ability. But the headaches we were getting due to the smell just sealed the deal to move to a different hotel. It was immediately noticeable that as soon as when we stepped outside of the building the headaches immediately went away. Sorry for this review.
