Most horrible experience - Front Desk had no customer service. Made reservations for 2 connecting rooms. Checked prior to arrival and was told only one room on reservation. So I booked another room and again requested connecting rooms. When I arrived they said I had three rooms reserved and no connecting room. I had 3 rooms on 3 different floors. Said they would take one room off our reservation and then re-arranged and got atleast 2 rooms on the same floor. Nice rooms. To much noise at night from kids running around and drunks in the hallways. But the kicker of this stay is my credit card was charged for 3 rooms. I called and did not get any satisfaction......they said I had 3 reservations. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY
