The staff is friendly enough and the room is decent - everything works properly and is in good working order with the exception of water leaking through the handle in the bathtub. There's not a wastebasket anywhere in the room which has proved a little bit of a challenge and the shelves in the minifridge look like they have been replaced with shorter/smaller ones so there is only one self that will really fit anything. Otherwise, it has been a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel this past week for a 4-night stay. Both the bedroom (king bed) and the sitting rooms were quite large and comfortable. Free wi-fi was an added plus. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Would stay there again when next in Oklahoma City.

Staff did not enforce hotel policy of wearing masks and allowed patrons to enter and exit freely without face coverings. Woman at the front desk was not even wearing a mask when we pulled up but put one on when we entered.

Nice hotel however the customer service is poor. Guest services did not clean our room. Seems like they are under staffed. No one at the bar in the evening to serve drinks. I will not be returning.

The smell of our room was horrible. Then in the morning we went for breakfast not realizing it wasn t free. Te ladies literally chased us down as if we were intentionally stealing breakfast and informs us that our room didn t include the breakfast which is $10.78 per person for a continental breakfast that is generally free at any other hotel. Our room wasn t clean either. Total disappointment

Cable didn't work, keys stopped working, TP holder was pulled out of the wall, door lock didn't work......wasn't even that cheap. If you must use your IGH member points, just go to the Holiday Inn Express that is literally a 1/4 mile back up the road.

Great location in OKC! Very close to shopping, many restaurants, and a main highway. Hotel is very nice, and all staff we encountered were friendly. Our room, however, had some issues. We first noticed a very musty smell when we walked in, and a section of the carpet in the bedroom was pretty damp... I almost wondered if they had recently shampooed it or something. We left for the evening, and upon returning the carpet was soaked... so clearly it had a problem. They promptly moved us rooms. The second room (same floor) also had a musty smell which concerned me at first, but the carpet was not wet, so we didn't make an issue of it. The bed was fairly firm but comfortable, and the bathroom was small but clean.

Stayed there November 8-13, 2014. Reservation was correct, our room was nice although did not have tissue and only partial roll of toilet paper. We were there for 5 nights and housekeeping only came one time. All other days I had to call when we got back to room at night; each time front desk assuring me it wouldn't happen again. So, each night someone had to bring us towels, soap; sheets were never changed and I emptied our trash. Don't know what type of housekeeping problems they have, but with several nice hotels in this area, probably would try another one for our next stay. The breakfast was OK, the lady working in the eating area was super nice and very attentive.

Older but well maintained property. Each room has a fridge, microwave, and k-cup coffee maker. Very comfortable place to spend a few days. Very close to nearby hospitals if you have a loved one seeking treatment there.

Good clean hotel that I got for a great deal off of hotwire. Bed was nice. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. Was situated within 5-10 minutes of many convenient stores. Breakfast costs extra. My door did stick a little. Neither of these would keep me from recommending this hotel or returning

Check in and was told can't pay with cash. Paid for room and went to the room and some family already in the room which could have ended with someone getting hurt or killed in this climate. Went back to front desk was told it should the room vacant. Got another room issued. Went in the room and the carpet was soaking wet on one side of the bed. Called the front desk and told her the carpet was wet. Told the front desk supervisor we did not want to move again and she said she would send someone to fix the problem later that morning. Then we get a notification that our credit card had been charged twice for the room. We call back down to the night supervisor and said what happened and she did apologize and said she would fix it immediately. We This all started at 12:30 am and finally got in the room at 1:10 am. Our stay was for four days and no one ever came to fix the problem. They did comp the room "1day". It was bad enough we were there from North Carolina to bury our 14 year old Grandson. This was the very worse and I mean worse Holiday Inn we ever stay in period. No apologies from the manager or management. I didn't have the option to give a negative star!

I was here recently to attend a work meeting. The room was clean and accommodating. The meeting lasted about 3 hours. The staff made sure we had plenty of fresh coffee and served us lunch afterward. It is likely that we will have more meetings here.

The girl working the front desk wasn t friendly at all upon check-in. When I arrived to my room there weren t any bars or soap provided. I called the front desk to ask and received no apology. The bathroom door had holes on both sides of the door.

Great service, mother had a service dog and was hounded and approached all of the time. Would like if they would leave notice at the front desk to be watching and be aware. She has an emotional service dog so her anxiety was raised more being approached.

A friend of mine stayed at this hotel recently.
The manager double-booked her room, and four strange men came barging into my friend's room, while she was alone. The front desk person then proceeded to do NOTHING to help her situation. Not a safe place to stay.

Rude people here they need to understand how to ask a person if he is a guest. Was follow Ed ask several times if I was guest. I said no but the guy behind is . And the deco not right plain looking and no kids place to eat over 21 only in dining areas

I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns. This was the worst experience. The front desk manager was completely rude to us from the time we came in to the time we checked out. She talked on her cell phone at one point and yelled at us from across the room to see if we were going to check out anytime soon. The sad part is, we asked for a late check out, but no one wrote it down. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please go on their website and read the reviews. You will see for yourself the type of staff and accommodations that they have. On the website, the manager has said he/she will fix the problems. By reading the reviews, I have yet to see the problems addressed.

I would avoid this hotel if you were in the market for looking for a place to stay. Wasn't clean, AC broke 2nd day of my stay, ceiling was cracked in a location, pool area needs some servicing terribly. The front desk clerks don't really want to help you so if I'm you I'm looking elsewhere.

Clean rooms, efficient staff, good water pressure, terrible bed. The mattress was firm which is good, but hard to the touch...i woke up 7 or 8 times with hot spots. It also had a divot in the middle as though used long term by a very large person.

I was disappointed by our stay here. We booked 3 rooms for the night before my mother in law's surgery. We had 2 suites and a regular room. In our suite there were only 2 tissues in the box in the bathroom in our room with no extra boxes. There was no bedding for the fold out couch (the front desk fpumd us some sheets and blankets but no pillows, so my kids had to sleep without pillows). The bathroom door and bedroom door could not both open at the same time because they were too close together, and the TV in the bedroom did not work, although the one in the sitting area/living room did. There is also no overhead light in the bedroom so you must make your way to the lamp in the dark because the light switch does not control them. In the suite my mother in law shared with her twin sister, we tried to use the luggage cart which did not easily enter the room because of a marble threshold at the doorway. When I tried to pull it back out of the room to take it downstairs, the suite door slammed shut (not a slow or gentle close at all) on my back leaving me with a painful purple bruise on my back. The door did not latch shut in my brother in law's room and could only be locked from the inside by using the deadbolt, leaving hospital belongings vulnerable when he went to the vending machine. There also was no free continental breakfast like literally every other hotel we have ever been too. They only had a restaurant, but when our family went downstairs to order breakfast, we waited for nearly 10 minutes with no employee in sight. Because we were there for a surgery, we were on a tight schedule and could not wait all morning for service so we had to leave and go elsewhere for breakfast. To top it all off, we were overcharged for our room and had to wait on a $25 refund to correct their mistake.

On the positive side, the night clerk at the front desk was polite and had an extra key waiting for my husband who arrived payer with our children. He arrived at our room in only a couple of minutes after I called to tell him there was no bedding for the pull out couch and was apologetic about the lack of pillows. The rooms and bathrooms were also clean.

Overall I was quite disappointed. We booked this hotel specifically because we had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn elsewhere, but we will not be staying here again.

The room was dirty when I arrived. Another woman s bobby-pins and hair we re still on the bathroom floor. There was pee on the toilet seat. There was green cupcake frosting on the floor by the bed and sand in the bed. I told the front desk clerk in the morning and she made excuses for the staff. You d think during Covid they d be extra cautious about cleaning.

Understaffed for spring break. Could not keep up with cleaning the rooms, common areas, pool towels and lines checking in between 3-5 pm. Pure craziness. Rude staff what staff was present. Most the time I was searching for staff or waiting 15 mins or so for front desk to come back to front desk. Miserable experience. Miserable 4 days of spring break. I wanted to leave and would have if I wouldn't have lost money. Will never never stay here again. Full review on ihg.

Rooms were spacious, clean, fairly quiet the night the Jazz bounced the Thunder from the playoffs. A little odd finding the hotel - - kinda wandered though a few lots the first time, but it's easy to see from the Kilpatrick Turnpike access road. Staff of 1 was a little slow but competent enough. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby, with several walkable restaurants. Worst issue was a slow elevator which isn't a big knock against.

Great experience, went through HotWire. We were told breakfast coupons were available upon checkup. But the next morning was told this room does not qualify for the coupon. So we had to go outside of hotel to have breakfast.

Update: I went to the front desk and conveyed how upset I was with the internet and housekeeping. Front desk staff was helpful and worked with priceline to get me a refund for the rest of the nights. I've since rebooked the rest of my stay at another hotel that I've stayed at earlier which is a star lower, but the internet does work over there. I actually feel bad. The hotel staff here are really nice and friendly but they can only do as much as the group that owns this hotel lets them. If the owners of this hotel are as super stingy and go for the lowest bidder for the hotel services, there is nothing the front desk can do but smile and put up with disappointed customers.
Save your money and stay at the myriad of other hotels in this area.
Wifi requires me to sign in every 5 minutes. Front desk wants me to call ATT and do the troubleshooting for them. If my bathroom clogs up, would you ask me to call a plumber from google, huh?
If I had a dollar for every time I logged in to the wifi today just to do my work, I would use that money to stay at a different hotel and get my work done for the evening.
I used a paper cup for coffee and left it on the floor when I went for work and it was still there when I got back.
If I wanted to stay in a dirty room with spotty wifi, I would stay at super 8 for half the money.

I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend this location to anyone. Our stuff was stolen from our room and we were told that we would be mailed a check for reimbursement and that has never happened. I have emailed the general manager and called with no responses and corporate will not help either - I will never stay at a Holiday Inn in the future

In slow decline.

In slow decline.

This location has slowly declined in the past number of years. No more complementary coffee in the mornings, no more bottled water upon arrival, torn drapes, holes in the bathroom door. Will be finding a new location to sleep for my twice yearly visit to OKC.

This hotel is a good place to stay, especially if you find a good deal. I wouldn't pay 100+ per night, but at about half that, this was an excellent hotel. Front desk staff was very nice, and the room was clean. I spent most of my time away from the hotel, so I can't hit on many amenities. The location is a big plus. If you're in Edmond or the Quail Springs area, this is dead center.
