I really enjoyed by stay. The staff were consistently helpful and polite. The room was spacious and kept very clean. The location of the hotel was a bonus as shops/restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. Will stay again

The hotel is clean with friendly staff and offers a rich breakfast. The rooms have new bathrooms, but the rooms themselves are worn out. The location is very good for business travelers, but there is no nice view of the city. I recommend it for business travelers, but if you are on vacation, choose a place with more character and charm.

Hotel for short stay.
Room was good and bathroom not very spacious, despite having an upgrade room due to membership.
Small bed 1.40 m and sagging mattress. Because we spent a bad night in it, we received a bag of wafers and a voucher for a drink.
The breakfast is good, but for example scrambled eggs, hot bacon, ... you won't find there

The room was ok. The breakfast was not that good as their offer was lacking a lot of things.

Booking was not known at hotel, although it was paid via expedia. Was neatly solved but in a different room than ordered. Room small, double bed even smaller. Breakfast fine. Parking pricey.

Free breakfast. Breakfast area have lots of seat and it s open whole day. Hotel have their own bike. (But I m not sure is free or not)

The parking entree is behind the hotel( the other road)

The only inconvenient is that the parking lots don t have elevator. But maybe you can ask staff for help. And it s no free parking.

Overbooked, needed to change hotel for the night. It is incredible that hotels overbook despite charging no show fees... Never booking holiday Inn express again.

The rooms are very loud. You can't sleep because of the train and cars.

Very central hotel. Clean Rooms. Very friendly hotel stuff. Rooms next to the street are very loud. If you go there try to get a room to the other side. Breakfast was okay, but in other hotels it was much better.

Very nice staff, good breakfast and the price was good for what you get. The rooms were very clean, new and comfortable. It's a great place to stay for short visits. We will definitely stay there next time.

The rooms are very clean and have good facilities. The shower was very nice and I never wanted to get out, I just wanted to stay safe in the shower washing away my problems. The breakfast was lovely although my dad could've done with a boiled egg. Finally, I was promised one soft one firm pillow, but given two firms. This is a firm no from me. However, the friendliness of the staff, particularly spritely Michael, truly my stay. Xoxo gossip girl

Decent hotel until they charged 38 for laundry with 12 items

Great hotel. Unfortunately no safe in room. You hardly see any other guests. Very calm. Until you come to breakfast. Chaos. But that is the only downside. Good central location. Everything is walkable.

Just ok. Would not go out of my way to stay here again.

Stayed with husband whist visiting Rotterdam. Beautifully clean hotel. Location was fantastic from the station and close to amenities. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Will definitely book again this year when we return to the area.

The room is cold
The hotel has no big sign so very hard stt find. When you ask the staff, they ignore the reason why for 4 years it has been so ....... cheap breakfast .... coffee and sandwiches like nothing extra ..... still fully paid.
Expensive parking 25 euros per day .... definitely no return visit.

I had a very nice stay in there. Maybe breakfast was not to impressing as it was typical cold dutch breakfast.

Minutes from Rotterdam Central, their main shopping area, and Chinatown. Clean, friendly, STRONG WIFI, and free breakfast.

The location is perfect, the stuff is kind. The breakfast is kinda spartan but healthy. Good place for a short business trip.

Stayed here one night in a 3 person room. Was on Saturday and there was something in Ahoy. Therefore very busy. Parking goes well. Is central, breakfast is nothing wrong with that. Was nice offer at the end of January.

The room was clean the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very basic. You can easily walk to the central station or into the pedestrian zone in 10min.

Thirty no-frills hotel. Simple rooms, good breakfast. Hotel bar doesn't mean much

Very convenient location to most Rotterdam attractions. Tram stop in front of the hotel, metro across the street & central station a few minutes walk away. Clean rooms & nice service.

Een schoon hotel met ruime kamer met een goed bed . We vroegen om een rustige kamer en die hebben we gekregen! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was naar wens. Genoeg brood ect en steeds weer bij gevuld. Eetzaal had wel wat ruimer gemogen.
De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Straat over steken en je bent direct in het centrum. Dicht bij de Coolsingel.
Parkeren met de auto in de daarvoor bestemde garage met veel plaatsen. Perfect.
Zou dit hotel zeker aanraden!!

Fairly standard HI Express, although the breakfast wasn't as good as other HI Express hotels I have stayed in. They only put out a very small amount of mixed fruit salad and don't serve any granola. The yogurts are also not as good as most of their other hotels. The breakfast area is very tight and busy on a weekday morning between 7.00 and 7.30. Check out on Friday morning took far too long.

Well located hotel. Relatively spacious room. Affordable price. International breakfast, not very varied but of good quality.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are modern and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is quite loud, which bothers at night. In addition, the rooms are quite light so that you can even understand the conversations of the neighbors. Generally it was pretty cold in the hotel.

The ladies of the reception are very attentive, friendly, helpful and quick.

The breakfast buffet was in need of improvement, the coffee is not good.

Had 10days stopping at the hotel and it was lovely all the staff were all very helpful even in the morning helping with getting my breakfast good work and a lovely team always smiling and willing to help .thank you for making my break a lovely.

Clean rooms, but they are cold and noisy in the night. Breakfast is poor quality.

It was a very memorable stay here in Rotterdam. We've lost our passports before heading to our next destination and both Esmeralda and Anuoar were being so helpful to provide us as much information as we require to ensure that our trip will least be affected from this unfortunate incident.

The extra mile effort they made are worthy mentioned.

I spent a few nights. Good location right near the center. Friendly and helpful staff and a clean and good standard room. During Covid, breakfast was given in a bag, contained enough that the hunger went away. The traffic noise was a bit disturbing, mainly the tramline running of the trams. I will continue to stay overnight if I visit the city.

Good location, and small (but clean) rooms. Breakfast was a madhouse though, with very little selection. Check-in also took 15 minutes due to a line of customers and only 1 agent.

Super location, easy to find and looks good. Reception could have been one floor lower.

Parking for 10 per 24 hours is best on "Parking ParkBee - Schiestraat". Five minutes on foot from the hotel but app, roaming and registration required.

The double bed was unfortunately very small, felt a maximum of 1.20 m wide. A toilet brush is only available in the bathroom if ordered in advance.

Otherwise the room was clean and well equipped. Shower very spacious.

The breakfast has a good selection, but the room is very crowded, so that you cannot eat in peace.

The location is very central: a maximum of five minutes' walk to the main train station or the beginning of the "Lijnbaan" shopping street.

Located at walking distance from Rotterdam central. Well connected. Nice place to walk to a bunch of near by restaurants of various international cuisines.

Nice cozy room. TV. Fridge. No microwave. Breakfast buffet is ok, not great.

Excellent hotel; good breakfast, very nicr and helping stuff. The only thing is that you can't open the windows at the room. But the rest is prefect.
