Holiday Inn Express Rotterdam - Central Station Reviews

Rooms are clean. For a Holiday Inn very small rooms, you don't need to be surprised if you don't have a safe, because it's always in the closet that isn't in the room. There are no small beauty items in the bathroom for women. The windows cannot be opened. Breakfast is okay, you can freshly squeeze your orange juice here. The double bed is too narrow with 1.4 m wide, almost a cheek. If you love alternating showers, this is the place for you, the water comes from the shower sometimes warm and cold. There is also no real towel holder where you can hang up the towel after showering.
Conclusion: The hotel is not worth the price, okay, it's clean, but nothing more. I don't like it, the negative outweighs

It' s the second time I get the same room (243). As soon as you pull the curtains you have a wall 3-4 meters from the window, you can't see anything else.

The holiday inn is around 10 minutes walk to the station and therefore centrally located. Nothing special about this place expect for the very friendly and helpful staff.

Compliment to Front desk Ashley as she's really nice and helpful, and proactive offered early check-in for customer like me who has bulky luggage. I am glad that I had chosen this hotel for my Rotterdam trip.

We had a medium sized room with a view and most requisites - but no fridge. Breakfast and the staff were great - especially Rizi at breakfast.

The rooms were great. Breakfast there was not much choice but to do. But the staff at the reception rude arrogantly not helped in the right way .. got a room in the beginning that was already occupied !!! (not very funny if you open the door and there is already someone in the room) ... it was total chaos at the reception regarding rooms that were occupied. and it is apparently normal for people to be told that they are full while people have just booked. you are then casually sent to another hotel ... rooms were fine but that's all ..

It was close to the station and it felt like it was clean.

This was a very nice hotel. The room is new and well laid out, and didn't have huge clinical furniture found in other hotels. The breakfast was basic but satisfying. The staff were friendly and it is close to amenities. Sometimes the elevator smelled like pot, but I guess that's The Netherlands for you.

It is a 3 star hotel and it deserves it too. Had a discount but for the standard room we had I thought it was still too expensive.

Decent room, decent hotel, ok breakfast, convenient location in the city centre.

Not bad for a Holiday Inn Express - Close to Central Station and tram and bus stops, Walking distance from heart of the city. Rooms ok but no room safe. Good continental breakfast and free WiFi included.
