Clean Room. Friendly Staff. Breakfast is good. Hotel in center walking distance to many Restaurants and Shops.

Great location, very near the city centre and very close to the train station, the rooms however are rather small and the room lacks many basic amenities expected from hotel rooms, the staff seem to be good so far and I am yet to findout what to expect for breakfast. All in all it is a okay hotel if you are travelling along for business or just a copule who needs a hotel to just sleep at night, I'd you are a family with a child perhaps this may not be for you as the rooms are rather small.

Located near Rotterdam Central Station. Reasonable rate with clean and sizable room.

Externally, the hotel is beautiful, there is parking for a separate amount. The location is great, everything is central. The room is spacious but dirty. Cleaning here is just like. The mirrors are stained, under the armchair and on the armchair there are traces of previous guests. Small bed, TV too. Windows do not open. The bathroom is not bad, but the sink is very small and not comfortable. There are spots everywhere on the car. Breakfast is served in the box. Not bad. Enough for me . Only for the location I give this rating

Carnival opened right in front of the hotel, so we could not drive by traffic control and walked around for 2 hours. We parked in a remote parking lot and dragged a heavy load.

Great hotel. Modern, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Simple, but also 3 ***, so not bad. As well as breakfast: coffee may be better, but more than enough and plenty of choice, including fresh fruit and fresh orange juice (self-pressing). Within walking distance of Central Station.

Very clean, centrally located and relatively quiet. In addition, modern and cheaper than the Hilton opposite.

Rooms and bed are clean. Nice bathrooms. Continental breakfast good. Has more the feel of a hostel than hotel, however. But if you are looking for a good value place to sleep (and not much more) this is a good option.

The hotel is good in itself, is centrally located and the rooms are ok. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned once in the 3 day / 2 night stay, although we hung the sign on the door. I don't expect a thorough cleaning, but the trash cans could at least have been taught. In addition, only 4 hours after departure we noticed that we had forgotten a pair of shoes (new and expensive sneakers) in the room, so we contacted the reception directly - but the shoes were gone. Unfortunately, there was not even an apology, just an email with the information that they could not be found. In my opinion, this is a no go for a hotel.

Good hotel and kindfull service. The only thing I didn't like, that I couldn't open the windows.

The hotel is located near Rotterdam Central Station in the North of the city. The centre of Rotterdam can be reached within 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and include everything needed for an overnight stay. The service is friendly and English is spoken quite well. The breakfast is okay but it could offer more different kinds of food.

Excellent hotel, very clean and organized. The bedroom windows are double so do not listen to the outside noise. Has a Brazilian receptionist (Luna) who is extremely kind, polite and very solicitous. The breakfast is More

Good hotel, good location.
Spent a weekend at the HI Express hotel. Rooms are smallish and so is the double bed; not a real problem if you're alone. Good bathroom with good water pressure. The breakfast is included and that made the room a good deal. Breakfast is what I would call continental extended. Only hot item is a cooked egg. But it was more than adequate and tasted good.

Right next to a main road and tram route, but the sound insulation is very good, so you don't really hear it. You're given a couple of pillows, one soft and one firm, other hotels often don't do that. Charging points on only one side of the bed, so if you're sharing a room with someone, only one person can charge their phone overnight whilst keeping it beside them.

Breakfast is very uninspiring. It's a bit of a scrum for not very appetising options. This could be massively improved. The breakfast seating area is not very comfortable or cosy.

Neither of the rooms I stayed in had a secure safe, ironing facilities or fridge/minibar. There is a vending area in the reception, but not a great selection.

I stayed 2 nights, hotel was best Holiday Inn I have stayed in, room was large, clean, fresh and quiet. Breakfast, very good - all the hotel staff, tried to make my stay, as enjoyable as possible!

In the morning you can not sleep, as the room doors of the neighbors fall, as the whole room wobbles!
Have a nice breakfast, forget it! It's like a fairground, too small, tables too tight, too sterile ..... once and never again!

Clean, good hotel with the atmosphere of the ship - the stairs towards the registration and cafe reminds of the staircase. The color is blue. Dee, not instantly found, because it was redesigned from the office and not like a hotel.
