Whenever I and my girlfriend go on a city trip, we first look at a Holyday inn hotel. Nice price quality ratio.

Holiday Inn...how can I forget my stay. My room was beautiful while still feeling homey and very comfortable. Friendly and smiley receptionists. One of them actually took the pains to learn how to pronounce my name, I was impressed. Then the points you earn from staying at an IHG hotel too. Twas an unforgettable experience.

Just put an iron in the rooms and it would be 5 stars

The photo shows our breakfast during corona, no plates, no cups. It felt like in a hostel and that for 100 a night.

The rooms are very comfortable and the internet works fast. The breakfast is good. Nice and convenient place to stay.

Nice beautiful 3 * hotel on the Hofplein in the heart of Rotterdam. The welcome was friendly and attentive. The room was on the small side but neat and clean. The view was beautiful. What activity. Tram stop in front of the door. Top.
Slept well. The bed was comfortable but could have been a bit bigger, as was the bathroom. It was fully equipped. The breakfast was adequate. All employees are equally friendly and helpful.
We will be back for sure.

Solid 3 star experience. Room was big enough, bed was comfy - and the bathroom was excellent, big and bright. Hot showers with almost no temperature fluctuation.

Breakfast was included, it was basic continental style buffet. Food was fresh and plentiful, & staff kept the eating area clean and tidy.

Overall service was excellent - I especially appreciated that they loaned me an adapter plug (forgot to bring my own). Pretty key to be able to charge my devices, which were not compatible with European style wall outlets!

Spacious and clean rooms, varied continental breakfast but with breakfast room not adequate for the number of rooms. Short wait to sit at the table anyway. Near the central station and 10 minutes from the center and major museums. Friendly staff. A modern and fascinating city that can be visited on foot (with good will!), Full of interesting museums and parks. It also offers a lot for shopping.

It does not have a gym even if it appears, you have to walk 10 minutes down the street with the time of Roterdam

Very nice hotel in a great location close to Rotterdam Central station.
The welcome is very warm and the staff are attentive and attentive.
A breakfast area is located just after the reception.
You can find electrical outlets everywhere which allows you to be able to recharge your phone even while waiting for check-in.

It took about 6 or 7 minutes to walk from the train station. Going straight across the road was the shopping street. The breakfast was very good and it was quick to make up.

They didn't particularly do anything wrong, but the Hilton opposite and Marriott down the road are much better value for surprisingly comparable money. Thin walls....

My room was quiet nice. The bathroom was very spacious. The TV however was so small. But that's nothing compared to the strategic location of this place

Just new, clean, quiet, centrally located formula hotel.

So here goes, my rollercoaster experience of this Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel is easily located about 4 mins walk from Central Station and across from the shopping district with easy trams access outside.

Staff was very friendly at check in, I was given my key and went up to my room to find I had been provided a twin single room, I was travelling for business and book everything through an agency and had ensured it was not a twin.

Returned to reception, who apologised and changed my room. Went to the room to find a deadlock on the door and couldn't get in, slightly confused I tried to get in a few times, my key was working but the deadlock stopped me.

Then I panicked, when I heard a woman's voice! There was someone in the room! I apologized and went back to reception fuming.

They sincerely apologised, and provided a free drink voucher and promised points to my IHG account.

Upon returning to my room the next day after work, I found a personally written note from the manager apologising for what had happened and they deposited 10k points into my account. With a bag of snacks.

Upon returning in the evening, I got a drink and snacks and reception offered these for free due to the issue I faced.

The next day, reception offered it again for free.

Overall, whilst the initial issues were unacceptable, the way the hotel handled the issue and continued to say sorry throughout my stay was refreshing.

On the first night, this hotel was a 2 star, but happy to upgrade to 4 due to the way my complaint was handled.

If I didn't find long pieces of hair in the bathroom, it would have been 5 stars.

Modern hotel, close to the city center. Spacious room and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast (also without lactose and gluten on request) varies. Paid parking underneath the hotel indoors. Recommended.

A very quiet and centrally located accommodation to the main offices of the city.

Great room, clean, bit small bed. Nothing else special. Fine for sleeping alone.

The location is excellent and the hotel staff is helpful and the rooms are clean but narrow .. there is no refrigerator in the room .. the alabaster does not work, there is no blackberry for either one, the tea and coffee bags are missing, there is no free water, there is no room service, no restaurant .. i do not want to live there again

Hotel well located in the city center and in front of a tram station. Staff available at any time helps you find what you are looking for, makes the effort to speak French if you are not bilingual. Just arrived we are immediately in the possibility of taking our room which are very spacious and clean as well as the showers very large and this city is just simply sublime to discover and thank you to Marijn!

Very clean, good breakfast, well located. On the other hand, the amenities are pretty basic: no closets, low quality soap, tiny TV etc. In addition, they forgot to prepare for our arrival one of the rooms.
