This is worst hotel in usa or probably the world. Dirty and unclean lobby. Poor receptionist. Unprofessional front desk staff. Manager not traceable. Do not ever stay at this hotel even if it s last place on earth

Staff aren t rude, but aren t that nice either. Just be aware that you ll have to pay a temporary $200 fee when checking in. I ve never heard of an incidental fee that high, but at least I got my money back.

2 stars are the Hotel is in a nice calm area near airport. The places was clean. The Down side $200 deposit. (2 )hospitality is a zero they do not add value to your stay. If you are a little slow checking out they will harass you for $100 of your deposit while they see you packing your bags to leave there space. The lady Gisela front desk receptionist didn't care how uncomfortable she makes you feel during check out and when I spoke to her she cared less gave me her name on a paper and advise me to write a review so she does not care how negative you may feel about her. (3) They will hold your 200 deposit for 7-10 days after checkout. That's my experience and I will not go back. You may feel differently

i have stayed in 100,s of Holiday Inn Express' This was the worst! No coffee in breakfast area at 7am???? No eggs... Asked the front desk and She said. No more coffee!!! when the driver gets back he will make coffee... I thought this was a joke... It was not!! 2 people behind counter doing nothing but giggling... dirty bathroom with ultra slow drains and water pressure... I will NEVER stay here again... BEWARE!

Holiday inn Express is hit or miss and this one is a miss. Rooms smell, ventilation is bad, needs to be renovated. People were nice but rooms were outdated. Rooms that were supposed to be non smoking smelled like cigarette smoke

There was a mix up with my reservation and app. I thought I had a reservation for today, it was two days ago. My app said Upcoming reservation so why would I question it? My credit card was charged. I showed up and realizing the error. I asked the front desk person if they would credit the amount towards my stay and give me a room. She walked into managers office, came out 10 seconds later and said no. I asked if I could speak to the manager and she said he was talking to the maintenance man (guy was standing five feet away outside the door). I said that is fine and that I would stand there and call IHG, the hotel chain. I did. The manager couldn t be bothered to come out. IHG called the manager for me. He refused to consider the situation and the IHG rep said even interrupted him. Nice guy. Don t do business with this place. Read the other reviews. Bad news. (See the owners response below. It says it all. I simply wanted to have a conversation. The above was not edited. I admitted I made an error that I did not see until I arrived at the hotel.)

The room was very comfortable we did not have a good experience with the breakfast the food was empty and no one was bringing any more out and the toasters was not working they kept popping the breakers then we come to find out the person in charge of the food also drove the shuttle we said something to the lady behind the counter but she did not seem interested

Stay was nice, perfect restaurant across the street for breakfast! Goody's Is the name of the place. 5star breakfast I give it. Hotel has breakfast, the just get it at bob evans next door... 3stars...

My experience at this hotel was pretty good. For the most part the room was in great condition and very clean. The staff was great and the breakfast food was surprisingly good. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which makes this a great place to stay when visiting via the airport. I plan to stay here next time I need a Cleveland airport hotel.

Really convienent location, has an airport shuttle that you can sign up for which is super nice, great breakfast; only tiny drawback is getting into the parking lot (there's only one entrance that you can only get in if you're going one way)

The hotel was nice, right up to what I expect from...

The hotel was nice, right up to what I expect from a Holiday Inn. The only problem I had was checking in. My wife and I stood for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone at the front desk to check in. I even called the hotel twice. Finally got the attention of someone off The clock to call the front desk clerk, Raj. He was evidently helping another guest, but failed to leave a note.

This place is in rough shape. I was locked out of my room for a whole night due to the age of the lock they have on their doors (I was lucky wasn t locked in the room). They charge me for the night, never got an apology from them. I received a text from the GM Raj requesting me to rate them 10 out of 10. I responded back explaining what has happened. He never responded to me. I guess they really don t care about customer service.

A good place to stay if you have early flight the next day. About 10 min drive from the hotel to the airport. Staffs were nice, breakfast was good as always. Plenty parking spot and it was free.

Friendly staff went out of their way to fix the TV and room phone. Hotel very clean, good breakfast, but the bed was hard. Pool was out if service, would've like to know that ahead of time. Have stayed here several times and would stay again.

The staff at this hotel is better than many expens...

The staff at this hotel is better than many expensive upscale hotels. I had one of those days . Left car keys in Florida so I had to make arrangements to have another key mailed to me here in Brookpark-Cleveland. I made a reservation online through IHG which was the beginning of some of the most personal hospitality I have ever experienced. The assistant on the phone set up my shuttle. It arrived early and I was greeted by NAME when thd driver, Sandy picked me up. The online assistant that set up my ride explained to the staff here that my day was rough. Sandy offered to drive me to a store or restaurant!! Then when I arrive at the hotel when teaching for my I.D. that I left a piece of medical equipment at the airport. I was frantic AGAIN. After my calling as well as Sandy and the 9other front desk person calling the airport in search of my item. The GM, David brought his own car and drove me back to the airport where I was able to recover my item. This is an older hotel but its clean and possibly the best customer service I have ever recieved.

It is conveniently located next to the I-71, and that makes getting anywhere a breeze. The rooms were clean, and the people who worked there were all friendly. My only small issue is the walls seem to be a bit thin. We were next to a group of NFL fans who were nice enough, but a bit rowdy later in the evening.

I am very unhappy about not being allowed to have an extended check out on 4/1/19. No loyalty to club members and people who like to stay at holiday inn!<br/>Due to my work schedule on 3/31/19 I had to work 6:00AM to 3:30PM and again at 10:00PM to 11:00AM to 4/1/19. I have been a Hoiliday Club member for over 10 years and have never been denined a simple extra time to grab a hours sleep and shower be for I have the 3 hour drive home.<br/>Instead I will have to sleep in my vehicle before heading home.<br/>I spoke with the rewards office to give them my comments and the next time I have to go to Cleveland I will use another hotel chain!!

1. The entire staff's professional politeness and courtesy is simply remarkable. Not once in the entire week that we were here did anyone of the staff not greet the guests in the hallway, in the lobby, in the cafeteria, even in the parking lot. They said good morning, good afternoon, how are you today? Have a great rest of your day. Just remarkable. Thank you.
2. The room is impeccably clean.
3. The bathrooms in the lounge, in the room, in the lobby just impeccably clean.
4. Excellent parking
5. Truly a quality IHG Hotel.

My new hotel when in Cleveland area, especially airport. Best hotel by a long shot in airport area.

Friendly, courteous, and professional team especially ones working evening shift.

Will stay again and suggest to friends, teammates and customers when in area. Planning to be there myself in a couple weeks
