Holiday Inn Cleveland Airport Review

Amazingly friendly staff. Would have had 5 stars of checkout was not 11am and that with little flexibility

Everything you would expect from a well kept Holiday Inn. Everything was clean and new. The pool looked above average for a hotel pool, and the fitness center was a bit larger than average. A very good hot breakfast too. Extremely friendly and helpful staff

They have a check out process that is very inconvenient.

Stayed here for the opportunity to exercise during our stay. Other hotels in the area don't have a gym or pool. Paid a little more to stay here but that is what we wanted. I rate many hotels based on the bathroom and mainly shower. This one is probably one of the best I have had in the past two years.

Everyone I met from chicken to check out or very friendly and extremely helpful. I was there only for one night. So in the morning when I got up to catch my flight at 4am I was too early for breakfast. But the nice ladyoffered me some snacks that I could take with me on the plane. I would definitely stay here again.

Should give a discount when all amenities are not available like the pool

Soon as we lay down to sleep we heard someones tv turned to max volume and other people were laughing and chatting til about 4am. Then there were SPIDERS! I couldnt sleep and i was scared. I will not be returning.

Close to the airport and very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic

Very average. No tub. HORRIBLE water pressure in the shower.

Room temp was good, which can be hard on n conference rooms. Lobby had odd smell. Good overall.

Pretty standard Holiday inn. Free breakfast, updated rooms. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if in the area.
