My experience buying a used car here exceeded all of my expectations. David, the sales rep was helpful, patient, and got us out very quickly and easily. I felt very 'taken care of' there and the car I bought was beyond what I expected price-wise and quality-wise. VERY happy with my experience there.

Dan has been terrific throughout the time I ve owned my car and serviced it at Hoehn. He s familiar with the car, remembers me and consistently meets or beats the projected finishing time. There have a few occaisions when I ve pulled in without an appointment or notice. He jumps up and handles it without skipping a beat. I don t make a habit of that but it s reassuring to have that kind of response. Of course, the quality of work has always been high as one might expect. Starting with the quality of a MB doesn t hurt. So far, a great experience.

HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES! We ve bought a few cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences we ve had buying a car! First off, Dave was the salesman who helped us through the entire process & he was absolutely incredible and such a pleasure to work with! He showed us every feature in the model SUV we were looking at, answered any questions we had, and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the process! We were cracking jokes the entire time & he was so personable and so much fun to work with!

After going through the looking process, Rich helped us with the finance portion & just like Dave he was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had! One thing we really appreciated was that he didn t try and up sell us on any other packages unless it was something that would fit our needs over the lifetime of our car (which was a huge thing since we got ripped off at our last car buying experience!) He made sure that everything was outlined and clear and took the time to make sure we understood what we were getting with the warranty we were purchasing.

The following day we ended up bringing in some Chic-fil-A for the entire team (because they rock!) and got to meet with Pete who is their sales manager. While we didn t chat for long, you can tell he cares about his customers and employees & he was super helpful with recommending some auto tint businesses to us!

Overall, we are just so grateful for everyone we worked with at Hoehn Mercedes! They were SO personable, transparent & made the entire process super quick and painless. We are so stoked on our new car & we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a mercedes!

I am 56 years old and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. This was, by far, the best car buying experience of my life. I experienced none of the negatives that usually accompany the purchase of a new or used car.

Reed Kaelin was my Sales Consultant and she was nothing short of highly competent, very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. A true breath of fresh air in the car buying experience. Reed also made sure that the minor repairs to my GLE (I bought a pre-owned Mercedes) that I noticed were handled expeditiously and to my satisfaction.

Stopped in the early afternoon a few days ago. My car had died and had to be jumped earlier that day. I thought they may just read my battery and check if it was charging or maybe ask me to come back in the am. I was great immediately, Was sitting talking to my advisor Paul within minutes. To my surprise I was offered a loaner while they checked out the car. Well, I loved that. Sent off with an absolutely beautiful brand new car - 17 miles on it for what turned out to be a simple battery replacement. Well I loved that and I felt like a VIP customer for sure! I even kept it overnight even though they called before closing to let me know the battery was replaced and a recall item was also fixed. I have shared my little story several times so over and above service has great ROI!

My husband and I just leased a new Mercedes C300 and Vas--who is our go-to guy in Sales--and his cohort Saad (who we met for the first time on Vas's day off) are just about the two finest human beings on the planet. Honest, smart, nice and trustworthy. Between ourselves and our agency we've bought maybe a dozen cars from them over the years and found Vas to be the salt of the earth. And now Saad as well. We cannot recommend them and their service team as well enough.

I recently purchased a 2018 E300. I am impressed with the car but mostly impressed with the attention to detail, Billy from Hoehn Carlsbad, has gone out of his way to show me. He actually had to slow me down and explain that he wanted to take the time to make me feel comfortable with the car. He then followed up with a phone call asking if he could be of any assistance with questions that may have arose over the past week. I highly recommend the car, the dealership and the service department.

All I want is to schedule a 1-year check and electronics-problem repair for a 2016 MB. So far, I've been trying all afternoon, and I've been placed on hold for long stretches, cut off, relayed back and forth, dumped into three separate voicemails, wrongly transferred to wrong depts; all in all I've spoken to maybe seven or eight different people who quickly put me back into phone purgatory. I still haven't been able to talk to someone about my needs. I went online to schedule, and just need to follow up by talking to a live person. But I am starting to wonder if one exists at Hoehn Motors-MB. Very frustrated right now.

First time getting my car serviced here. It was easy. Drove up and my service advisor, Paul Nelson, came out to great me. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was given a loaner car while my car was getting serviced, but they had it ready within a couple of yours.

Note: The service department has great coffee.

Service was for a recall on airbags. The service was fast and the service writer was very helpful and friendly.

My review of Hollins Motors is mixed. When you arrive at the dealership everything is laid out fairly nice and the vehicles and quantity they have are good. No complaints, if there's a vehicle you want, that they don't have they can probably get it and would, happily. The problem I have is with their customer service. You see, I own a business and it is a service business. In the 30 years I've been in business, my goal is to ensure the very best service our customers can find. Why? Because I appreciate it and I know that they have other choices of where they can go. I not only want to provide them with service but I want them to come back time and time again. I also want them to tell their friends and family and coworkers that if they're in the market for our product or service that they would happily recommend us. Customers will usually tell two or three friends when they find something that they like but when they don't like your company or your service they will tell eight or more friends or family or coworkers that they did not like the service they got and they would not recommend you. While we did purchase a vehicle from this establishment I would not go out of my way to recommend them to someone.

Paul is very kind and attentive. I have worked with Paul for my services at Hoehn Mercedes over 4 years and he is always genuine and caring his clients with utmost integrity and the highest level of services. I highly recommend Paul if you need any services on your Mercedes.

If you need a Sprinter or a Metris, be sure to ask for Roger. He really knows his vans.

This was my first visit to Hoehn Mercedes, as we had just moved into the region. The service advisor greeted me warmly, quickly setup our profile and and sent the vehicle off to be repaired while I waited. The repair time was exactly as estimated and the vehicle was returned to me freshly washed. All the personnel were friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean, modern and offered all the amenities we have come to expect from Mercedes-Benz. Overall, a pleasant, hassle-free experience. I was having hydraulic problems with my SL500's top, so after dinner on Thursday, my wife and I drove around the dealerships in Carlsbad. We got out and were walking around the Hoehn BM-B lot at closing time, a gentleman asked if he needed help while he was checking the vehicles to ensure they were locked, we said no. But then we saw something that caught our eye, we asked the gentleman a couple of questions...even though it was closing time, he went back into the dealership and printed out the information we asked about. Saad was very knowledgeable and patient with us and continued that same customer care the following day when we returned. Well, now we have a new-to-us E400 Cabriolet and are thrilled. The process was painless and everyone at the dealership was great to work with. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle and I specifically recommend Saad as a sales associate.

I brought our E320 with 70k miles on it for service, and P tried to scare me into thinking that the suspension could go out (not what I brought it in for) and that I should buy a new Mercedes instead of fixing this one. So which is it P: should I buy a Mercedes because it's a quality vehicle that will last a long time, or should I buy a new one because I should be afraid that something's going to fail even though it's fine now? There was also a scratch on my vehicle which was not there when I dropped it off, and P would not take responsibility. But P that's why you have a routine protocol to inspect vehicles when they're dropped off, and you didn't note a scratch on mine.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my Mercedes with Saad Jarrah at Hoehn Motors. Simply put, Saad is the best automotive professional I've ever interacted with. He is genuine, authentic, considerate, customer centric, and passionate about what he does. He's articulate, well spoken, prepared, and personable. He shoots as straight as an arrow, which is a breath of fresh air in an industry that's filled with salesmen playing games trying to "earn your business". I've only spoken to Saad two days in my life, and I feel like I could call him a friend. I will recommend and refer Saad any opportunity I get and truly appreciate the work he's done on my behalf. Yep, you read that right...it's as if Saad doesn't work for Hoehn, but instead he works for you.

I took my car for service to Carlsbad Hoen Mercedes. I arrived 30 minutes late for my appointment. I had another appointment at noon and was worried I wouldn t make it. The service took care of me ASAP and they had my car finished way ahead of the time they told me. Excellent job. Nearby are outlet malls you can easily walk there and do some shopping while you are waiting for your car to be serviced.

I just had my 2013 MB E350 main battery replaced by Hoehn Motors. First class service that exceeded my expectations. My service advisor, Chris Islas, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This MB dealer performed exactly as promised!!!

I always take my car to Hohen, Carlsbad. I know that they will take care of me. I arrive with my mercedes, they have a car waiting for me. Paul usually calls me when I get home to tell me what I need. I can trust Hohen to be honest and fair. My car needs little work because they take good care of it at each visit. Lots of stars for Paul also. He is great!!!

As always Hoehn Mercedes provided an easy ,fun transition out of my 2013 lease into my new 2018 lease. Bob Rickman had picked out vehicles for me prior to arrival and since he's sold me my last few cars here he knew exactly what I wanted. Good : The staff was friendly and courteous. And they did their job for the most part properly apart from some of the things as below.
Bad : when I bought my car from here, my rep didn't have any knowledge about financing and took matters into his own hands without asking me permission. He applied for loans at multiple banks without checking with me first. My credit score was hit because of this.
When I went for my first servicing for my merc cla, they gave me an enterprise car as a loaner although I know for a fact other dealerships provide Benz c300 typically. When I asked about this I received a bs reason that they are out of stock. Guess cla owners are not very esteemed customers.

I bought my brand new E Class in October of 2011 - along with the extended warranty (just in case) at Hoehn Mercedes in Carlsbad. I have been religious about getting my car serviced at the recommended intervals and Stephanie in the Service Department has been my associate from day one. She greets me with a smile and takes good care of me and my vehicle's needs. The car loan department is a breeze and the whole company communicates well with me on all aspects. I have enjoyed my interactions with Hoehn and their attention to customer service is excellent.

Absolutely wonderful new car purchase experience! Our salesperson, Billy Daniels, spent hours of time showing us several car models, explaining their differences, and benefits, and allowing us to test drive (several times) the vehicle of our ultimate choice. Before departing with our new C-300, he patiently explained the major essentials of operation of the vehicle (which, of course, were just the beginnings of many new lessons to be learned about this magnificent new car!) Bottom line..... Billy Daniels, and all of the Hoehn staff who were involved in this transaction were extraordinarily helpful, professional and gracious!
