Sales dept was supposed to,pay for gas. Both service technician and loaner car desk were informed. I still received a bill for gas on my credit card.

Had to call Hoehn twice to get this resolved.

I don't like to buy cars but this is not a bad experience I have to admit. This is my fourth Mercedes and I went through two dealerships. I did not like either of them. But this dealership provided a more relaxed Atmosphere.
The sales person was only there for a week but had enough knowledge about the car. He followed up at the right time and was not heavy handed in pushing the sales. I don't enjoy high pressure type of sales. With The low-profile approach, I feel more at home and comfortable in making a decision. The Management was supportive and willing to deal.
The paperwork is a little bit slow, but with all the requirements, It might be common every place I go. The only thing they neglected to do is a follow up meeting. With the new technology, there's so much to learn about your new car. I think a follow up meeting within a week to make sure your customer understand all the updated technology in terms of how to maximize The potential of what your new car. I made this comment on their survey and The issue was quickly remedied. I am now enjoying my New car and would recommend people to this dealership and the sales person.

Failed to abide by California Foreign Language Translation of Consumer Contracts: Legal Guide K-4. Did not offer the contract in language native to main purchaser I speak on behalf of. I spoke with Bill, one of the sales managers, who lied over the phone about the contract sitting in front of me in plain view and denied wrong doing. SHAME ON HOEHN MERCEDES!!!

I would give this dealership 5 stars except for how they treated me (multiple times). Carlsbad and the entire coastal North SD County has (had) a big surfer community and they don't really wear many suits. So walking into a Mercedes dealer in surfer gear may not be ideal but I'm not going home to change to get my car serviced.

My wife and I recently moved to the Carlsbad area and we have been MB owners for over 30 years. I went to the dealer to buy a tail light bulb for my wife GLK. They told me that they would be happy to install. They did and also clicked and the trie pressures since one was low. when they were complete I asked how much do I owe You; they said nothing not even for the bulb!

I have never been treated so well at any dealership we have had anywhere at anytime. From the parts department personnel, the service advisor and technician. All they cared about was my satisfaction. What a change to find people like this in the car business. Thank you. I will be back many times when its time to service my MB's and when i need to buy a new ones.

Brought the car in the morning, 8:15 am for a service B. Got a phone call at 4:30 saying the car would be ready at 6 pm. There went my day, waiting for them to complete the car. Also was told needed new spark plugs. Just an FYI, I changed them my self last year, plugs are good. A little concern here. But have to say this, out of the three dealers, Hoehn is the best....

The service department was very courteous and efficient when I brought my Sprinter in for an airbag device recall. I was on my way in an hour. I had just enough time to take a stroll through the discount shopping center and get a cup of hot chocolate.

We've been a Hoehn MB customer for 10+ years. Everything they do is top drawer, all the time. And when the inevitable mistake occurs, they go way above and beyond to correct it and ensure that the customer is satisfied.

With two older Mercedes, after trying several independent repair shops, I keep coming back to the service department at Hoehn Motors because of the combination of speed, quality in their service - which frequently is exactly the same I was being charged elsewhere. Combine that with extra's such as availability to have a loaner car, and a team of people who go out of their way to help, I am happy to use them as our go-to for all our Mercedes service needs.

Great experience buying a car, actually probably the best one yet. They were fair and efficient. They really went out of their way to help us. We love our new car. Laurie and manager Pete helped us and were extremely professional, nice and knowledgeable.

I hate having to take my car in for service; however, going to Hoehn for service can make this chore almost pleasant. From making an appointment, checking in for service, getting a loaner car, and returning to pick up my car post service, everyone I encounter is courteous, efficient, professional , and my service is completed on time--as promised. It just doesn't get much better. I bought my vehicle in Carlsbad at Hoehn Mercedes, then moved to San Diego. Despite the distance to Carlsbad, I choose to drive to Hoehn for periodic needed services--they are just that good!

How special for 19 years to have a personal shopper at Hoehn Mercedes. His name is Billy Daniels, salesman of the year multiple times at the Carlsbad Mercedes. This spring I purchased my 3 rd Mercedes with Billy. What makes Billy so special, here s a scenario. When my C280, C300 were getting up in years, Billy would call me out of the blue and say I found your next car, it s here on the lot waiting for you . LOL it was exactly what I was thinking of buying. Billy knows his customers, continues communication after a purchase contact me anytime if you need information or assistance . In April I purchased a pre-owned 2018 GLC 300. It had a glass chip , scratch and a few minor things. But Billy worked quickly with the service department to make sure everything was perfect when I drove the GLC 300 off the lot. I feel he is always there even with a simple question on operating the new technology or on vacation in the mountains

I have purchased 2 Mercedes from Hoehn and both times I have been pleased with their service and would recommend them highly.

Online service A for 2018 E300 Mercedes was easy to setup. Took about 2 hours to perform the oil change and checking a few low key items. The cost is a bit high considering only an oil change for $310. Need to do this to make sure the warranty is in place.

Needed to take my C300 in for its first Service A. All went extremely well and smoothly. Mike was wonderful as well as all of the other service professionals. Love this place!!

My car had a recall on the control panel of my 2009 C-300. It was also due for service in 5 days. Mike S. was my advisor and I had the service done. The control panel was done without cost to me and the only cost was for the service. I also had a rental car issued at that time as Mike didn't know how long it would take to diagnose problems I was having.

I was not happy with my service technician at San Diego dealer so I changed to your office. I was pleased your company found the transmission did not get the service when I did my 60,000 miles and 70,000 miles services at San Diego office. I appreciate Mr. Yee, service manager at San Diego dealership, agreed to do it after I told him about this. I was happy I did not pay additional $500 at your office for this. I believe honesty and integrity are so important to any business. If you have such merits, your business will grow.

This is by far the BEST Mercedes~Benz dealership in the west coast. I bought a beautiful CLK Mercedes and the purchase process took less than 2 hours. The level of service and professionalism is bar none the best of all 5 Mercedes dealerships I visited during my quest for the perfect car.
Amongst one of the perks was a full detail and 2016 brand new loaner vehicles while your purchased car is being fully detailed and perfected.
The finance office is incredible as well, with Patti Wasko. I purchased my car through Laurie Italiano who was very easy to work with. I recommend Dan in Service for his excellent communication skills.

Just helped my cousin with purchasing a new E250 from Hoehn Mercedes this afternoon. Truly an exceptional experience which started with our sales rep David Silvas. Although he was new to the car business, it was apparent that he was well versed in his product and did an exceptional job of guiding her through the decision/selection process. We also got to meet with the sales manager Chris with whom we were able to quickly come to a very aggressive deal. Over the years I've helped many of my friends and family members with buying cars and all in all, this was one of the most seamless and genuinely enjoyable experiences I've been through.

I had an issue with my SL55 that could only be fixed by the dealer. The Hoehn service department was superb! Paul, my service adviser, was outstanding. He communicated with us and kept us up to date on the issue with the car. The service tech was knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. We were able to discuss with them several options to fix the vehicle. It was done in a timely manner and with no problems. The car is running great again. If zero stars were an option... every single person we spoke with by phone, from front desk to service, was careless. They made no effort to attend to our service needs.
Our dealership in Portland, Or would never behave that way. As well, offering anything but an equivalent or better Mercedes to drive when a client drops off their Mercedes for service is not the Mercedes way. Absurd.
