This was my first visit to Hoehn Mercedes, as we had just moved into the region. The service advisor greeted me warmly, quickly setup our profile and and sent the vehicle off to be repaired while I waited. The repair time was exactly as estimated and the vehicle was returned to me freshly washed. All the personnel were friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean, modern and offered all the amenities we have come to expect from Mercedes-Benz. Overall, a pleasant, hassle-free experience.
