I test drove a GLS450 and they didn't have the color I was looking for so I said I would like to order one. The salesman David said he could not give me a price until I put down a deposit and then when it landed he could give me the price. Yeah right what a clown. I then just emailed Saad over at the internet department and he gave it to me for a great price. I ordered it from him.

Just completed our third transaction with this locally-owned dealership. One purchase in 2015, a lease in 2016 and a renewal just recently in 2019. Vas Chohan in Internet Sales was our guy on all three. Answered all my questions, provided requested information immediately, willing to wheel and deal without the usual B.S. you get from many car dealers, and made what's normally a taxing experience quite nice. Would highly recommend Vas to anyone starting their search.
This dealership also has excellent service and makes that process easy as well. Either wait in beautiful facilities or get a loaner with minimal effort. Dan Reeves has done most of our service work and he's top-notch. None of the other service reps are slouches, either.
Even the owner has chimed in on occasion when I've been there, checking to make sure everything's being taken care of. That family, local touch has made me a loyal customer. Even got my brother to buy from them a couple years ago. It's nice to know a recommendation will be good for the recipient as well.

When I went to go look at the 2019 Mercedes, I casually went in one Sunday with my daughters to Hoehn in Carlsbad. Kristine Kaelin came up to us and asked a lot of questions and we narrowed it down to two cars. She is excellent! I never felt pressured or stressed. I didn't buy a car that day. A year later, I finally needed to buy a car and went to every dealership but knew Kristine was my girl. She spent so much time with me, never judging me and answered all my questions. I found a car that I loved but the dealership wouldn't do trades so I gave up the car because I wasn't going to leave Kristine. I was loyal to her. In the end, she found an incredible car that I love!!! Kristine is the best if you want an honest consultant that you can trust to get you in the right car at the right price. The 10,000 miles maintenance services we received took over a day to complete. I called twice on Monday Dec 11 to our Service Advisor, Stephanie, regarding our service appointment on Dec 12. Unfortunately she never returned my calls. When checking in the car for services on Dec 12 morning, she said they were overbooked due to the county fire situation. She could have called me to reschedule the appointment as it was not urgent to do it on Dec 12. As a result, it took more than a day to do the 10,000 miles regular maintenance services and back tires changes. We also requested to pick up the car next morning. Unfortunately, we have to pick up the car around 2:30 pm and it took us over 1.5 hours to drive home due to heavy traffic on the highway. We are seriously considering going to a Mercedes service shop closer to home as Hoehn cannot deliver maintenance services in a day. Besides, the car was not clean and did not get washed thoroughly as they usually did.
Paul Nelson and the service at Hoehn Mercedes are the reasons we have been loyal customers for 15 years, and repeat buyers. Great product, honest sales, and outstanding service. They've set the bar high. I haven't found another luxury car dealership that even comes close. Can't ask for anything more.

My initial contact was with Diana Martinez, the Loyalty Manager, on the phone and email. What a pleasure it was to talk to her. She scheduled an appointment with me with the sales person, Mr. Saad Jarrah. He was polite, friendly, professional and not once did he try to pressure me. I didn't tell him that I already did my homework on the car I was looking at or experience with other dealerships. From the moment we met, he made me feel welcomed. We went for a test drive and he took the time to explain many of the new and important functions of the redesigned 2017 E Class. When he came down to a price, it was fair and quick. Then he introduce me to several staff members, including his boss. As for vehicle service, the service advisor, Michael Shaffer was fantastic. The dealership provided an excellent, virtually brand new, loaner vehicle of a level equivalent to my own vehicle; this, loaner was provided efficiently within a few minutes of completing the service check-in of my own vehicle.
The personnel at the service check-in and at the loaner department were extraordinarily nice & helpful and were the same people I had dealt with for years. This dealership clearly does not treat its employees as disposable. Good management comes down from the top.

I bought a new 2018 GLE350 4MTRIC for my wife a little over a week ago. The GLE was not my first choice at the beginning. Because I already drive E350 sedan and I just wanted a different car for her. But it was rather her choice and it would be her car any way. After having the car for little over a week, I have to say she made a right choice. The car is great. She likes it very much and so do I. Not only we are happy with the car, we are very much happy with this sale team of Hoehn dealer. Vas Chohan who we initially met and showed us the car, Saad Jarran who provided us additional information of the car and finalized the sale, Kelsey Wang who provided my wife ownership training. But I am sure she will need a little more of the training. Saad Jarran offered us a very reasonable and competitive price. And as a goodwill, Saad also gave her a cargo compartment liner and a key chain. Thank you all for your professional and courtesy service.

I just bought a new Mercedes S Coupe from Hoehn Mercedes in Carlsbad. Mercedes has been my car of choice for years and Fletcher Jones was my dealership for the last three, including two SLs and an S Sedan. This time my FJ rep seemed to take me for granted and tried to discourage me from buying the coupe. In contrast, Hoehn out-performed! Dealing with sales expert Reed Kaelin was amazing everything one wants in making a deal. She was open and forthright, took the time to thoroughly answer questions and explain details, and the deal she offered was even aligned with what was described as the maximum discount on the internet. I think that the people that work at Hoehn are all great. I have been treated very well and that is not where the problem lies. I have had my E400 Cabriolet in for service 3 times for the same issue. Window seal noise between the front and back window. For whatever reason they can t fix it. I even went as far as going to another dealership and test driving a used E400 of the same year as mine and a brand new one and neither have this issue. Each time I ve picked up my car they say it s fixed and within a few days to a week the noise is back. I m basically at wits end.
The service was excellent and performed promptly. I was pleased with all aspects of the process.
