I'm a fan. This is my first Mercedes experience and I am so happy. Reed Kaelin was a great sales person, knowledgeable, friendly and comfortable to deal with. Everything to do with my new car purchase was handled efficiently. I totally love my new GLE. Can't wait to start my "car classes" to find out even more about all its clever features. As a business owner myself, I was impressed that both our sales person and the finance manager had been working for Hoehn Motors for many years. That speaks very well for the company.
