This place was alright. Outdated carpets and interior design which is alright. The tub in the room wouldnt work. Called the front desk and they offered we switch rooms, which we agreed. They said they would bring us a key to our room and they completely forgot... probably not worth over $600 to stay there.

Had a good stay at this location. The parking at the hotel is about 35 a night which is about double that of a Whistler parking lot. Luckily there is a parking lot just down the street from the hotel with more appropriate prices. The check in time at this hotel is 4pm which is fairly late. Especially when considering most AirBNBs in the area have a check in time around 11am. Also, got charged an additional 25 per night for a hotel service fee which was interesting. Especially considering many of the amenities like the hot tub, pool, sauna, gym etc. Were either closed off or heavily reduced due to covid.

Booked a studio premier suite with king sized bed, kitchenette, personal fireplace, and balcony. Great experience and would definitely come back next time.

Pros - cleanliness was good, gorgeous view of the mountains, great location - can walk right out to Whistler Village and chairlifts.

Cons - expensive parking ($34/day), no oven in the kitchen.

the location is great, the hotel room is nice BUT every single year they make us wait at least 2 hours for a room. It never really bothered me because it gave me time to go adventure but this year they made us wait SIX HOURS FOR A ROOM. this is ubsurd

The staff was great. Room was dated and the WiFi didn't work for our whole stay, TV remote was broken and the coffee table was held together by screws and the umbrella by the pool kept collapsing on us. As a frequent hilton customer I expected more. The bike park was still an utter shredfest though.

I strongly recommend this resort!! The staff here knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and very well kept. It's really nice to be able to go for a swim in the heated outdoor pool or jump in the outdoor or indoor hot tub. Then go for a night cap or a bite at the cinnamon bar and grill in your resort robe. 10/10 for places to stay in whistler!!!

They've done the place up nicely, but if you're looking for a relaxing getaway, look elsewhere, the hotel room doors slam so hard the walls shake, it's like a truck had hit the building each time someone went in or out of other rooms. If you're going during ski season, be prepared to also endure the additional noise of selfish guests in ski boots thudding about on the tiled floors in the rooms, an extremely noisy hotel

This is such a nice hotel in Whistler. It is right in Whistler Village. You have many places to eat close buy. There is also ski rental stores within walking distance as well as ski lifts. It was the perfect location. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We visited Whistler for my wife's birthday, we initially had a poor experience with another hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised with the extremely pleasant and courteous service at the Hilton. The hotel was fantastic. When we hinted at the occasion being a birthday, we were upgraded to a top floor room, amazing view, tonnes of space and free parking. This hotel does things right, it's not the newest property, but is very well maintained and each member of their staff we spoke to were first class. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Whistler.

I really don t know where to begin. Delayed check in and the rudest front desk staff I have ever interacted with. I stay in hotels frequently and while I know this is not the four seasons, all we can ask for, and at all price points, is friendly and accommodating service. Not sure if all of whistler is generally going down hill in terms of quality, but you pay a whistler premium here but get motel quality. The room was outdated, dark and incredibly small. It featured a Kitchenette which is an arms length away from where you rest your head on your bed (gross). My bf and I took one look at the bathroom and wanted to head home. There were hairs in the sink and the shower needed a serious scrub. We tried to give this place one last shot when we checked out their pool and hot tub . The outdoor hot tub fit maybe 2 people and not more. The pool was not heated and over crowded at the time. I ve stayed in Hilton in the US and it was never this bad. I will not be returning.

I recommend reading the reviews about noise, clientele, amenities and cleanliness or lack thereof. There was way too much noise every night. There are kids in the hallway, teenagers smoking pot and loud music coming thru the walls. In just about any other $700/night hotel constructed with quality materials these noises would be filtered out. Not here.

I was absolutely stunned at the filth of our room. Someone else complained about stains; this is completely accurate. I believe someone used the towels before us to clean body parts and was missed by staff. Indeed, when we telephoned to complain to room service we were rudely blown off. In fact, I was pretty upset and went down to the front desk to speak to the manager, when I noticed one of the staff poking fun at my child who is special needs. I almost lost it. Instead a kept my cool and booked a last minute room in expedia.

This is the worst hotel in Whistler. The pool is not kept up to a warm temp in the winter, and only 30-40% of people are heeding COVID safety protocols.

Avoid this hotel for your own sanity.

This place is terrible. Dont come here .we came to this hotel as a group of family members. Booked 4 room and requested that we have rooms close to each other. Mind that that we booked 7 months in advance. On the arrival we found out that the rooms are not only totally separated there are not even on the same floor. 4 rooms 4 different floors. The second day of our trip we were in one of the rooms and talking and playing some music from our phones . And management came over and told us to be quiet or they going to kick us out .it was 8 o clock in the evening and the music was only from a cell phone speaker. I kindly ask them to show me the hotel regulations about the noise . They come and argue with us that we just have to stay quiet without showing us a single paper about noise regulation. There ware saying that ppl beside us complain and they need to address that. So my point is that if someone if complains about as talking loud or something instead telling them that untill 10 we have right to make noise. they came yo us and attacked us start taking pictures and threatening us that they gonna call they cops and remove us This place is ridiculous. There so many nice hotels here .I'm sure you can find something else here .management is do rude . I ask to tak to manager and was told that he is not here. We s re talking about big hotel .and how come they find have manager in the building. It seems to me that this place is run by bunch of amateurs and manager doesn't even care to come to work.

Clean rooms and spacious, located in one of the most convenient spots if the whistler village, literally steps away!
The hotel bar was really good specially compared with the one of the other hotels nearby.
Definitely recommend it especially if you find a good deal price wise!

Room was great! Service was great! The room was amazing - spacious, in suite laundry, kitchenette, and a in suite steam room! The staff really know how to treat their guests! They went above and beyond. Had to make floral arrangements for a wedding the next day and they even helped bring the flowers up to the room, give our friends a key card and parking pass, and even took out the garbage from the floral arrangements! Not to mention super accomdating for pet owners!

This place is great! The rooms are nice and large, its located close enough to shopping and other fun things. The spa is one of the best I've been too and the staff is extremely accommodating. If you are planning a skiing trip up this way I'd absolutely recommend staying here. You wont' be dissapointed.

This facility is clearly resting on it's laurels. No where near the quality that I would have expected from a resort the Hilton name on it. This place needs some upkeep, deep cleaning and/or a face-lift... Holes in the walls, dents in the appliances, dirty bathtub in the rooms. The change rooms by the pool and spa smell like the gym locker room of a 50 year old High School.

A reasonable Hilton. Rooms are bigger than average for a Hilton, most with mini kitchenette. Beds are very comfortable. Some of the larger rooms even have wood burning fires in the bedroom. Quaint, but makes the room smell of smoke! Slightly pricey

Fantastic hotel location. Great interior and friemdly staff. The bar is definitely a lively local spot, which speaks volumes about the quality. Not just your average hotel bar. Nice new renovated rooms too.

Very convenient location, a few minutes walk from the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. All staff are very nice and facilities are clean. Internet speed and reliability is unbelievably low. If it's not so slow you can barely load google, it's dropping out constantly. For a high end hotel in a tourist hotspot, I'd expect much better service.
