Excellent service as always. We stay here everytime we're on the coast and mever find fault. Wonderful staff, perfect location!

Kinda disappointed that you can't bring other people in

we had 6 people but we're only given 5 beds... the fold out couch was broken. other than that it was good

We had a family tragedy whilst staying in Hilton. The staff were wonderful, compassionate and extremely accommodating in our time of need. This is the reason we love staying at the Hilton. Thank you to the staff for all their support and generosity.

On the first day of check-in, the noise of decoration began in the morning and lasted until 2: 30 p.m., and no one informed or apologized. After the complaint, the next day continued noise so I can not bear, pick up the phone, the phone is bad. It ended at 3:30 in the afternoon. A loud sound of music came and began to wipe the glass. I had to check out without an apology. A very bad experience.This is not the Hilton Hotel.so sad Old pillows, pillowcases. The bathroom is still a curtain.Even after we complained, none of the staff, sorry for our experience, too sad, I am not for my stay experience sad, but for the founder of old hilton sad. If he is still there, I think he is more sad.
I've stayed at two different Hilton hotels this year, chaotic management, old facilities. Once smile service, with the departure of founder Hilton left.It was a sad pity that the king of the hotel had fallen.

I highly recommend a 3 Bedroom for guaranteed 90 Degree Views.

Was promised a high level room but recieved a street level room. Had to listen to listen to a bloody tram, a big bell going dong all afternoon and violence all night then to add to the insult a jackhammer on the verandah above as a maintenance bloke worked all morning very poor.

Used to one of my favorite places - the location is still great. The pools are excellent. However the gym is not impressive. The rooms themselves are getting old - carpet stains in many of them. The place feels a bit tired. Breakfast staff are great. Front desk Serbs confused lately.

Apartment unit was nice. Lifts are slow - so wouldn't recommend if you have appointments to get to.

Service was great. Friendly and well trained staff. Well located in the middle of surfers paradise. Access to amenities withind minutes walk. Nice ocean view from the room as well

Average hotel, with very poor service. The room had a desk but no chair. TV didn't work, lower floors are not noise proof. But the location is fantastic, Hilton is one of my fav hotels but this one lacked the Hilton quality

My partner and I are on holidays and can t express how happy we were with our stay! (It was our first time at The Hilton). Very clean room and friendly staff. Comfy bed with a good view. Pricey, but fairly reasonable given the location and quality of the room. Also wonderful facilities such as two big pools. 5 stars. Thank You!

One of the most luxurious serviced apartment I have stayed on my last visit. It had the most complete kitchen set, spacey room, and best of all it's near the beach! Got a great view from my room also!

Started of with a few hiccups, but the staff at the hilton done all their best to make things right. Great rooms and friendy staff make for a great holiday

Hotel was in a very convenient and central location however I was disappointed in the level of luxury that wasn t quite there. I thought this message to enjoy the mini bar when there was nothing in there at all was a little bit ironic. Just for the avail e rooms on the Gold Coast I don t think the price point is an accurate reflection of what you are getting for the cost.

Great service and highly reommend the buffet breakfast.

Have not started my first night yet though already has been one of the best hotel experiences that I've had! Stress free, clean and in a great spot

Nice hotel rooms location is fantastic, most happening street of Surfers paradise , gold coast.

The elevators where getting there usual maintenance, and it caused a havoc with guest waiting up to 20 mins for 2 functioning elevators. But the view was spectacular.

The wall outside the hotel is an Interesting circle design. The circles match the MacDonald,s surfers paradise circles on their apartments near surfers KFC!!!!...**the designer must have taken inspiration**********from that!!!.

The Hilton hotel is a hotel chain owned by the Hilton family......famous Hilton,s have Included Liz Taylor(married nickki hilton),gza,gza Gabor(she married another male Hilton!!)

Paris and Nicky Hilton,along with little brother Brendon***Paris and Nicky have almost the world,s best parents!!**..the ever understanding father Conrad/Nick Hilton and their mother(a mature X model who married into the Hilton clan!!%%)

Prices are reasonable for food. Guests tell me that their towels are always new. Room service, guests tell me is quick and reliable.

The honeymoon suite offers fresh flowers,champagne and chocolate fruit basket on arrival, as well as a brides beauty pamper package .
.**definitely a once in a lifetime **honeymoon suite for an experience you will always remember!!..i am yet to stay in it .****I will never get to. .unless!?;?!!???..I doubt it .but it would be nice!;!!

We had breakfast at the catch restaurant a couple the Fresh fruit at the buffet Was terrible the watermelon was all mushy & old the pineapple had brown rotting spots on it just needs a little more TLC quality control with the food on the buffet guys for a 5 star hotel it s a bit of a letdown with quality control & presentation . I give 3stars for this buffet experience & barista coffee should be included with the breakfast buffet not extra charge & our room didn t have toothbrushes & toothpaste for a 5 star hotel is not good enough of all the 5 star hotel I ve been to this should be the essential part of your stay packaged overall first night stay I feel like I m in a 4 star hotel . On check in at 2:30pm we were told we were30 minutes early & was told check in will be ready at 3:00pm & receptionist will message us to let us know that our room is ready but no response by 3:30 we came back to check in it was ready , again lacking of return message is poor effort . So Hilton GC need a little TLC with food quality control & presentation will make this a truly 5 star hotel thanks guys cheers Khon Ly

The residents are nice, living room is cozy but acceptable for a week stay, breakfast offers a good variety, pools are heavily chlorinated, biggest drawback is lifts, five minutes wait is normal and sometimes longer

The spa is also beautiful and bath towels are also welcome. There is also a sauna and a gym. However, it may be inconvenient because the elevator is slow depending on the time zone.

One of the best hotels I ve been in also really close to the beach and shops also a huge Timezone near by it is super clean service is fantastic pools are clean and great love it!

Can't see how it is considered a five star location. Very basic. Understand it is covid time and things are quiet but would have expected a lot cleaner and luxurious hotel. Room was very plain. Carpet was stained. Smoke butts on the balcony.

Buffet breakfast is a rip off for pretty much bacon and eggs. Especially when they tell you that you have to pay extra for Barista made Coffee. They also cleared our table before we had even finished.

Good location if you want to be right in surfers but compared to other locations i have been to it is only really 3.5 stars at best.

They charge you the price of 5 stars but the service and the quality is not matching the price. The mattress was sinking on one side and the lift was always full. Small un-heated pools and broken facilities everywhere. We made a complaint to the staff when we checked out and all she did was offering us a free cup of coffee. Not going back again.

Don't let the name 'Hilton' fool you.

The best location in Surfers Paradise, central to everything you need as a tourist (shopping, convenience stores, clubs, the beach and more). Reasonable room rates, extremely comfortable and large King bed.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and loved it! It was the staff that made it!
Mitch & Mario at reception were helpful and knowledgeable.
The restaurant staff, chef Jack, Catherine, Victoria and Sonu were all very friendly and accommodating. The executive lounge was a special touch, especially as we were on our honeymoon! Sage, the waitress there served us on both evenings and she was very friendly and recommended some great options on the dinner menu.
We really enjoyed our stay for all of those reasons, but would also recommend the location - being a 3 minute walk from the beach and with parking downstairs, it was so handy!
The buffet breakfast each morning was so good, we totally indulged and chef Jack treated us to waffles and pancakes when we were on honeymoon!

With the Hilton brand, there were an incident that really disappoint. On one of the day during our stay there, their water heater to a block was malfunctioning and this was during winter. Hotel staff did not offer any alternative and we nearly wanted to bathe at their indoor pool shower room when an American couple we met in the lift prompted us to make a fuss. "It's Hilton!! This is unacceptable," they said. So we made a complain at the counter and the staff promptly arranged an empty room for our family to bathe in.

Spectacular ocean views. Well furnished rooms. Good pool and sauna.

Customer service is great here, but my problem is the hygiene. The rooms were filthy. We stayed here at the Hilton for our honeymoon. The first room we stayed in was infested with cockroaches. We got moved out of the room instantly, the staff on duty was very apologetic and super nice. He upgraded us to another apartment which was also problematic. The apartment had 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom king bedsheets were not changed. There was still hair on the bed and the pillows looked really rough. We had to sleep tightly in the queen bed in the next room. Not to mention their little to no efforts to make the apartments a little more presentable, as the walls were all scratched and bumped. Would not recommend. Very dirty, and too expensive for the little to no hygiene they offer.

A nice hotel thanks to its name 'Hilton' but when you compare it to other Hiltons around its simply 'ok'

A few of the room fixtures were damaged and we staid in the relaxation suite. Staying a couple of nights is fine but no more than 5. As always the bedding is superb at all Hiltons and they have maintained this here as well.

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel for two nights in August 2019.
We had an Apartment for 8 people.
The Apartment was clean and tidy.
The staff has been friendly and the hotel is generally very tidy.
Since we booked with out breakfast, i can't say much aboutthat.
Pleace excuse my not so good English, as I come from Germany.

Good location to Sufers Paradise. Very close and easy to walk to Cavil Avenue. Typical rooms.

Disappoint that there wasn't a single plate or knife to use

We were married here over the weekend. To be honest there were some hiccups due to the weather and last minute changes, but at all steps the staff were extremely helpful and tried their very best to rectify the issues as soon as possible. Both the Sales Executive Andrea and duty
manager Tom, continued to go over and above our expectations and nothing was too hard. While the processes could have run smoother, the end experience has resulted in some memorable moments which we won't likely be able to forget soon. Well done to everyone for assisting us with their best efforts and willingness to help.

Restaurant view is nice, service good, food good too

Fridge had moles in it. Windows were dirty and It was so hot. AC didnt work properly. Whole night i was sweating. Do something with your Air Conditioner. Nice shower and good beach view from our windows. Carpet did smell weird.

Our stay was great. The location was amazing and the room was clean and had alot of space. The shower however lacked water pressure and there was no balcony. Other than that the whole hotel precinct has bars and restaurants within 100m of the lobby with the beach only a block away.

I was a guest on the 50th floor, couldn't find any faults.

I stay for 3 nights from 22/9/19 to 25/9/19. My room was 508, the room was good, bed was comfortable and clean but the location of the room was opposite the surfer paradise club which they play music very loud and none stop until 3 am on Sunday night which was my first night in, I didn t say anything to the hotel management because I thought it will get better on weekdays. I was wrong about that, Monday and Tuesday night was just as bad . I told the staff about my bad experience and write a review when I check out and was told that the hotel manager will email me back but I still didn t get anything no mails or phone call. Very disappointed with a customer service from a 5 stars hotel. Will not recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel but surfers Paradise has really gone downhill

Mark the customer service manager provided an excellent service finding a perfect room for us when he realized our mattress is too soft he showed many other rooms at late night, Ann in Executive Lounge went above and beyond our expectation to make sure we have the best service available due to Corona situation m, she not only recognized us after first night but also she remembered our orders for drinks and it was quite impressing. Most of the staff at buffet breakfast did their absolute bests. Saying these I must say finding parking spot on Fri and Sat was a headache and even when we were on 11th floor Fri night it was too noisy outside and was hard to go to sleep before 2 AM. All in all we had a good experience

This is a five star PARTY hotel.

Do not bring your car - you can attend all of the local nightclubs from the comfort of your own room. You do not need to drive and there is no parking anyway.

If it is a family holiday, be prepared to introduce your kids to techno music and day drinking.

Forget the gym, you will get plenty of exercise taking the stairs to your room when you inevitably get irritated waiting for the lift.

If you are not prepapred to climb 32 flights of stairs everytime you want to leave your room, request a lower floor. You can then vicariously attend all the local nightclubs which you can hear clearly until 4am.

If you do happen to get a top floor apartment, make sure you are invited to the seemingly endless penthouse parties.

If you are up all night anyway, might as well stay up for when the breakfast buffet opens. The hash browns were the only thing deserving of a five star rating. The $3 extra for barista coffee to be included in your breakfast is definitely worth it when you are functioning on no sleep with tiny humans in tow.

Dont expect fresh towels, housekeeping or any sort of hotel service but be prepared to pay for it anyway - after all you are saving on nightclub entry fees.

My advice for families is this is not the place to stay if you intend to sleep, or require any form of hotel services. I could not ascertain how the level of service or amenity resulted in the nightly rate charged, other than the obvious savings in evening entertainment.

Large hotel right in the heart of Surfer's Paradise. Lobby is very dark and drab but great views from some rooms and the Executive Lounge.

Rooms very tired looking, bad sound proofing on the Windows.

Not very friendly and welcoming, just wanted to finish the day. I originally booked for an ocean view which I actually paid for but both wotif and the hotel didn t had a confirmation of an ocean view but I am sure that I upgraded it.

It smells like a drunk room. Needed a bit of freshener although reception and lobby smells really good

I am a which is very particular with smell, thats why aforementioned as soon as we entered the room we were welcome with a post hangover room. Unfortunately the pillow cases aren t been changed, smells like a guys perfume who had been sunbathing all day. To consider I have kids and was particular to have a non smoking room. But now the receptionist/frontdesk didn t even consider it.

Lift -

My very first time to experience to que for the lift! It took us 15mins to wait for the lift going to the lobby and to the car park.

Service not good

I requested for a pillow case and nobody came as per text message they will send a room service until I waa too exhausted to follow up.

Fully equiped with cutleries, cooking ware etc.

Verdict

It is a self proclaimed 5 star hotel, with a very poor customer service and might need room for better management.

Great stay. In the middle of all the action. Deluxe King Room with balcony and view of the sea.

Not exactly what I thought it would be, there were a lot of missing amenities.....

Love this place, in the centre of Surfers, great facilities, accessible and most of all staff are helpful and friendly.

THERE WAS ALSO ONLY ONE CHAIR ON THE BALCONY TO SIT ON.
WE DECIDED TO HAVE A SAUNA & SPA BUT BOTH WERE COLD.
SO WE DECIDED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AND GO FOR DINNER ONLY TO FIND THAT ON RETURN THERE WERE NO HOTEL PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE.
WE COULD NOT TOLERATE THE INCOMPETENCE OF THIS SUPPOSED 5 STAR HOTEL ANY FURTHER AND LEFT WITHOUT STAYING A NIGHT.
WE THEN CONTACTED HILTON HOTELS REGARDING THE FACT THAT THE HOTEL AND AMENITIES WERE WELL BELOW STANDARD OF A 5 STAR HOTEL AND REQUESTED A REFUND ONLY TO BE TOLD AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN EVEN IF YOU DO NOT STAY DUE TO THE SUB STANDARD HOTEL CONDITIONS YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
PLEASE DO NOT BE DUPED INTO BELIEVING THIS HOTEL IS OF A 5 STAR STANDARD THE ONLY THING 5 STAR ARE THE PRICES CHARGED
