Mark the customer service manager provided an excellent service finding a perfect room for us when he realized our mattress is too soft he showed many other rooms at late night, Ann in Executive Lounge went above and beyond our expectation to make sure we have the best service available due to Corona situation m, she not only recognized us after first night but also she remembered our orders for drinks and it was quite impressing. Most of the staff at buffet breakfast did their absolute bests. Saying these I must say finding parking spot on Fri and Sat was a headache and even when we were on 11th floor Fri night it was too noisy outside and was hard to go to sleep before 2 AM. All in all we had a good experience
