Room was clean. Housekeeping could be better. I asked the housekeeping lady to come back in the next day with some bottles of water but she did not.
It was near the beach, restaurants, supermarket and easy to locate
Rooms small but adequate. Our bed saggy at edges. Would want larger balcony. Wouldn't want to spend more than couple days in the unit we had. Pool was very crowded also & not enough chairs.
Pretty good. Just mini bar was empty. Menu was poor.
Hotel was one of the nicest I ve stayed in. However, I booked a 1 bedroom room back in February for my stay in May. I cancelled that reservation and booked a more expensive 2 bedroom suite. I was charged full price for both rooms and no one seems to want to help. Poor customer service.
Just right up close wer the heart of surfers Paradise.. Newly opened halal diners below.. 3 mins walk to the beach.. N thanks to Soul it block the direct sun.. 5th stay n will come back

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton surfers paradise my room had an amazing view of the ocean and was a great size with all the facilities I could possibly want. The kitchen was an amazing size for a hotel and the rooms were very nicely set up. The service here is exemplary and all staff I encountered were professional, well trained and exactly what I would expect from staying with Hilton. The location is very central and everything surfers has to offer is accessible and walking distance from the lobby. The tram is also located very close giving access to the surrounding areas and shopping centres such as Pacific fair and helensvale Westfield.
Great location. Breakfast is amazing. Spa, pools and gym all great. Residence with an ocean view made the stay very special.
Great views but the service took over 20 mins to deliver 3 soft drinks to the room. The room smelt stale and the stink drain was giving off a fishy smell
Don't take any risks to stay here. Will absolutely let u down.

Clean, modern rooms. Perfect for people with or without kids and Central location. The only negative is lift door close to fast and my child got hurt.
Don t waste your money. This hotel is terrible. There is a good chance you ll get a pokey room with the worst view on the Gold Coast. That s not the worst part - if you want to stay in a hotel that s central be prepared to deal with the loud, drunk louts the hotel seems to encourage. Spilling alcohol and vomiting everywhere. Please, please DO NOT bring children to this hotel. It s absolutely disgusting. Hilton GC will do anything to get bookings even if it s accommodating the GC s bogan night life. Worst experience, wouldn t recommend this hotel to anyone. They should be stripped of any hotel ratings, it s complete false advertising.

access is poor, foyer\ entry presented as sub standard i.e. mess, shopping trollies, general untidy presentation. In house service had insufficient personell, bar facility one staff member who was under great pressure to meet demand. Dining room maitre,de appeared to be suffering from a headcold or flu, Lady on table, kylie? was excellent, another lady who came to table later, was surly and obviously not happy with the world. The quality of food was ordinary and came no where near your advertising material, I had tempura prawns, the tempura had the consistency of the batter in any local fishshop, likewise the oysters kilpatrick. As a matter of some interest, my wife had the pork belly and was most impressed with same, as a result of all the aforesaid I would be loathe to recommend your establishment. You may observe that all of this should have been been brought to the attention of your team at the time, it has been given to me in the past that one should never return food to kitchen, strange things may occur. I would be prepared to discuss all or any of the above with you if you wish, Neil Campbell.

Amazing amazing place to stay on the Goldie. Would highly reccomend staying here. Rooms are spacious and service is incredible. If you have the chance get the buffer breakfast - food is top!

The security were really friendly, and made you feel welcome. Rooms were quite nice, and it wasn't difficult to navigate/find rooms. Overall a really nice hotel
Though we paid for executive, the room felt like we were in economy, they only service your room for every second day your there, and they only tell after you call them and ask why your room is a mess and has no toiletries n towels replaced. The sinks to the bathroom taps are blocked as the water takes forever to drain. Despite paying almost 1k a night, you are given complimentary wifi access, which is TERRIBLE, as they ask you to pay for their premium wifi, which no hotel with a reputation as high as Hilton should do. However, the staff are very kind and polite, great ocean view and amazing breakfast buffet, and the pools are fabulous. A lot of improvements can be made, yet apart from the negatives, it s a pretty decent hotel.
What I didn't like the most was after making a complaint about the bad smell in my room (from a moulding couch) and given the email of the Operations manager; sending an email (twice) noone got back to me. After spending a large sum for Opulence I was disappointed that my complaints seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Very disappointing.
