Not very friendly and welcoming, just wanted to finish the day. I originally booked for an ocean view which I actually paid for but both wotif and the hotel didn t had a confirmation of an ocean view but I am sure that I upgraded it.

Room

Smell -1

It smells like a drunk room. Needed a bit of freshener although reception and lobby smells really good

Pillows -1

I am a which is very particular with smell, thats why aforementioned as soon as we entered the room we were welcome with a post hangover room. Unfortunately the pillow cases aren t been changed, smells like a guys perfume who had been sunbathing all day. To consider I have kids and was particular to have a non smoking room. But now the receptionist/frontdesk didn t even consider it.

Lift -

My very first time to experience to que for the lift! It took us 15mins to wait for the lift going to the lobby and to the car park.

Service not good

I requested for a pillow case and nobody came as per text message they will send a room service until I waa too exhausted to follow up.

Pros

* Near the beach
* Has food court on the ground floor
* Very spacious rooms and overall

Kitchen

Fully equiped with cutleries, cooking ware etc.

Verdict

It is a self proclaimed 5 star hotel, with a very poor customer service and might need room for better management.

I will update my review this is my first night not too 5 star I can say..
