Location is fantastic but the room was very tired. Many issues which the staff were helpful in resolving but disappointing simple things (appliances not working, no outdoor furniture on the patio) required attention at a property such as this.
Excellent location right off Cavill Avenue. 2 outdoor pools, 1 kids pool and an indoor pool.
We stayed here previously but it's really showing its age, it hasn't been updated for a while. The carpet was worn and heavily stained. The nightclubs that sit at the base of the hotel have gotten much louder as well. It was impossible to sleep from midnight to 3am on Friday and Saturday night, even when wearing earplugs and we were on the 12th floor. The executive lounge is now a place families feed small kids, not a relaxing place to have a drink and a snack. There are much better options for the money. The staff were friendly and seemed to be trying.
We stayed at Hilton residency tower and the view from there was jaw dropping. Located right in the center of CBD. It is recommended highly.
What good is having a room if you can't even get to it? Worst elevator management ever. 4 elevators and the wait is still over 15 minutes. Never stay at this dump ever again.

Best Hotel if you are not considering the price as your priority. Location is the top thing in my mind because of which I'm rating this hotel with 5. Staff, service and food are more than good while the entrance and lobby of the hotel is not up to the mark as what we expect fro such a brand. Overall experience was very good.

Our room had a glass balcony that someone had vomited over that had not been clean. Also vomit on wall behind the bedside table. The good points were that it was central and mostly clean. I found that the indoor pool and spa had scum around pool surrounds. We also waited 20 minutes to get a lift down to ground floor. Will never stay here again
Location is very good, convenient to everthing. Indoor pool is a bit small. We lived in the resident level, the room doesn't have an extra spare blanket which is not very thoughtful.
Air con never worked, room stunk of chlorine, sheets towels and other linen looked dirty and all you could hear was music from the numerous nightclubs surrounding the hotel even a fair way up the tower
Location is good and it is a reasonable hotel - a bit boring to be honest. Would probably look at other options next trip.
Love the free 3 hours parking here. It s good because they re so close to everything. And the beach especially.
Location and service was excellent. Bar and restaurant were great. We had a few mishaps with the room but staff did all they could to make up for it which we really appreciated. Felt very valued as a customer.

The location is the best! Just weekends (Fri, Sat) are young people coming to the club and noisy until late (sea side) breakfast and service no problem. The rooms are beautiful and the location is excellent! !
you cant get a more idea location to live in while in the gold coast. if you can, try and get floors above 40, the view is to die for. The pub accross the street is buzzing all the time

Nice rooms and a good view- the residential elevators are an absolute nightmare. Left an hour before checkout and were stuck waiting for the lift for 15 minutes. If you re going to catch the lift at checkout go up and then down. The staff were very helpful and quick to assist, and the room was clean and well designed.
Room was very nice and staff were very attentive the bed was very comfortable the only issue being there was still a bit of rubbish in the bin from the previous guests
Rooms are very average age for the price. Had a great view of a back ally. Charge $20 per day parking on top of room that was not disclosed apon booking.
Gorgeous hotel. Really comfy beds and pillow. Only issue was no milk for morning coffee. Bfast was delicious too.

Front desk is helpful and room itself is good. However If you don't like club noise ,you need to aovid it. I was assigned to a 11F room but still can hear noise.Not sure if this noise level is caused by schoolies week.
Clean but noisy and no pay TV. Very basic room so not very good value for money. And the carpark not only cost 20 dollars to use but was also a nightmare to get in and out of.

Stayed there 27 Apr - 2 May. Location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to Cavill Avenue Light Rail Station, Hard Rock Cafe & Surfers Beach. About 7 minutes walk to Skypoint which is convenient to go there both day and night, can see both views. Reasonably good size rooms with ocean and hinterland view were terrific. Good selection of continental breakfast. Helpful, friendly and thoughtful front office and executive lounge staff. Food at Salt Grill was terrific, acceptable prices (about $75 per person for 2-course dinner with drinks). Lots of good eating and shopping places surrounding the hotel. Walking distance (5 minutes) to Brooklyn Station Burger Restaurant (4217 Building, next to Islander Hotel) which serves great burgers.
See there are so many flaws.
View is perfect. But the service is not upto the mark. They can't make soup as per your need, and they don't have soup at lunch time also.
They can not provide thermometer. And if they go to medical shop and buy, it's for 42 dollars and you can check one time from it!
Besides they rarely understand your language. It's hard to talk with them.

This rating is based on the service which was abysmal given we are talking about Hilton.
They have a system whereby overnight the aircon doesn t run on full capacity cause you wake up in the middle of the night and early morning and you can feel the room is much warmer than compared to during the day and at night.
House keeping - water wouldnt be stocked in the room on cleaning and would have to be requested - every single day! This is despite the fact that water is charged at $3/bottle. I don t know of even a 4 star hotel in the world where 2 bottles of water aren t given daily as complimentary.
Toiletries like toothpaste and shower cap etc. would have to be requested and weren t replaced in the room on cleaning.
Fresh towels were kept on the bed. Not in the bathroom.
When I spoke to the manager on duty Anke she didn t even apologise for anything and in fact said sure post all of this in your review.
The quilt on the bed is not in a quilt cover but instead it s placed in between two sheets seriously!?!
The cabling around the tv was extremely messy and just spoilt the feel of the room.
Toilet roll holders are not holders as they just do not hold the toilet roll. And the toilet rolls definitely can be of better quality.

Probably one of the worst Hiltons i've stayed at. No room service. You have to go down and get it. Tiny rooms with tiny tvs. Staff were rude and did not care at all. Pool bar wasn't open at all. I don't know what's happening with this chain but the standards have dropped. You could barely call this a 4 star hotel.
Absolute waste of money.... if you are getting your booking done at lower price, don t be surprised if you are disappointed. The room is extremely tiny... no way I would say it s a five star hotel.... no complementary water... what a disgust on hospitality.... rather book a lounge and value your money.
Room was really really nice, location excellent. Restaurant was somewhere between mediocre to average and unfortunately due to the building design, if there s a slight breeze you can t use the outdoor pool

I loved everything about the Hilton hotel Surfers Paradise. The room was perfect - so comfortable Bed and clean. Staff are lovely and helpful and friendly. It s in a great location right next door to Light Rail Station. No need for a Car

Was charged for a whole extra room on my credit card, with additional charges not authorized.They just kept making charges on my card. The stay was paid for upon arrival so dont understand why all these charges were made the following day on my card, was just stealing money from my card. Have been traveling for 6 months and never had a hotel have anything charged on my card without my authorisation or knowledge. I dont understand how all these charges were just charged on my card.
Rooms were nice, amazing views and good central location in surfers BUT parking was horrendous. We paid for on site parking and still had to drive around and around the parking lot for 40 minutes trying to find a spot that didn't have a private residence sign.
Also during our stay there were guest violently fighting and throwing bottles into the pool with seemingly no staff intervention.
We were also over charged by a significant amount and although the problem was fixed it took considerable amount of time to sort out.
The Hilton has been fantastic so far. The room is great, staff are lovely and the location is perfect. I would definitely come back here again.

Stayed for a night for my daughters bday in a deluxe ocean view suite and was quite disappointed with the quality of the room. Beds and pillows were poor quality, fridge smelled of fish and wasnt even turned on. It just felt tired and not deluxe as advertised.
Good location in Surfers although very noisy due to the nightclubs. Parking ticket didn't work on exit so we had to park again and go upstairs to get another one! Pool was nice and staff were friendly.

Reception was not to bad faild to give instructions about lift stuck for 10 min in .pool good not heated. Pool garden looked rundown stains on carpet .jug full of used tea bags and shower drains smelt when shower. Grate locations if you don't mind police and lots of security at door.

Had a massage booked @ eforea for an hour and it was fantastic. Atmosphere is very relaxing, staff are friendly and courteous. They pay attention to detail to make sure you have the most relaxing experience. My massage therapist paid attention to the focus areas and was extremely good.
Will definitely recommend to anyone willing to have a goid massage and will return there myself very soon
