Came for one night paying over $400 and was denied access to pool. Reservations couldn't be made for pool till check in time but at check in time no more space was available. Pool gate said open till 11. We entered at 8:15 and was rudely kicked out. Could have been nice about making us leave but was extremely rude.

Wonderful experience overall!! Unfortunately fitness center was not open and in-house dining was very limited due to Covid restrictions. However having to leave the hotel and visit local Sedona Restaurants was great! It forced us to regularly enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A shout out to Brenda in reservations who was awesome and easy to work with (much better than a luxury resort in the area) and the front desk and housekeeping staff who were respectful yet attentive during Covid restrictions.

Chose this hotel as a Hilton Diamond Member when looking for a property for first visit to Sedona.. Hotel was in a good location with nice views of Red Rocks but rooms, furniture, and bedding seemed old and dated for price being charged. Also, steam room was not working and outdoor hot tub at main pool was broken and ice cold. When I requested that my $60 resort fee be refunded due to these amenities not being in working order I was treated coldly by front desk attendant with no care. There are a lot of options in the area and I would avoid this property. I will not recommend to anyone I know and will continue to turn my loyalty towards Marriott after being treated so poorly by front desk staff.

Terrible hotel. A great hotel experience is all about details. We came to Sedona on our way to the Grand Canyon. The city is gorgeous and the dining is excellent, also the hikes are hard to beat. Can t recommend this place enough. However, try to stay anywhere else other than the Hilton at Bell Rock ($400/night), it was disappointing in every respect. Booked a month in advance, and still managed to get a room with two(small) beds instead of the king we wanted. The manager Alex from Washington (because that s all the info they give you so nobody is accountable) managed to let us know he didn t care that the massage service I received was among the worst in my life. Plus, it was 30 mins shorter that we had booked. We complained about it and got a bottle of wine from room service to make it up(I don t even drink). Wife wanted to, but the cork opener they were supposed to bring shortly after never arrived.
Early in the morning when asking where to refill a water bottle instead of being told where one of the many filling stations were, the manger intimated that only bottled water was available... I could go on, but we left and we are fortunate enough to drop it once others have been informed;)

We had a great stay here. As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a room with a view of red Rock. The views everywhere in the hotel seemed to be great. Our son loved the pool and entertainment area around the restaurant outside. We also made use of the fire pits and had s'mores one night. The hotel is a little outside of Sedona, but this didn't bother us. Plenty of options nearby for food and it isn't a far drive in to town. We'd stay here again for sure!

This resort is not worth the money charged. The check in clerk tried to charge us almost double what we had been quoted (which was a lot to begin with), room was not ready at 4:30pm when we arrived, restaurant host was inattentive, and we found a bar of soap and bottle of shampoo in our shower from the previous guest.

Stayed here for 2 nights near the end of March. I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The staff are SUPER friendly, the property is beautiful and there are a lot of things to do. I've stayed at other hotels with resort fees, but this is the only time when I thought that it might have actually been deserved. I just wished they included a breakfast; they have a restaurant which looked really nice, but I didn't try. There are many hiking trails within a short drive and a couple of restaurants. Most of the dining options are about a 10-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. I usually like to stay at a variety of hotels when I go somewhere more than once, but I would seriously consider coming back. Kudos to Hilton Sedona. You did it right!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The service I received was superb. From the wait staff to the pool attendants, everyone was on point with the service they delivered. I will definitely come back to this resort and stay longer.

Amazing resort! It has anything you'd need at all. Free laundry services, perfect dining options, spectacular rooms, etc. The customer service is on point. Totally worth the money. My first night, I woke up at dawn and watched the sun come up over the mountain directly outside of my window. It was unforgettable.

Save your money if your goal is to get pool time. We arrived today at 5pm. We received a text this morning stating the pool use rules of designated 2 hour increments of pool use. According to the info provided in the text, I was ok with using the pool 2 hours at a time. We were 6 hours into a 12 hour drive when I received this info. However, upon on arrival we find out that you must make reservations for pool use ahead of time and you can only choose 1 slot of the 2 hour windows which is only use of 15% of what normal pool hours would be. Would you pay full price to use 15% of an amenity. Nope! Our sole purpose for this 12 hour drive was to use this pool and none of this was mentioned in the info text. We arrive at the pool at 5:17pm after check in only to find out that its full..in 17 minutes. We weren't even afforded the opportunity to make a reservation today since it wasn't even mentioned in the text. So now we are stuck here, 12 hours from home with "maybe, hopefully" a 2 hour window of pool time tomorrow. I hate it here. We have small children..this pool is the only reason we are here. They cannot hike. Management credited me resort fees back...I want my 12 hours of driving back. Because they didn't give me all the actual insane rules, we didn't get an opportunity to change our course. Now we are here and unhappy.

Stayed at the Hilton Sedona for a weekend getaway with the family. The property is very pretty and well maintained. Good views of the red rocks from the pool deck. Rooms were clean, spacious and had nice finishes. The hotel bar was fun at night with a great patio / louge outside. I'd recommend checking it out during your stay!

Great hotel and service. Somewhat disappointed in room service for breakfast as eggs, bacon and potatoes were all delivered in a bowl and kind of soggy. This may have something to do with COVID but service taste of the food was great in the restaurant and bar areas.

Highly recommend this place. I love this Hilton resort in Sedona. Very clean, spacious, great view of Bell Rock. It is not far away from the main highway.
The breakfast was delicious! I would recommend eating on the patio.
The pool was kept clean and did not allow more than 56 people due to covid. My kids really enjoyed the stay here. We will be staying here again!

I was expecting a bit better experience from a resort. The view was rather lackluster, and aside from one person, the employees were not friendly or helpful. There was no map of the facility, I was not recognized as a Hilton honors gold member and the room itself, while attractive, had a slightly run down feel (drains broken) that I was not expecting from a recently renovated facility.
We had a better experience at the Embassy suites in flagstaff- I wish we had stayed there for the last two days of the trip and just day tripped to Sedona.

We had a marvelous experience here! There were fire pits outside. A relaxing atmosphere to chill with games and drinks was downstairs. We were able to hike early and use the spa showers if we didn't get back to the hotel in time for checkout. Staff was so friendly and helpful!

We had a mix up with a promotional rate through Hilton Honors. The manager, Michael McCalla, not only wouldn't honor the promotion but then accused us of trying to get away with something. All over $50.00. No "oh I'm so sorry let's see what we can do". Just a snotty response that was completely uncalled for. There are so many great resort choices in Sedona, Skip this one and go to Amara. We will next timie.

So for the cost, I just can't get behind this hotel. Bed was super uncomfortable, with dusty lumpy pillows, and no air movement, and we booked a suite. The room was super dusty, and I'm allergic to dust so one night it was so bad I had to sleep on the pull out couch. I attached a picture of the dust on one of the night stands. See my review for my massage experience at the Eforea spa that was terrible, and I emailed Hilton about and never heard back. There isn't even complementary coffee or breakfast. We loved Sedona, but when we come back we will not be staying here. It's also very far away from most of the activities in Sedona. At least 15 minutes. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The hotel is beautiful and room was beyond expectations. If it wasn't for the bugs (ants) that appeared on day 2 around bed in one bag it would have been 4.5 . star s. The hotel told us after that the ants have been resistant thia year they have had a huge problem and sprayed twice this spring. I was more upset and worried I'd bring them home but hotel didn't offer any concessions except when my husband told them we lost our Frank Lloyd wright tickets (bugs delayed us 1.5hrs.) they credit us two room service sinners (we were still charged the room service fee) and then credit us a movie rental $18.99. we paid $814 total for two nights and ant invasion. Then customer service texts us to see how our stay was....I told them. They say " sorry...can I help with something else? I followed up and reported our 175.00 ticket lost at FLW. They replied they had credit us the room service. I won't go back and I know to ask next time any bug s?? Not a 814.00 few days. I wont mention other few off items but bugs were the worst.

Very nice resort and location. The front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Makayla at the front desk. Service with a smile and ready to help. The beds were very comfortable and we are pretty picky in that department so we were surprised.

Took my wife here for her 30th birthday and we love it! Shadow rock restaurant is awesome the staff here are very friendly. They even brought us up a fan when we called the front desk. Its little things like that, that impress me. Good job Hilton!

Overall, the Hilton surpassed my expectations for our wedding weekend. We recently got married at the Sedona Golf Resort, which is across the way from this Hilton. We had majority of our guests stay at the Hilton, and they just did a fantastic job all weekend making sure everything for us and all our guests was perfect.

Additionally, we threw a cocktail party for our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding, and we hosted this at the Hilton, in the Oak Creek Canyon Room & Patio. This was a FABULOUS event. Our guests had a wonderful time, the food was great, the service was wonderful, and our bartender ROCKED! She was able to serve our party of 40 single handed, and she was too good. I got so many compliments for how great the cocktail party was, and this was only a result of the great service we received from the Hilton. Thank you Doreen and the Hilton staff for a truly wonderful wedding weekend!!

Fun times.

Great place for vacationing with your dog, close to all the great hikes like Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, etc. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and seem to be on top of their game as far as cleaning/safety!

This place is located just outside of Sedona. The scenery is gorgeous. I have delivered to this resort and seen behind the scenes. Everything is clean and super organized. Seems like it would be a great place to stay!

How disappointing to find that so much of what you expect from a Hilton establishment is not prevalent here. Poor acoustics (there is almost no sound proofing in the units), average service and a restaurant that is guaranteed to see you looking elsewhere the following day. And lo and behold when we spent the following evening at a wonderful restaurant below the Hilton the room was full of Hilton guests voting with their feet.

Let s be honest, I usually associate Hiltons with being cheap and outdated. This is NOT the case with the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, which I visited around Christmas time in 2018.

Pros:
- Large, suite style rooms with a fire place and plenty of sitting area.
- Amenities galore: restaurant and bar, Starbucks, outdoor seating area and fire fit, pool and hot tub, golf course within close proximity.
- Dog Friendly! Provide bowls and a dog bed as well as a doggy welcome back and a doggy room service menu.
- Close to shops and restaurants.
- Fantastic views of Bell Rock.

Cons:
- Not technically located in Sedona. Instead located in the Village of Oak Creek, which is within a 15 minute drive of Sedona proper.

The hotel has friendly staff and a concierge that can hook you up with tours of the Sedona area. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you have your furry friends tagging along with you.

Nice area with great views. Pool and hot tub areas are cool. Those are the only nice things that I ve seen so far. When we got here we were told that there were no people to clean rooms and make beds. The only way to get more towels was to call the front desk. How are they going to charge full price when they don t offer one of the main perks of a hotel? For the price we paid for the room and to stay at a nice place like this, I guess I expected more. Not a 4 star hotel. Go somewhere else.

Let me start off by saying we are normally huge fans of Hilton's usually which is why choose this hotel. Also, I usually only leave postive reviews.... with that being said, It is NOT worth the money. They have a great pool and fantastic fitness amenties. However, that is all it has going for it. It took about 30 minutes to check in and it took until 5 for our room to be ready. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately that has not been the only downfall.
Our coffee machine is disgusting and when we called about it we were just told sorry with no attempts to rectify. You would think at 400 dollars a night, they would offer free coffee in the lobby, right? Negative. You have to stand in a Starbucks line and wait about 30-45min if the line is to the lobby if you want coffee (not an exaggeration ). Can't blame covid for this one either. Hampton Inn's still give out free coffee...
We decided to try the restaurant out for happy hour one late afternoon. We waited for 20 min and still no one approached us. Good thing though because even their prices at happy hour were insane.
Minor things....toliet barely flushed and it took 4 calls in order to get fresh towels.
We decided to end our stay early by one night in order to go stay at another hilton closer to the airport. We were told it was a 75 dollar charge, even though we could have completely cancelled our stay for free.
Overall, I can't recommend this place. There are tons of other hotels in the area with better prices and views.

A great getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of life. All members that I encountered from the Resort staff were professional and friendly. I thought the rooms were a little overpriced, but I would contribute the competitive pricing to the popularity of Sedona. If you have never been I would definitely recommend visiting Sedona for a peaceful and adventurous excursion!

We reserved the most expensive room offered and we were placed on the ground floor facing the parking lot. The fireplace is just a little more than a pilot light. The food menu is disgusting. The room is clean and a good size. The bed is simar to laying on a big bean bag. Not worth 500 for a suite.

They were amazing. I was there for a friend's wedding. We were suppose to stay at another hotel but they had bed bugs! They have us a great rate, sent over mimosas for the wedding celebration, let us borrow a table clothe for the wedding decor because hers was forgotten. The needs were comfortable, and the views were spectacular. Will definitely stay there again.

We stopped in for some desert and coffee. I am sad to say we will not return. Service was slow, server was all over the place and did not interact with the customers well. Not at all what I would expect from a Hilton.

Could not even make my reservation. I had to repeat myself 5 times on the type of package that I wanted to the person on the phone. Obviously they were reading from their script from another country and not listening to anything I was saying eventually I just hung up and booked in another hotel

Loved my short stay here. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and service was good. Spent time out by the fire pits at night as well, where we had good drinks and food.

The most unique thing that happened was a visit from an astronomer that the hotel hires to bring his telescope out on Friday and Saturday nights. We all had a chance to look at Saturn and Jupiter up close, and judging by other people s reactions, it wasn t just our group who enjoyed it. Definitely a cool experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Sedona!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every moment of it! The grounds around the resort are gorgeous and both pools we saw were beautiful and well kept up. We didn't have time to go to the spa but walked around it and it looked lovely. All staff members we encountered at the front desk, bar, and breakfast area were attentive and professional. Our room was lovely, clean, and very quiet. Breakfast was good although a bit expensive (I suppose that is to be expected at a resort). The outside patio where breakfast is served is so beautiful and offers a great view. I can't speak to any other meals except breakfast as we ate all our others meals outside of the hotel. As one review noted, the resort is not exactly in Sedona but if you do your research and google map before you go, you'll see that and see exactly how far Sedona is from the resort. We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path...less traffic, people, and tourist traps while closer to the hiking paths we wanted to enjoy! Please go and enjoy this lovely resort!

Had a great time here. The room was extremely spacious and comfy. It took all of my willpower not to steal a pillow cause they were the best I have ever slept on. We had a king room with a red rock view. Gas fireplace was a great touch. Staff was extremely friendly. We were only there for a night so I didn't have the chance to experience everything that this place has to offer, but I would certainly stay here again.

We asked for early check in but the room wasn't ready by the time we arrived to check in. However Room 3025 was great! We had a great view of Bell Rock and the mountains from our patio. The staff were very friendly. We had great servers in the restaurant in the hotel. One of them is Ryan. You should ask for him when you can! He is a movie buff!
