Great location for your stay at Sedona. Close to hiking, but away from the tourist-crazy downtown. Staff could use a little attention to detail on cleaning the room. Outdoor fireplaces and ping pong are a big hit. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here. The pool area was fantastic, as was all the staff.

One of the better hotels in Sedona. They are also connected to the Athletic Club behind them. You can use the swimming pool , weight room or tennis courts. Also have access to showers and sauna.

Very clean updated one bedroom suite with view and fireplace for a very reasonable price .
Very good restaurant on site . Showed up with no reservations on Feb 28, 2021, Sunday afternoon.
We were very disappointed at the Sky Ranch Lodge and didn't stay there but came here and couldnt be happier that we did. The room rate at Hilton plus a dinner at the restaurant was less than a view room at Sky Ranch. View might be a little better at Sky Ranch but wasn't worth the room you had to stay in. Would definitely come here again.

I really do love this place . NOT super impressed with the new prices. However if you do decide to stay here there are a lot of great perks in the Hotel itself and in the VOC (Village of Oak Creek). There's awesome trails nearby and lots of nice Restaurants nearby. Plus the heart of Sedona is only about 10 minutes north {DEPENDING ON THE TRAFFIC} TIME WISELY. No one 11 am trips. Worth the visit, Enjoy!

Nice pool, good food at restaurant, rooms are comfortable.

Nice hotel but it's frustrating my LTE works with full bars outside yet mysteriously no service as soon as I'm inside. And of course they charge for wifi.

The service was great, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Sedona, but there are still shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and have balconies. The biggest benefit of the hotel is the full service gym with an outdoor CrossFit area, free weights, and a 25 meter lap pool. Great place to stay in Sedona.

Wow - My first visit to Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock - a Banquet for Steps To Recovery Homes was outstanding. The invitation to this fundraiser listed "Fine Service" as a feature of this property and it was a 'WOW' experience for myself and all at my table.

They anticipated my every need and exhibited true hospitality, the nature of which I have not seen for many years. Should you ever wish to host an event in Sedona, this is your venue, you will be truly amazed.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, if I could I d give them 1 million. The staff here is absolutely outstanding... they are so courteous and kind. They go above and beyond with customer service. We had 3rd party issues and the manager and jace ( I think was her name) helped us book another night hassle free. We can t thank you enough for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back in the future!

Loved the room with fireplace. Since it was 102 outside, did not use it. Unique use of space. Comfortable bed and furniture. Had a special rate for the night, including a $50 credit in the dining room. As great as the hotel was, the dining room was the opposite! Check my separate review.

Stayed Monday Tuesday of this week. Loved it. Yes it's a ways to town, but to enjoy the area one needs a car or motorcycle to see all there is to see. The welcome cocktail is a nice treat. Food was up to Hilton standards in my opinion.

Sat outside for breakfast, not the best of views, but I came for Sedona not the hotel.

Will surely go back when time permits.

Whoever hired Everett and Jesus knew what they were doing. I think Everett never stopped moving for a second. Amazing bloody Mary s and atmosphere.

Views are very nice. Overall facility is tiny. Food and drinks are over priced! No map or info at all given about area or facility when you check in. Tennis courts are in terrible condition, and there is no Golf here. It is across the stree, and has no affiliationwith Hilton. Being a Hilton Honors member will not get you anything. Our room was lame and wifi was hit or miss. Plenty of other cool places to stay in Sedona, oh yeah this is not even in the town of Sedona it is Oak Creek, south of Sedona.

Lovely property and good location. We really loved the suite we stayed in, great pool for the kids, fire pits, Starbucks on site. The cons were that we were promised two rooms with an adjoining door (we had 3 little kids and my mother in law who needs assistance). However, we were on two separate floors. Hotel staff said that the reservation staff (who are not linked to the property) make promises they cannot keep. Had I known this, I would have called the Sedona property in advance of our arrival to ensure we were roomed at least nearby. On our second day, the manager was able to move rooms so that we were at least nearby.

Super clean rooms, fantastic pools and the service was above par from housekeeping and the front desk staff! Bed was very, very firm but maybe I should have jumped on it first.

VERY OVER PRICED with rude stuffy staff it was very underwhelming for the price and I won't go there again I've had more fun just using my imagination at my own house. On the upside I did have a beautiful view of Bell Rock.

Worn out furniture, scratched walls, and poor front counter service. Breakfast bar is mediocre and wait staff is very passive.

Good place to stay. Nice staff, decent rooms, good pool for the kids and newer fitness center made for a nice stay. Will probably stay here again next time in Flagstaff

I was a little bit worried to stay in a hotel during the pandemic but the staff did everything possible to make my stay safe and sanitary! The Hilton hotels are always gorgeous and their staff is always friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room but a little disappointed that the room service options were so limited.

Lovely resort for a girls weekend. The room fit us 4, enjoyed the spa treatment, good gym facility, walkable to a shopping/dining area. Would go again

We really enjoyed this place immensely. It's really a beautiful resort to just walk through. The shopping was also nice as they have a little bit of everything. Our room was dark which is a plus for my wife. The amenities are quite nice as well. I'd definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself.

First of all my spouse and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. We are healthcare workers And started a new business in February of this year. That Being said we had one day only to relax and we were tired. We chose this hotel because we had a good experience before but this time it was different. The hotel itself was clean but it was the poor customer service we received that made us decide to choose another place to stay In the future. What really bothers me is it that when I had to go back to the front desk to get the keys for our room After we had checked in because the lady forgot to give them to us she didn t even respond to me. Also our jacuzzi kept turning on by itself in the middle of the night.

Absolutely wonderful viewpoint for Bell Rock. Even enjoyed breakfast on terrace with panoramic view. There are lots of amenities as well.

Dog menu at check in. Gold member benefits. Ask about special events each day. Try the bloody mary bar (bacon). Extremely clean, well maintained, never boring. A little pricey.

The views from the rooms give it 5 stars. My first time to red rocks and i was blown away. Great service, restaurant food ok but service was off the charts.

Large clean room/suite. Had separate couch and bed areas, multiple TVs, and good water pressure for shower. Attached to beautiful golf course and outdoor pool/hot tub.

I stayed at the Hilton Resort in Sedona, AZ for 3 days, upon arriving they had seemed to have taken all precautionary measures to keep us safe. However after checking in I began to notice filth built up on the surfaces in our room. I immediately checked our air filters and to my surprise found a filthy, clogged grill and air filter that seemed to not have been touched in quite sometime. I brought my concerns up with the night manager who was very unhelpful and rude. I waited for the following morning to address my concerns with another manager, I do not remember her name though. She was apologetic and offered to refund my first night half off, I suggested the entire night which she agreed to do. I strongly urge any future Hilton guests to check their air filters in your room. We all pay premium prices to stay there and deserve good indoor air quality. Please hold Hilton accountable for dirty air filters in your room.

Currently on a Road Scholar trip in Sedona !Besutiful country , excellent hotel !

Great spacious rooms with fireplace and patio. All of the staff were happy to help with whatever we needed. All of the staff wore masks, which we are not for, but they did not force guests to wear them as you could practice social distancing instead. We were quite shocked to see so many people in Sedona wearing masks outside hiking and walking their dogs; obviously these people have no understanding of microbiology. What a sad state of affairs our world is in. People need to turn off the "news", do their own research and stand up for their rights. Good grief!

Had a great experience. Michael at the front desk was an amazing help from the moment we walked in. We arrived very early and He did everything he could to help me get into our room quickly so we could get ready for a wedding. His customer service was excellent and I watched him handled unruly hotel guests with patience and grace. He started our stay here off in an amazing way. The staff, the room, and the services here were fantastic. Thank you Michael and Hilton. Will definitely be back.

Nothing to complain about that the hotel has control over! Everything is great! From the service, the room, the pool bar, the pool! The only negative was the damn mosquitos that got me and my kids! It hurt bad! Ran over to the iga and got some vicks to stop the itch! Good luck

The athletic club is great - for visitors and locals alike!

Easy access from the freeway and just a quick 10 minute drive to Sedona. Beautiful views of the mountains and an excellent outdoor pool and spa area. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not included. We would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled musty, small and outdated. Expected much more for $300 a night!

Very nice rooms, well appointed. Pools are great with and adult only pool available. Restaurant is very expensive so I recommend going elsewhere especially for breakfast. Walls aren't very thick as evidence by hearing folks in the next room having sex.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and healing atmosphere, amazing spa treatments, many amenities, excellent service, and a wonderful place to stay.

Covid really limits what this place had available. Unfortunately, the breakfast opportunity was limited and the line was extremely long and slow moving so if you have morning plans get up extra early. Moreover, you have to opt into regular cleaning of your room, but if you don t they don t provide enough coffee for your stay unless you call for it each morning. Also, as resorts go this is not that fancy and there are kids everywhere

Very average especially when you consider the price paid. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a full service Hilton, I've had better at Hampton by Hilton properties. Room was a good size but the WiFi was flaky at best. I wouldn't stay here if I was back in the area again.

I would rate this stay as "fairly disappointed". We were really excited about this hotel based on the reviews we'd seen and previous stays at Hilton locations. We reserved a room that said it was facing the Red Rocks. We booked this for our honeymoon, and when we arrived we asked if there were any amenities for newlyweds. They told us our room was great and we should keep it, otherwise there wasn't anything they could offer. Our room was facing the parking lot with trees and buildings blocking the Red Rocks. We found out from other staff that we were supposed to get drink vouchers as honeymooners. The pool was open for about an hour and a half and was then closed down for sanitation for an hour. While I commend them on their efforts during the pandemic, I think it would have been better for the chairs to have been sanitized between each use to prevent delay and allow people the time at the pool they paid for. We traveled through Scottsdale during our trip and stayed at other resorts, this one by far was the least accommodating. No one actually asked how our stay was at checkout, and I didn't receive a survey from Hilton either, so this is where I'm placing my feedback.We traditionally enjoy our Hilton stays but were pretty disappointed that we chose this hotel to celebrate the kick-off to our marriage.

When we come up to Sedona, we only stay here, wonderful place to decompress.

Came here for the wedding expo they had. We didn't get to look around much looked beautiful and people were kind. We worked mostly with the venues.

Fantastic hotel. Always great place to stay. Clean rooms, a lot of amenities, amazing customer service.

My best friend ( wife) spent two nights there while moving nephew to his dorm.Never went to the golf range, never hiked and came home with bug bites.No kidding.The doctor insisted they are bed bugs bites because of the pattern and type of the bites.The hotel claims it had a specialist check the room.Never did they prove or show her the pest control company's findings and never apologized.Never returned E mail.
The only thing they said to her sister..those are mosquito or some flies bites.Funny..they never saw the bites.

What happened is we went to the restaurant and we were 15 minutes before dinner they were still serving lunch so the ribs sounded good but they were so dry I ended up ordering from the dinner menu. If the food is old don't serve it. Not if you want returning customers

We had a great experience at this resort, despite some initial doubts about access to the pool and other amenities amid Covid-19. The staff did an excellent job all around and we had very little problem getting into the pool whenever we wanted. It would have been nice to have the lap pool open as well, but its closure was understandable given the circumstances. The suites are large and comfortable, though patios are on the small side and some open out onto the parking lot. Next time, we'll opt for a balcony.

Amazing resort in all totality!

Felt so pampered and relaxed, loved all of the different spaces including the spa (love that it's gender specific). The pools we're beautiful, all the scenery and decor.

Really appreciate the family friendliness (and if I was a pet owner I would have also appreciated the pet friendliness). Mike, the manager, was absolutely a delight and super helpful.

Loved my queen bed suite, just the perfect touch a d space! Dinner was absolutely delicious and the waitress was the best!

Love, love, love this place - Can't wait to go back! Would give 10 Stars if I could!

Awesome resort! Fireplaces in the suites, am excellent restaurant and bar on site, great patio area with fire pits...and a friendly helpful staff. Possibly the best hotel I've visited, bar none.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and loved how dog friendly the place was. When checking in, we were given a little doggy welcome bag with treats, toys, and waste pick up bags. They even have a dog menu at the restaurant, although I don't think it's used much as most the items weren't available.

But the people food was great and the outdoor patio has a fantastic ambience with the multiple fire pits. All in all, a great stay.

Upon arriving we were told our room should be ready shortly. Given Covid restrictions we understood a delay. However we checked in around 9am where the clerk told us she expected it sooner than the 4pm check in time. We went and enjoyed the beauty of Sedona. Upon returning at 2:30 our room was still unavailable. We had a different clerk who also assured us it would be "any minute". I booked this hotel for 1 night for my husbands 40th birthday. We had to wait in the lobby until 4pm sharp for our room to be ready. My husband also got to enjoy the lobby couch as that is where he had to take a nap. There were other patrons also waiting in the lobby that we all commiserated together. Honestly for the price there was nothing special this hotel offered in the way of accommodations. If you are staying one night with a 4pm check in time and an 11am check out time it's really not worth it. I would gladly stay at Los Abrigados where we had stayed previously. I thought I was treating my husband to luxury where he received a warm couch welcome. The room however was clean thank god and quiet.

Nice views but don't come here searching for peace and quiet. I'm a Hilton member and a frequent business traveler. We came here for a peaceful romantic escape with my wife, asked for a quiet room and paid premium to have the red rocks view. We ended up in a 2nd floor room and quickly realized how paper thin the walls are and noisy this place is. You can clearly hear the regular conversations people are having next door, folks in the bathroom, or anything even minor happening in the hallway. To make things worse the room across the hall was a large family and had lots of commotion. The same day we checked in, we asked to be moved to a different room but Arturo in the front desk mentioned how full they are and didn't have a solution for us other than moving us to a room without a view, essentially a downgrade. Plus who knows if our new neighbors would be less noisy. His only recommendation was to give them a call when there was a disturbance but let's put this in perspective: should I give them a call each time when our neighbors decide to checkout at 5am in the morning, waking us up with their suitcases banging on the floor, or when the next door neighbor slams his door, or the kids running through the hallway screaming, or the other guy flushing his toilet, or the lady on the other side asking her husband if he wants a cup of coffee. Overall we're quite disappointed with the lack of peace here in the property, especially at $500+ price tag. Probably would not come back again.

we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel last week. It was beautiful. It had the most comfortable beds and the people working there were very professional and really nice. I would stay there again and again

I am presently staying at the Hilton in Sedona, AZ, and I must say I will never stay here again. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the use of the pool was by reservation only, with limited time spots, which was understandable due to the virus. I also learned that the restaurant was closed with "no" room service, and daily housekeeping would not be available either. OK, its challenge times. I can live with it. But what I can not live with is the insult of being charged a resort fee. Really? What are they thinking? Pool, appoint only, no daily housekeeping, and room service unavailable, and the hotel has the nerve to assess a resort fee?

If we as guests must live without amenities, Hilton can live without there resort fee for the time being. This is a hard time for everyone, and everyone needs to sacrifice. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, and he did remove it. However, he did exhibit an attitude regarding it. I should have never have had to ask, and hotel management should have had the business sense to remove it for the time being until the hotel fully reopens with all available services.

I have stayed here three other times on my yearly trips to Sedona, and I will never stay here again. It's more of a principle thing to me than anything else. I don't know if others feel the way I do, but this tarnished Hiltons brand in my eyes. I will be posting this on Trip Advisor, Yelp, etc. to see if others have the same opinion as I.

Great view of bell Rock in sedona. Our room was perfect, very nice area with many hikes close by.

We arrived during Snowmeggedon 2019 & the staff was amazing. Our schedules & arrivals were all out of whack because of the snowstorm & the staff was so nice and flexible to our needs. Recommend this hotel highly!

This place is amazing! Our room took a while to get ready, so we waited in this beautiful deck area. It had fun lawn games too! The hotels in a great spot, with a little bunch of restaurants literally 15 seconds away. The breakfast is very good. The pool might be my favorite part. It is fun and there are little places to sit under the waterfalls. The hottub is nice aswell. I would definitely recomend this hotel.

Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock has a beautiful setting. The one bedroom suite we got is spacious and has a little kitchen area with a mini fridge and a microwave. The pool is heated and there's many games around the restaurant area to keep kids happy.

This venue is beautiful, especially for a wedding! The staff is professional and friendly creating a great atmosphere to hang out with family and friends.

I can't really say I've stayed here, just attended the Sedona Psychic Fair but walking through the place seemed like a great place, amenities and staff.

The rooms are clean and the views at this resort are amazing. Only issue was the restaurant's food wasn't very good and pretty overpriced.

I left a 3 star average review because this hotel was average. The rooms were ok, but a bit worn. The prices at the bar and restaurant were high. There were many attempts to up sell guests and not many benefits provided with our stay.
The managements message to me today, scolding me that I should have informed the staff of any issues was pretty silly. They know the condition of their hotel. I'm changing my rating to account for the customer service.

I didn't stay at the Hilton. I stayed with friends but I threw my back out. I had a Swedish message with Hero. I know he was disappointed that I couldn't walk out of there upright yesterday and today I'm sorry but walking upright. Thanks Hero!

Overall atmosphere is great! Feels clean and crisp. Great property with proximity to the spa as well as closeness to Sedona proper. Staff was helpful and capable. Would recommend for a stay to visit Sedona.
