Nice hotel in a beautiful town. 1 bedroom suite is very large and the service upon check in is great.

Had a nice martini at the bar. Server was pleasant. Hard to believe they taped off parts of the bar for separation. Very tacky for such a nice place.
This place is amazing! So much to do in Sedona that I wish I had more time to enjoy this beautiful hotel. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. While this seems par for the course you would be amazed by the lack of customer service at some hotels. Rooms are nice. Stayed here twice in two separate rooms. Both times were great. Rooms are clean and views are varied based on floor and location. They have a restaurant and great pool areas. Nice and quiet at night. Already booked another future stay here. Will try their restaurant next stay.
Great location for hiking, not in the overcrowded areas.
Great resort hotel! Our family loves the pool, complete with waterfall and tons of activities, such as ping pong, star gazing, bags, and connect 4. Jerome and Cottonwood are also a short drive away and fun places to checkout for lunch or wine tasting. Oak Creek area isn't my favorite, especially with the new storage unit and eyesore of a shopping center they're building nearby, but there's plenty to do within a short drive any which way.
Excellent hospitality, warm and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
Very nice resort for a long weekend vacation. The facilities are very nice and convenient to Sedona. The views are breathtaking. Management needs to step up and make sure that the facility is properly staffed. The waits in the only restaurant/bar that was open were very excessive. The staff worked hard, there simply were not enough staff on hand to care of the number of guests..
Still, Hilton was still happy to charge full rate, and add on a resort fee when management was clearly not prepared...not that I mind requesting more coffee pods, coffee cups, creamers and towels sets from the front desk...it's just that charging a resort fee for a hotel that is only partially operational and stressing their employees to the max, seems excessive.
We arrived Sunday at 2:45, and were told our room was not ready, but would be guaranteed ready by 4 pm. We were very tired from the long flight and drive to get here, and being on east coast time, really wanted to get settled. The girl at the front desk took my cell phone and promised to call when ready. We decided to go to one of their restaurants to get some food. My son's order came out wrong, but the waitress was very good and took care of things. At 4:15 I finally went back up to the front desk to find out why we still had not received a phone call. She stated the room was ready and someone should have called me. The room appears nice, but it is small, not what you usually receive with a one bedroom suite at hilton, especially for the price here. The air conditioner doesn't work very well, and there isn't a vent in the bedroom - so the room stayed very warm, making it almost impossible to sleep, even with the air set at 65, it could not ever get to that temperature. Every time you move, the beds creak - so the noise would wake me up, whether it was me, or my son in the other bed. Every single time, they creak like an old door opening. Both beds. The shower pressure is less than desirable. These things to me are the most important when staying at a hotel: #1 nice comfortable cool room, #2 shower pressure, #3 comfortable bed. I have none of those. Last night we ordered room service. I called for 10 minutes, nobody answered the phone, so I called the front desk and told her nobody was answering at room service - she said "hold on let me connect you". She connected me to same number I had been calling, again nobody answered. When I called her back to explain nobody was answering, still, she said she would get ahold of them and have them call me. When the guy finally called me, I started to place my order and he told me I could not order pancakes for kids. I explained to him it was on the menu under the 5 pm to 9 pm. He said he knew it was on the menu, but they didn't offer it at night. He said he would check with the chef - again I was put on hold. After several minutes I hung up. He called me back and made the accommodation, as well we ordered a steak medium rare, and some chipotle and jalapeno dip with chips. The steak was well cooked, over done not anywhere close to medium rare, and the chipotle sauce was disgusting. No flavor, no spice, no jalapenos. We didn't eat it. Overall, the food choices here were expensive and didn't come as ordered. If we come back up here, the hyatt would be our choice, we wouldn't stay here again based on this experience.
Very nice amenities and staff. Great shuffle board in the bar/restaurant area. All the TVs were a little distracting. Very close to great hiking and biking!
Air conditioning units are pre-programmed in the rooms. They automatically turn off at 2:30am. You get so uncomfortable that your sleep pattern is interrupted nightly. They are set to come back on in the morning. We woke up each night to manually adjust the thermostat. It allow you to make the modifications, but the temperature doesn't change until the designated pre-programmed time. I'm sorry but for the rates we pay at this resort, we should at least be able to control the room temperature.
The morning front desk staff on the first two days was rude and not accommodating at all. This is not typical of Hilton staff nor Sedona employees. We would have left the property, but other resorts were full to capacity. Not one time was the manager ever "available" to talk to us. I discussed the concerns with the front desk attendant during our stay and then again upon check-out. At check-out, I was offered less than a 10% discount off my bill. WOW...rates are nearly $500/night. We woke up in the night sweating due to non-functional cooling units and was offered a small guest recovery service. I'm very disappointed in Hilton and the management team at this resort.
Sauna is great, pool is perfect for family, breakfast is little pricey but servise is the best, room is soooo compatible, view is great, free informed airea key chane is a present bar servise is good enough, and thanks for free shuttle service to near reatraunt, so I and my doughers(28,and 16years) missed to stay in it. We had been stayed 3 times for 3 years.
Stayed at hotel only for an overnight. Room was nice and views in the morning were great.
Always amazing! Wonderful service, clean, beautiful venue!
Beautiful resort with great views. The staff is friendly and they make sure you have a good experience.
Great service...beautiful and extremely clean rooms.
Enjoyed every minute during our stay.
Staff at the Hilton go far above most places we stay at.
Room was very clean, bed was comfy.
I will stay here again the next time we come in area.
Can't say enough good things about the staff.
GREAT JOB HILTON!
This place is great! Big rooms, beautiful views, great restaurant.
The room was very nice. I loved the fireplace in the room
One of three of my favorite in Sedona I've been fortunate
Forrest was an A+ bartender. He brings experience from 5 countries to bear on each delicious concoction. He made the environment warm and welcoming. The restaurant itself has a very odd construction which is a bit confusing about the target experience though.
I would not recommend this hotel to a friend. We will not stay here again. Basic things were not done well. There was a lot of over promising and under delivering. They offer amenities but then there is no follow through. For example, we were told at check in they have a golf cart to take us down to the the shops at the base, but after waiting twenty minutes with a toddler (I was told 5 min) we just chose to walk. The night before we were leaving we ordered room service for 7:30am the next morning so we could eat before the long drive to the airport. When I called to check on it at 7:45, it was not even out for delivery yet and their excuse was that they had too many orders. No one mentioned worry of this to me the night before nor did they recommend ordering earlier. We ended up going to the restaurant but didn t have time to order off the menu so we got one plate of food from the buffet and quickly ate. After confusing conversations with the waiter and manager, they did end up comping us the one plate of food, but only after my husband through a fit. It was also extremely hard to find a spa menu, as they did not provide an in room amenities book. I also found the photos of the pool area online to be misleading to what it actually looks like.
Why is the fitness center only open until 8pm on the weekends? 9pm on the weekdays? This is outrageous. This is supposed to be a premiere resort, spa, etc. I can get better amenities at a Hampton Inn. Heck, a Best Western. This needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY.
This is the place to stay if you are visiting Sedona. It's a 15 minute beautiful drive south of the city center itself. We stayed in a king room that had really great red rock views, the on-site restaurant is fantastic and the hotel is super dog friendly. Everyone was wearing masks and hilton's in general do a good job at taking covid seriously.
Large, nicely furnished rooms. Nice grounds, pool areas. Fire pits to sit around. Downside is restaurant is more like a cafeteria. Not impressed with the bar service. When I order a double Scotch on the rocks just pour it don't measure it. Restaurant closes at 9 pm. There is no room service after that. If you arrive late you better have your own snacks.
I love this place!!! The bed was so comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous. I had the best salmon I've ever had at the restaurant there. We did a little climbing right out of our hotel room door. The bathroom is gorgeous with a nice deep tub. The fireplace was sweet and romantic. I definitely recommend this place!
Extremely limited access to the pool due to high occupancy at the hotel and no house cleaning services during our entire stay due to covid restrictions. But the hotel still charged a daily resort fee with no restaurants open and no access to the pool on some days.
I usually love staying at this Hilton, however this last stay was a little disappointing. First the lobby was a zoo at check-in. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but I was there for a special occasion, I proposed to my girlfriend at Beaver Creek. Secondly, they didn't have the room I was promised and paid for. My new fiance and I where put into a room with two double beds. I have to say the room was nice, it had a fireplace that was nice to watch. It also had a patio with 2 chairs and I small table that was nice to relax on once it got dark. What saved the evening when at check-in the hotel manager was apologetic about the situation and we got comped dinner. Let's just say dinner was very good and filling. Overall 3 stars for this trip. Even though the hotel was a zoo and completely sold out they did their best to accommodate me and my new fiance.
King suite is well kept and good flow. Staff is friendly and helpful
It was a wondeful stay. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to stay at a great resort within the Sedona area.
Very nice location. Close to lots of fun hiking trails. The hotel itself was really enjoyable to hang out in. There are a lot of games scattered around the property like ping pong, giant Scrabble, and beanbags.
Great place to stay. Nice bar area and pool. Nice Location to be able to get around area.
All staff very friendly and so accommodating.
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay
It's definitely a great Hilton and the staff are extremely thorough and attentive. Even if you do no research beforehand they can expertly guide you on best restaurants, hikes, and not just the corporate marketing lines but legit, local stuff. Spa is on-site and great. Pool area + pool service staff fantastic especially on those hot Arizona days. Rooms are cool. They are definitely more catered to family or older citisens(fireplace, mini-kitchen, etc.) But was perfectly fine for what we needed!
We love this hotel. Peaceful and clean. The service was great. We loved the outdoor area with the fire pits. Pool was very nice too.
Great location, big rooms, great pools, great spa about a 3 minute walk away
Room was clean. The main pool was busy, but the lap pool was nice and quiet. The restaurant was under construction and the sauna/showers at the sport center were also unavailable which was a bummer
Horrible customer service. For 600.00 a night we were expecting more. Very disappointing
Great place. Spa and swimming pool is amazing. Customer service is top notch.
Perfect location, comfortable beds, clean, great service, and spa was amazing! We didn t want to leave!
Above average rooms, but less than what we expected for a Hilton and the rates changed. The prices were inconsistent with the quality of the accommodations. Also, there was a significant mixup on the location of the rooms when we checked in, which was an additional issue. To their credit, the staff tried hard to correct the problem, but the accommodations were inconsistent with what was promised when we made them. All things considered, we will stay somewhere else next time.
Gorgeous views from the balcony in my room. Staff was courteous and professional. Room was clean and stocked timely. In hotel dining was good. Small shop with essentials on site and access to hiking trails within walking distance. Beautiful area. Golf course next door was beautiful.
Definitely not as nice as other Hiltons I have stayed at. Double the price as the Arabella right in Sedona, we stayed at last trip that was nicer than this. We paid for mountain view $1600 for 4 nights..they put us in a 2nd floor room right tf over the check in pergola blocking any view of mountains. The second room they moved us to was over parking lot on other side of check in. View not much better but we were tired of dealing with ignorance. If you are exploring sedona area this place is 25-35 minute drive from most hiking trails and jeep trails. You can stay in nicer places right in Sedona for cheaper. Save your cash, and the headache.
Upper scale for a hilton, great spa. 2nd stay here, and had to drop from 4 to 2 stars. Front desk was slow to great, and couldnt answer any questions about the area (asked 3 separate people), digital key didnt work 3 separate times and regular keys stopped working (no they weren't by magnets or phones) and the one elevator is crazy slow (frustrating when having to continue returning to the front desk for keys). Parking lines arent marked well so cars taking up twice as much space, and can't even check out on the app or TV. All small things, but at the cost here, they shouldn't occur. Definitely a step back since our last stay here.
Nice ambiance to stay, real quite place to stay at. great views to wake up to, the fire place is the best part of the resort, spent both nights down there sitting and talking to strangers, nice to know people still talk to one another in the digital world, enjoyed the place. But the reason for 3 stars to this hotel, rooms were supposed to be renovated, it did not look like there was much done on guest rooms, the HVAC was as having issues, the room reminded near 73 during our stay, we changed in multiple times to get it little cooler.
The wifi is really bad to the point where it is intolerable. Once you finally get it after 2 hours of trying to connect it resets the next day!
Beautiful place, great experience, especially the outdoor seating with the fire pits. Expensive, they charge a lot for everything.
Great views, spoiled my dog, spacious room and balcony
Had such a wonderful time with my friends this is an amazing spot. Can't wait to revisit
Great stay at Hilton Sedona Bell Rock! Bed was super comfortable, staff is great and Eric from Alaska made check in awesome. Thank you! :-)
This place is a hidden gem. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We took our lil four legged child, which he was given a small bag with treats and a doggy menu with fresh cooked foods. Room was clean and was comfy. Only downfall was we received no room service even with not leaving the dog in the room. Other then that, the hotel was amazing. Will definitely come back.
Great rooms + Customer service. I left my driver's license in the room, they called me a few hours later and I requested that they mailed it to me. It was no problem, and I received my ID a few days later!
What I loved. Restuarant has great menu and out door dining. Try the Salmon and brussel sprouts appetizer. Beautiful hotel, well managed, food services, housekeeping, grounds and staff were almost great.
We don't have words enough for described how amazing Hotel Resort Hilton is. We will be back soon!!!
Thank you!!!
Stayed here for a work training event. Nice Hilton, rooms were nice and clean. Lots of amenities at the hotel. Only complaints are no free breakfast and the in hotel restaurant was extremely expensive.
Clean and very friendly. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable
Loved the fireplace in the room, and the balcony looking out at the red rocks.
I've stayed here 3 times. It's my go to resort in Sedona- great staff, very quiet and tranquil setting and family friendly.
Very nice and helpful people. Great place to stay for vacation!
Fabulous place to stay! Great swimming pools, fire places, and views. Will definitely return.
This resort shouldn t be considered a resort whatsoever. Sedona is a beautiful place but I do not recommend staying here due to the resort fees and cramped, grungy, dated, and the parking is ridiculous. This place needs a FULL RENOVATION because it looks and feels like what a super 8 hotel room looked like before I was even born (1994). Concierge was rude and wrong about Miley s not being open, and that s literally his job is to help you with information. Will definitely be staying in Sedona again soon but anywhere but this place.
Beautiful resort with a fabulous view of the Red Rocks! The resort is outside of downtown Sedona and, unfortunately, there is no Uber outside of West Sedona, currently, so I wished there was a shuttle service by the hotel until car services become more abundant in the area.
The best part of our stay at the Hilton at Bell Rock was the surroundings and the views. It was our first time to Sedona, and it will not be our last. What a beautiful place to see, driving around led to sight after sight. My wife could not stop taking pictures.
But, back to the review of our stay at this particular hotel. I have to admit that I was quite disappointed. I've stayed at a number of Hilton properties, and because we were staying here for our 20th wedding anniversary, we decided to splurge on a more expensive resort, rather than our typical stay in the mid priced Hilton properties. Now perhaps my expectations were too high, but at about $400 a night, I expected a lot more.
First, there was no kind of room service available the first couple of nights. I understand this a bit, as we did arrive on a Monday. But the problem is there were extremely limited options outside of that. I only found one drink vending machine, and the one vending machine with snacks was nearly completely empty, and it didn't work at all when I tried it. This made for very little food or drink available once the restaurant and gift shop were closed, and the gift shop had the worst hours I've seen. There was also no easy option for breakfast - all grab and go or overpay in the restaurant, no option to even have breakfast delivered to your room. I have had better service at hotels that cost less than half.
The hotel does have some cute outdoor areas, but I'm still wondering what I was paying the resort fee for exactly. It only got us like a 10% discount at the spa, but we had no interest in that. The room itself was ok but also underwhelming. The couch in the second room was horribly uncomfortable because it was also a pull out bed, but it was the type that made the couch almost unusable. I suppose the price all went in to the fireplace, which when lit had the smallest little area of flame.
All in all, we had a great trip, but the hotel was very disappointing. I understand the pandemic has turned a lot of things on their head, but if you're going to remove services to compensate, that should be reflected in the cost of the room and the pointless "resort" fee.
We will still be back in Sedona, we just won't be staying here again.
We had an awesome event in there big hall. It was amazing. Thank you to The Hilton in VOC
Besides the grille resteraunt down stairs being terrible, the hotel itself is great.
The place is great. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The pools are nice. The drinks and food are very good here.
This hotel is convenient for location and room size. Beautiful views all around. Was disappointed in the quality of included breakfast (for Gold and Diamond members only) and overall datedness of the hotel. It seems older and in need of some modernization. The restaurant prices are the typical overpriced fare for the 'fancier' hotels. $18 for a-la-carte pancakes is unacceptable. Glad I had points to stay here. Otherwise, I would have looked elsewhere.
Had two catered breakfasts, one catered lunch and two catered dinners and after each meal disappointed in the qualtiy. Dennys serves better food. I always forget Hilton is one of the chincy resorts where you pay a ton in resort fees and then they want to charge you another $15 for wifi. Its 2017 there is FREE wifi all over the world and Hilton treats it like a scarse commodity.
Nicely appointed rooms, excellent location, definitely recommend!
Perfect for wedding preparations...makeup and hair stylists had plenty of room
Very nice accommodations with several outdoor pools and spas throughout the property, among other amenities.
Previously visit was good... now this. A breakfast visit...not the same! Hostess not understandable and did not accommodate requests or explain. Miserable, freezing outdoor seating only, even with extremely large vacant seating areas inside. Could not get waiter service. Finally left. There was no attempt to ask how they could help. Without looking up, just 'have a nice day'. Not a warm, welcoming environment.
Nice hotel, but the pools were a bit cold and it wasn't the Hilton experience we were hoping for. Not sure what the resort fee was for!
A. WONDERFUL HOTEL GREAT GOLF COURSE .GREAT VIEWS. GREAT STAFF
