Booked our appointments 1 month prior and received a confirmation email. Turns out it was never entered into the system, so our whole spa experience was ruined and they haven't done anything to fix it. No phone calls or emails have been returned.
Suburb customer service. Was a pleasure staying here. Will definitely go back. So much to see and do near by. Gorgeous!
Our first impression with the hotel was a bit unfortunate as the front desk receptionist was quite rude upon check-in. His overall tone and demeanor was very unprofessional when compared to other Hilton staff members we encountered during our stay. Besides for this initial encounter, my wife and I were impressed by the grounds, the cleanliness of the facilities, and our room (which had a wonderful view).
The remodel is stunning and the staff so awesome. S'mores by the fire, excellent food, bar, rooms. Relaxing and amazing!
