Lovely stay, wish it was longer. Food was great, but a pity I missed out on the Tepanyaki and Sushi

I've played the Piano at this awesome Hotel a few times now. And the Cuppacino.... Say no more

I and family stayed for 8 it was really nice tym with children,safe environment and above all charming and professional staffs but a bit disappointed with service at the poolside bartaking too long to be served, ,otherwise HILTON SANDTON is a place for my next vacation

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast... But get early to order dinner...it takes time.. I mean I ordered at 7pm ate ate 8pm....this was like this daily...

This is one of the nicer Hiltons I have stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a separate desk to check out on the executive floor which was unique.

It's a very beautiful hotel. The food is great as well.

The concierge is unfriendly and unprofessional. He doesn't have contacts for management. And he's too judgemental

Had a beer there at the extortionate price of R70 a pint...... ridiculous even for hotel prices! Hilton hotels you shouldn't rip people off like that...

Tranquil however parking is bad really is no where close to being the Hilton known from overseas

Starts with a great location in sandton central to everything of importance, safe underground parking with very clean and well kept grounds and lobby, the staff are helpful but could be abit friendlier with their communication, the conference room was big, well ventilated and good lighting. It was situated next to what sounded like a kitchen, minimal interruptions but enough to distract 200 people for a few seconds. I'm giving it a 3 stars because it's got great potential for improvement with those finer details. All round really nice hotel and I would love the opportunity to spend a night or two there one day.

Sandton City Hilton Hotel is a luxury hotel in the Hilton brand located in Sandton, Jo'burg. Great continental meals Executive rooms and facilities Nice view of Sandton City Excellent customer service and state of art facilities.

It seemed very high class. I was just there for the day for a seminar on Test Automation. The food and buffet was top class and great.

Really lovely friendly people excellent customer service.. rooms Superb... everything that I saw was clean and well looked after .. was nice and relaxing place to stay

Lovely and spacious rooms with great views of Gamla Stan, Stockholm s old town. The breakfast, however, wasn t that great but there are options available at Eken.

I ve stayed at Hilton in other cities but this one was very disappointing. Upon arrival, our room a/c controller mounted on the wall wasn t functional, being winter and with kids I needed to use the heater option, I asked for it to be fixed and was promised it could be done the next day. It wasn t fixed, got back that evening and called to ask, they sent someone hrs after at 8pm with a ladder, started opening up the ceiling to fix things, dust falling off and the bed was a meter away . We had paid for 4days with our credit card details but upon arrival I couldn t find the pouch with my cards&money, I asked if I could use the card details I had used to pay for the hotel, to pay for dinner or room service so that my kids couldn t sleep hungry, the lady declined. Only after my husband called hrs after to request the same thing did they accept not sure what was different between me requesting and him requesting, apparently all he had to do was send an email with the details, the same thing I had requested. Only reason I gave this place a 3 star was the friendly staff at the restaurant. I will never again go back!

I truly enjoyed the attention to superior and personalized service that I experienced at the Sandton Hilton. In particular the food service was exceptional. I was always greeted with a smile and cordial manner by Bongi, the foodservice concierge. She made it a point to call me by my name and inform all of the service personnel of my name. She personally searched for a table for me during a busy period, and always asked how my day and evening was upon greeting me. Her beautiful personality and professionalism added an element of enjoyment to the wonderful food service and menu. Rafilwe provided excellent service for my breakfast dining. He always supplied my needs as far as beverages, and special requests. His diligent, caring and professional manner impressed me and I could tell it was a sincere passion for excellence and superior service that drives his conduct.

The parking structure needs attention. Why pay for packing? It's also weirdly constructed

Attending a conference: lovely facilities and environment. Unfortunately the tea and lunch organisation is not up to standard. One service point for 150+ delegates, no cutlery, empty food trays, impracrical beverage serving areas (server iso of self service) makes for a frustrating experience

Very nice facilities, parking easy and food excellent. However the waitresses are clumsy and at our table a glass of drink spilled on a guest and when removing my plate my knife fell off the plate and onto my lap which left food on my suit pants and marks.
