Starts with a great location in sandton central to everything of importance, safe underground parking with very clean and well kept grounds and lobby, the staff are helpful but could be abit friendlier with their communication, the conference room was big, well ventilated and good lighting.
It was situated next to what sounded like a kitchen, minimal interruptions but enough to distract 200 people for a few seconds.
I'm giving it a 3 stars because it's got great potential for improvement with those finer details. All round really nice hotel and I would love the opportunity to spend a night or two there one day.
