The staff lack client service though an otherwise great place.

The moment you step into The Hilton there is a beautiful welcoming scent until you step into the loos next to the conference rooms. . Surely you can do something to deodorise them better! I know most loos in busy restaurants or establishments which smell fresh all the time.

The food is so bad for what they charge, I ordered steak and couldn't take it down through my throat. room furniture is so old- looks 25year old.

It s good if you pay 800 rand per night but not worth 2k rand per night to be honest.

Good as always but you can see the place is getting old and the IT systems reboot which can hamper check-in

My stay was super awesome, I enjoyed from the reception with friendly staff, cleanliness, and I like the way they are strict with covid19 protocols to ensure our safety. I will definitely come back

The people at the resturant and the driver for the shuttle are great however if you are staying for more than a day and wish to have a clean shower you should carry your own shower gel. Generally not at per with other Hilton locations and loyalty means nothing.

A worthy ambassador of the Hilton brand. Well appointed conference rooms. If using Uber or other taxi apps, keep in mind that a mobile data signal may be hard to get from the low-lying entrance, so it is wise to book from the lobby.

Service will always be great. Suppose I wasnt enthused by the rooms decor. Breakfast had good variety. Overall, ok experience.

Can't fault the frontline staff who were helpful, but this hotel is looking dated and due for a refurb. Marketed as five star but appears no-one bothers to water the planters on the roof terrace - so we have dead plants as a view. Guests have to pay for parking. Lifts had a strange odour in them. Room was clean, bed was comfy.

This is a five star hotel, therefore the 2 stars, as they need to keep up to five star rating. Bathroom, shower faulty water Luke warm, no way to warm it further. The device is faulty. Toilet seat very Cheapy flimsy plastic. Lamp switches very inconvenient at bedside. Some of the room lights not working. Very poor level of maintenance for a five star hotel. The coffee shop, wish worst coffee on the planet....for a five star at premium prices, please get a coffee barrista....as the coffee filter need to be cleaned before making next cup of coffee else you get a bitter burnt nasty tasting cup of coffee. oh ya, rooms not very well sound proofed...can hear the smallest noises out side. Air conditioning controls need attention. I have been to places in South Africa with fewer stars that was far more superior...these little places took pride and effort and went beyond to service the customer. Like city lodge or town lodge...Hilton hotels your services are not five star...how u got that rating...eish....

The was very helpful and kind, when I locked the keys out of my car, they went beyond their duty to help! Nice rooms and restaurant. A+!!

The management/supervisor are verry rude to their stuff.. it feels like hell fosure to work there.

At it's best this hotel is 4 star. Staff were not the friendliest or welcoming. Food was average. Towels in our room were questionable. Very minimal/aged decor. Good cappuccino at breakfast. Good location.

Always pleasant staying in this hotel, easy to find in Sandton and a few minutes from Sandton City. Fantastic staff, helpful, smile on their faces and nothing was a problem.

Bedroom was on 1st floor, well appointed, decent size with room to move round, good Airconditioning and a good sized bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Buffet breakfast was superb and everything you could ever want was available. One of the best breakfast selections anywhere in the world.

Lovely lounge/bar area in lobby, light snacks were available, and pleasant to sit and relax after a day in Johannesburg.

Having stayed in many Hilton Resorts worldwide, this must be one of the best around.

My only gripe, and this is personal, the beds are far too hard for me!

Hotel is very nice. Clean, excellent amenities and friendly staff. Price is not that much more than other comparable quality hotels in the area and the balcony rooms are worth the little bit extra.

Disappointing meal. Staff need training on service at table. Salmon over cooked. Not what I expected at a Hilton Property. Conference facility was good. Wide variety of snacks and teas for meetings. Pity about the lunch. Breakfast conference was nothing spectacular from the usual that is given at every hotel in the same level.

Exquisite 5 star amongst the best in the node. Beautiful setting and an amazing Gym
