A place where they ask for clean production the only thing that does not help there are the people who have managers too much arrogance with employees
Nice place to work for but no matter what you do here you will only be paid $11 hr
With some unreasonable excuse, they cancelled my order which was placed and CONFIRMED three days ago. That is how they treat their customer!
As an advocate..I call it the Magidcal mystery tour. Ironically, there is nothing mysterious about safety supplies this place provides to all needing to be & stay safe.
I recently ordered two full face respirators, mask cleaning wipes, and booties. They canceled my respirator order after I had already paid, stating that they were going to supply other customers first, despite me having already paid for the items. Not only did they cancel the masks, but they shipped the cleaning wipes for masks that I do not possess. Very poor customer service.

Worked here for over a year. The whole time my department being understaffed. Management kept telling us they were trying to find more people with no outcome ever. I left this company to work seasonal for UPS with my manger telling me i had a job if i needed to come back. Manager told me i had his word, the word of a man. I guess the manager that told me this is actually a female cause he did not keep his word cause he didn't hire me back, didn't even respond or have the courtesy to send me a msg back. All the while they were telling my buddies who still work their, "we are trying to find more help" go ahead and base this company's reliability by your own standards but the respect they showed me after looking me in the eyes and telling me "we'd love to have you back at any time" deserves them no respect. Cause if they'll screw over someone they've looked in the eye for a year and have shared a laugh with, why wouldn't they screw over someone they don't even know. F

Very fast unloading within 15 minutes and must wait by dock for loading or unloading. Staff was friendly
Customer service was very rude. If this is something you are in a hurry to get please use someone else, I took them days just to ship it out.if there warehouse.
Magid is just Super at Customer service.Their team of customer experts are always able to find and get the Right Safety (PPE) product at the best price .My Customer Representative (Tim-Hoyt) is just outstanding at providing Fabulous service to meet our company needs.They also have a Great website for ordering/delivery of our usual products for our industrial requirements.Why go anywhere else? They're the best !
