Great hotel, fantastic facilities, centrally located in the richest square mile in Africa #TheHiltoneffects

Nice Hotel at the city center 10 min walk to Mandela square (shuttle service also available). Very nice restaurant. Small swimming pool.

Hotel is very nice. Clean, excellent amenities and friendly staff. Price is not that much more than other comparable quality hotels in the area and the balcony rooms are worth the little bit extra.

5 stars for the inside staff, Always there to assist. But the person who was controlling the buses had the most filthiest attitude and no way of talking.

Great place enjoyed our stay but disappointed in the lack of 5 Star Hotel touches.
4 sleeper family room only had 2 of each bathroom toiletries. Only 2 wash cloths.
The sencond day the bathroom mat was not replaced.
Put it all down to Covid..

Accomodation for 8:people for 14 days from Belfast City London,then for a wedding reception of 50people on the 13th to 14th day

It's a clean and modest environment.

The staff and the people are helpful and kind to you.

The foods a bit cold and small due to the pandemic, but it's a great hotel.

Would not eat there again. In response to your reply - We did not stay at the hotel, we met family there for dinner. We do eat out a lot and are merely comparing apple with apples. We found the service to be very slow and the food to be average. For a hotel of your standard and for the prices you charge we did expect more.

Conferencing is ok. Cant get hold of business centre to print stuff though. Reception was left vacant when i needed them.

Awesome reception and restaurant...havent been in the rooms so cant give a five star, three star is for the deco, cleanliness, customer service, conference rooms, and great overall vibe. I bet I'd give them a five star if ever I visited the hotel rooms.

Great place to stay, food is excellent and the staff is really professional.

Great rooms. Regular free shuttle to go to the nearby shopping center. Expensive breakfast.

Banqueting - snacks ok. Waitrons and barmen v. Good.

2 ladies from Hilton in charge of the Lilly Singh meet and greet were the rudest staff.

From arrival we were friendly welcomed and treated like royalty - The place is immaculate and with beautiful views over the city.

Valentines dinner was very special and treated with a great verity of awesome treats - Good wine selection and served correct at the right temperature. Excellent entertainment though our dining experience. Breakfast was also way above expectations with a huge selection of quality food deliciously prepared and well presented. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you
