We attended the Chef's Table. They literally serve your dinner (from a very well planned, delicious menu paired with wine) in the kitchen. An amazing experience that should be on everyone's bucket list.
Chef Trevor and his team go above and beyond to make this experience one of your best ever.

In a class of its own. The staff (esp Daniel the butler and Hlongi the server) are wonderful, it is absolute luxury to the point where the Queen herself won't feel out of place. The extra spend on the presidential suites are worth it so treat yourself, the perks more than make up for it.

Right in the middle of Sandton CBD, enter the street level lobby of the Michelangelo Hotel and you're in a different time and space! No noise from the busy streets, just comfort and opulence. Visit reception on the 1st floor and look down on the magnificent Koi Pond below. The decor is luxurious but practical. I enjoyed a toasted Cheese and Tomato sandwich with a tasty salad in the lounge area. It was freshly prepared and scrumptious!

Always stayed at luxury hotels near this place but today my Collague booked here. Very luxury and right on the square.

Mandela square has JNBs top restaurants around

Neat rooms and comfortable bed, must for me. Spacious rooms and complimentary wine.

Friendly staff but standard of service needs improvement and definitely breakfast needs to change, seems they have not visited top 10 hotels around that spoil you with choice and service. Quite slow on service.

A hotel characterized by a clear and striking luxury touch, located within a group of commercial buildings that includes two other 5-star hotels and a third hotel, the reception staff is nice, especially the Greek-Egyptian man, a veteran in the hotel world, who speaks 7 languages and speaks the Egyptian dialect with a lovely Greek accent. And the breakfast menu needs more attention, the hotel is distinguished by its private and direct entrance to the Sandton Market, which is a group of large shopping stores that include hundreds of stores distributed over two commercial markets with underground corridors that include excellent restaurants, clothing stores, jewelry, electronics, wonderful cafes and even shops for fishing supplies and equipment, station Staying and shopping for the richest traveler to or from South Africa than going through it and staying in this beautiful hotel and the commercial area surrounding its facilities and the huge statue of leader Nelson Mandela, which exceeds 6 meters in length. Granular.

Loved the ladies in the spa - loved Josiah the bellman, and Archie the concierge. Hotel is an old classic, in a nice, safe spot next to Nelson Mandela Square. The hotel is not new and flashy, but it is nice.

Built around a central courtyard, this refined hotel on Nelson Mandela Square is 3 minutes' walk from trains at Sandton Station and 12 km from Johannesburg Zoo.
Traditional, polished rooms come with TVs, safes and Wi-Fi, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Upgraded rooms and suites add sitting areas. Select suites feature kitchenettes and butler service.
An upscale restaurant serves international cuisine, and a lounge offers lunch, afternoon tea and cocktails. Meeting and event space is available, and a fitness center includes a sauna and a steam room, plus a heated indoor pool and a hot tub.
