Quiet and comfortable with bar and restaurant on site ,also many other restaurants nearby.

Easy to get to location, friendly service. Found it limited on in-hotel dining, but then there is a variety of good restaurants if you are willing to take a little drive.

Location is great for the airport and the is ample parking (although there is a charge). The bayview rooms have a nice view of the water. Hotel has a restaurant and bar so no need to go out if you don't want to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The view is what I loved about this stay in the San Francisco Bay area.

Love it, even though it's an older hotel. Front desk was wonderful, loved the walking and running trail around the bay, and the executive lounge had great hors d'oeuvres.

Ordinary, nothing really special. Got the top floor standard room. The front desk when I check out was not very nice.

It's a Hilton~ great rooms, large, super comfy beds and quality service all around. Check in was quick, the hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff is knowledgable about local events, restaurants and entertainment in the area. Shuttles to and from SFO. Highly recommend.

Great location with nice walks nearby. Free local and airport shuttles. Complimentary breakfast is prety good but finishes too early at 9am weekdays. Good room rates for SF. Double beds are more like king singles and coffee is usual american tasteless dishwater. All in all still a great deal for families.

It's an okay hotel in need of some maintenance. No complimentary breakfast and charges $14 per day for parking that's ridiculous.

Great option for SFO. We had a beautiful Bay view. The executive lounge has breakfast, evening snacks and milk and cookies at night(!) Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are huge and the view is wonderful. My only complaint is the air conditioning in the room I had never really got the room cold. I woke up multiple times throughout the night due to that. I'm sure they would have fixed it had I said something, but I was tired and doesn't want to force myself awake. However, again, the hotel is immaculate.

Beautiful hotel with a nice view of the bay. We had access to the executive lounge which has breakfast, tea, coffee, appetizers and fresh cookies.

The pool was nice and warm and it is a very short drive from th airport.

Good hotel with scenic views, if you upgrade to executive room, you'll have access to the executive suite, potstickers and other excellent finger foods served, breakfast was terrific. Great service from staff!

There is an amazing running path right next door, and the hotel is quiet and pristine!

Tucked away. Like most hotels in the area, gets its share of traffic. Just need as to be refreshed.

Great staff great location very convenient great food in the restaurant downstairs and drinks overall made it very memorable

I stayed here for a morning flight out. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was comfortable with a nice view of the bay. The executive lounge was nice. The only negative was the tv remote wasn't working, I tried calling the guest services hotline a couple times, no one answered the phone. Not much of a hotline.

Nice view of the bay. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.
Property is a bit dated however the remodel is nice. Super great service from the front desk. There's a bar and restaurant if you like to unwind. Really close to San Francisco Airport. Room service was okay

Checked in early. Great room. Great service. Very clean. Excellent shuttle service downtown and to airport.

Hotel staffs are not helpful, they don't care customers' satisfaction. But hotel have a good view

Not downtown,but a great location at the airport. Neat,clean, needs a little updating in the halls,but overall good. Friendly staff.

Spent nearly a week here whilst travelling on business. Smelly room, never been ventilated, old decor that's needs a revamp, couldn't figure out what was biting me as I was getting spots on my skin in different places turned out there were bed bugs and awful food no matter what I had. Don't expect this from a Hilton at all. The Embassy Suites about 10 mins away by walk is much better

Helpful staff and good facilities. Jacuzzi was sadly broken on our visit however gym was good standard with enough equipment and indoor pool was also very good.

Burlingame trolley was really good and went to local town for food. Quality of food in hotel was also good.

We booked this hotel as part of our all American, state-to-state road trip and we were not impressed. Thought we'd be in the comforts of home, yaknow, being a Hilton and whatever. LOOK WHAT THOUGHT DID.

Nice hotel, but seriously over priced. We went to the Hilton Bay Front for a family vacation. We always stay at Hiltons. This was one of the nicest Hiltons we have ever stayed at but for the amount of money they charged us it felt like they were shaking us down for things- $35 a night for self parking, $10 for wifi- at $250 a night wifi should be free. The food was also high priced and just okay. They did a great job with up keep of the facility but they were cheap about the heated pool, towel changes- I felt a little ripped off. I wouldn't come back.

It was very nice. I was only there for one night but the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The room was very comfortable and got a great rate for a bayside room. Bar and restaurant were overpriced but not unusual for higher end hotels. Free shuttle to downtown and to the airport was reasonably available.

My family accompanied me on a business trip and this hotel turned it into a vacation. Food was excellent, service far exceeded my expectations. Tina went above and beyond to keep my two year old entertained and smiling.

It's basic - location is out there, which helps the price, but there's nothing fantastic. Bar is basic. Poke was decent. Bed is blah. Pillows suck. Price for this area is 4-star

The room was clean and spacious. It also had a nice view.

The hotel is conveniently located near SFO. The common areas including the bar have nice modern finishes. Service in the Hilton honors lounge is great. The rooms however are in major need of an update.

Everything was great. A little dirty. But good. We could have had them clean a little more but we were too tired to care.

Somewhat convenient to airport. A few stops by rickety and squeaky bus. Rooms are fine, but updates are surely needed. With some updates this is definitely a 5 star location.

Very nice hotel! Rooms are very nice and the beds are huge. Staff aren't that helpful really we had a flat tyre after leaving the hotel and the staff didn't seem to care one bit. But on the whole a good stay if only for one night.

I stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding. Everything was very disorganized in terms of hotel service (rooms weren't ready, my friends paid for an upgrade but upon arrival they didn't have any left, they lowered rates cheaper than the block, etc). Location was decent although it was sort of on a peninsula so hard to get to it. Rooms were fine.

Nice and neat. Quiet location. Not that far from airport. Also close to burligame downtown-about 6-8 min drive by car.
Indoor pool is not big, but good enough size to play with kids. Whirlpool was not in service when my family visited.

Beds are clean as far as I know, hot tubs been out of order for like a year now, (which doesn t matter because it s the size of 2 people total) pool smells incredibly chlorinated rooms are clean but suspicious at parts, THE AC IS SO FREAKING LOUD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Restaurant s pretty good

A great place to stay. Great customer service. The restaurant Fire | Vine also had friendly staff and the food was delicious.

A nice hotel with a gorgeous view. Staff is very helpful and friendly.. Central if you plan on visiting both San Francisco and/or silicon valley.

Free parking was nice, but it might just be because the machines were offline.

The shuttle will take you to SFO every twenty minutes...

Rooms are dated. They smell old and dusty. But other wise nice.

Convenient location from SFO airport, rooms could be a little more hair free. If your room adjoins another you will be able to hear everything going on in there. Airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes starting on the hour and is free. HH lounge on top floor. Gym is small but has everything, there is also a small indoor pool.
Restaurant and bar service can be slow at times, some of the staff seem a little unorganized.

First of all the hotel was overbooked for the convention that I went to I was supposed to be in there on a Wednesday night I didn't end up getting room until 3:54 a.m. I sat in the lobby they kept trying to go and get me to go to another hotel paying 250 plus a night I told them no I stood my ground they had enough people in and out of there from the airlines such as like the flight attendants and the captain's I knew that they would be leaving and I know that they have on site assistance to make things fine I kept asking if they had any cancellations how do you over book a hotel I ended up leaving a day early oh well

Clean, modern hotel with great service. They cater to the business traveler, which makes life a little easier. I'd stay again without hesitation.

Worn and badly in neat of a complete refurbishment. Surprised they keep this one branded as a Hilton.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is great, right next to Kincaid's American dining. Regular shuttles can take you to the burlingame downtown center. Hotel restaurant, windows on the bay, is excellent. Pricey but good.

Great view from the room watching planes land and takeoff throughout the day. Executive floor gets their own dining area with a Continental breakfast. Parking is ridiculously expensive at $20/night.

Nice rooms and locale didn't do much there but seemed nice.

Conveniently located for travel front San Francisco International Airport. We had a room with a view of the bay which was lovely. Burlingame is close to hotel availability during has great options for meals. I booked a stay fly and park package which offered covered self parking.

We were there for a bridal fair, and there were a total of about 10 vendors without much variation. We did not stay at the hotel, so this is just in regards to the event

Really expensive rooms with not a whole lot going on in them.

Not satisfied with the service. Though we're paying so much for room accommodation but still u guys are charging for water-the basic amenity??? U should at least give bottle water as complimentary. No complimentary breakfast too. R we paying this many bucks only for brand name.

Much more comfortable than expected. We did have issues with our parking pass everytime we left the parking garage though.

This is my second time staying at this location. The staff is friendly and the lobby is stylish. I stayed on the executive level and the lounge was a great place to hangout in. I would love to stay at this location in the near future.
