Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They did make a mistake on check in and check out due to not realizing it was a direct bill.

Hotel room was very out dated. Bathroom was not clean and I contacted the front desk to have a room switch, they switched timely. Only charge ports are in a unit below the TV.

Parking does cost if you chose to stay here.

My family and I stayed there last weekend. I booked through Hotwire and was so worried on the rooms assigned to us. Hotwire gave us 2 Deluxe rooms. But the helpful guy in the front desk upgraded our rooms to Bay view, free cot and in room wifi! My visitors' parking tickets were even validated. The rooms were clean. Free HBO. My 70 year old dad woke up not complaining of shoulder pain (which he always do), the beds were very comfortable. Excellent service. Thank you.

Shower was exceptional (good water pressure, good drainage, good shower head, good extended shower curtain rod and good shower curtain); pillows were puffy clouds for your head, enough outlets for electronics. Tip, get the $3 bottled water from your room instead of the $3 water from the gift shop in lobby.

The room was clean and well sized. I was a little disappointed with the lack of a mini fridge. The TV's where large and could be moved to face any part of the room. Really enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

The Hilton BayFront IS Extremely Accommodating, Patient, and Understanding catering to my needs first & foremost... Especially the Front Desk Manager when I experienced a discrepancy with my Wells Fargo Bank Debit Card for payment. He was utterly one in a million. He truly represents and defines the code of ethics from Hilton Exceptional Customer Service indeed. Thank You Hilton Team ...

Shower didn t drain properly, you d think they d check something so basic before turning over a room. Mold on shower curtain. Again easy to address or change. Overcharged on my stay and had to call to get that fixed so wasted time unnecessarily.

Parking costs around 20. The rooms are nice and clean, but slighty outdated (1990s walpaper), and the bathrooms are about the same as any other airport hilton (bearable). Would stay again for the price and airport shutte.

The first room we had smelled strongly of urine, so we had to switch rooms. Other than that, we had a great view of the bay, we were close to the airport, and the room was well designed. The beds were a little small, the A/C was loud, and the TV didn't allow you to change source (I was trying to watch Netflix on my computer via an HDMI cable). Overall, a so so experience.

Best price for a last minute booking, very nice interior, polite and helpful staff with a very quick check-in and quick clear answers to questions. Free shuttle to and from the airport every 20 minutes is nice as well

I have been going to this hotel for years as an airline crew and every time I go to their restaurant I always get this lady named Tina. She makes a difference to my meal. She makes sure that my food is prepared well and fast. She takes care of me like Im home. She is also very knowledgeable of the area and very proffesional. Thanks from Michelle

We used this hotel for the first part of our honeymoon. Parking was not free as was made to be believed by the amenities listing in the ad. Also there was no free wi-fi which even Motel 6 offers these days. Overall I wish we had shopped elsewhere instead of trusting the Hilton name to mean luxury.

Close to the airport with a convenient free shuttle service. Spacious and clean both the King Executive room and the bathroom equipped with linen and quality products. Very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast in the restaurant with a nice view of the bay. Fast and free Wi-Fi. Recommended.

Average hotel. Perhaps a touch outdated but it was clean and the TVs were nice and big. I feel like the area is not very convenient to get food at any restaurants close by but you can always use Uber Eats to get stuff delivered

In default room rate there is nothing complimentary - neither breakfast, nor even apples in a lobby. When you pay for breakfast you need to pay $2 extra for each cup of coffee...

But view to the bay and planes approaching to landing is really nice.

I love this hotel. For one thing, all the employees seem to give me a lot of respect. I don't think I've experienced this since ... well ... ever. The bad? Parking is full, and spa is nice, so it is often in use. Incidentals can add up if they don't comp you. But the view is pretty good, and price is even better for what you get. I would be happy to pay for the breakfast on the top floor even if it were not comped. I've used dozens of hotels from Mountain View to SF downtown, from 1 to 5 stars, and this is my favorite. THANK YOU!

Just FYI, even if you are a guest here, be prepared to pay EXTRA to park in their hotel parking lot. What an absolute joke. My company will no longer be doing business with Hilton. The hotel wasn't really that nice to begin with, dated rooms, sub-par service. You're better off saving money and staying at a Holliday Inn.

Decent hotel. It had a busy lobby with people walking up to the front desk to ask questions so my checkin took longer than normal. My room is a decent size with a comfy bed. The bathroom is ok as well. The air conditioning is very loud and annoying. Other than that it s a decent stay. It s cheaper (relatively speaking) than other properties and 5 miles from SFO.

Shuttle was a nightmare. Waited 40 minutes at the airport and it took 40 going back for a trip advertised as 20 minutes. Hotel was really good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was booked in a handicapped room although I don't have any disability. Loved the large shower, but found no place around the vanity to set my toiletries and most outlets were filled with in-room amenities (e.g., lamp & coffeemaker) so it was inconvenient to charge my devices.

Rooms are clean and large. I was there for a conference. The location is close to Burlingame, and the airport. Staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable firm but not too firm. Pillows are in my opinion the best I've slept on. Overall very happy with the stay. Note, it's not really walking distance to anything. Parking is 20 dollars a day.

This hotel lowered my opinion of the Hilton brand. The rooms looked like they were nice... in the 70s. Our first room smelled like burnt electrical and had outlets that physically spit out my phone charger with an audible hiss. At the front desk they didn t appeared surprised at all that our room did that. They upgraded our room to a higher floor that looked exactly the same. This room didn t smell as bad but only half the outlets in the room were functional so I had to unplug the clock to charge my phone. As a frequent traveler and HHonors member I expect more from this brand.

Stayed many times at this hotel. Good location, in bad need of some updates. Rooms are very Hilton Old Style. Given the great location, a little surprised Hilton hasn't invested more money in this hotel.

Great stay on the last couple nights of the book tour. Welcoming staff, comfy bed and a great shower. The bar downstairs had great food and the executive lounge had a great view and was a great place to get a little extra work done.

We reserved a 2 bed suite on the executive floor, the room itself was clean and modern. The view of the bay was wonderful, especially watching the planes land. Our kids loved it.

But the pillow top mattresses have no support at all. Just sitting on the mattress, it compresses at least half of the width of it.

Also, the bath tub is dated. It has pink tiles with dirty grout and the floor tiles doesn't match the decor of the suite. But we did like that the vanity sink was @ comfortable height.

Access to the executive lounge was worth it. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and there's several choices of hot and cold beverages. The continental breakfast was just as good.

The check in staff was pleasant and friendly. Also, parking is $20/day and valet is $25/ day, I believe. Other than the outdated bathroom and the mattress we would return.
