Hilton San Francisco Airport Review

This hotel is a wonderful hotel but people are a joke in general. We left out wallet in the lobby by accident and both currently serving in the military, so much on our head and when we go back to check on our stuff and the wallet wasn't there. We had 150$ cash in their and it was completely gone. Atleast the IDs and credit cards were laying on the table where we left it.
Great hotel in general, just to say someone needed that money more than us.

Great place to stay near San Francisco Airport. There is a parking garage and so there is plenty of parking. The hotel lobby was very nicely done. The staff was exceptionally nice. The room was very enjoyable. They have a shuttle to the airport that runs regularly. I would recommend this for anyone flying out of the airport.

Terrible experience checking in. The front if house staff ignored us for 30 min while checking in flight crew. It wasn't until we complained that he decided to actually help us get into our rooms. Terrible experience.

lovely view, near to a walkway and a pond, you can see flights taking off and going into the sky.

Amazing Bay view . guest service are okay and the hotel is old

My friend had a wedding in this hotel and it was pretty. Great for small wedding like 50 to 200 people

It took one hour to recover our bag from storage room. The friend of mine left for me half an hour ago. :)))))

Nice room, good service...with the exception of the lady that checked me in.

Rooms are dusty, not that great a place. Wouldn't recommend

It s just ok. Clean, spacious, adequate. You do have to pay for self park.

Rooms were old. Air was loud wall units. As a diamond member I didn't even get a full free breakfast. Room service also messed up my order.

It pays to be a Diamond member. Real Executive Lounge here.

Rooms are updated, but even on the 15th floor, still dealing with outside noises, so bring ear plugs. here on Business, 2 nights, and no complaints, except for the Fitness Room was under construction, but they made accommodations to drive you to another location to work out. A little off the beaten path to find ... make sure you have a GPS that is accurate...

There was no WiFi but the place was cozy and everything is tidu

Besides getting rudely woken up at 730am from a guy bringing towels that we requested 6 hrs before. But it was ok

Check in was exceptional. Breakfast eggs looked tired and the room decor seemed a little tired and dated. Comfortable and spacious room. Overall very pleasant

Glad to choose this hotel on our recent trip to SFO. Exceptional Room service. Great views of the bay. Great place to go on a morning stroll and watch the sunrise. For a minimum charge get an upgrade for the executive floor and enjoy great breakfast, evening snacks and cookies with a bay front view.

It's just an ok hotel. Maybe it was 4-stars 10 years ago. The room was neat, but the bathroom was pretty gross. Hairs left around the toilet etc, the bath tub was also moldy. We got a killer deal or we wouldn't have stayed here. Most likely won't be returning. The hotel staff was excellent, however.

The Hilton app now allows you to download a digital key to your room. That is a great perk. Parking is way too much and I feel should have been included in the price of an overnight stay but was not included. I was here for a wedding so they discounted 4 hours of parking but being a guest I felt it should have been free. The place is fairly small, one restaurant inside, 4 computers for you to use, more like a place to go in and out but not long bc the amenities are sparse

Clean, new looking rooms, but springy beds. Bathroom old

I went for the Jefferson high school prom. The hotel was very nice, there was plenty of parking and the staff was more than tolerant of us

To whom t may concern thank you for passing this along to the GM and Service mgr. I definitely want them to be aware of the situation especially because we were violated with regards to the service dog law and feel discriminated against when the host called us out in front of everyone( though other guests were taking their leftovers to their room and he did not ask for their room numbe) re taking our plates to the room and asking for our room number violating our privacy and sense of security. Unfortunately with our current family crisis we have to stay in a hotel and hoped for a more pleasant experience. Especially being we had to get a second room because more family came in. Though I am grateful you had the availability but being a diamond member and endured such disgusting treatment we were only given a 10.00 discount for the second room and a 30.00 discount if we have to stay another night was a bit disappointing and would like to bring that to the GM attention. Also the front desk tried to connnect us to housekeeping twice but n/a so rerouted to front desk asked for a roll away which I understand was not available to us since we had two beds in the room so asked for additional towels though we did not receive and the desk lamp is also not working.

Nice full service hotel. Above average breakfast buffet. Spendy, but this is the San Francisco area.

Hotel is far enough from the airport so you dont hear the jets all night.

I was only there for a couple of hours, so I unfortunately cannot really provide many details.

Had a work event here and really enjoyed the stay. Catering and hall were great and the rooms were nice. The rooms feel a little dated but still very comfortable.

The Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront Hotel looks amazing and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The room size is mediocre and the layout of the room is comforting. The only downside to this hotel is the pool area needs improving. The water in the pool is so chemically imbalanced that the water is foggy and the Hot tub needs an update to a model from this century. Other than that I would still highly recommend this hotel

The front desk folks are great especially Travis. He's always friendly and professional. I like the rooms at the Embassy Suites better than the Hilton but I do enjoy the Executive suite at the Hilton.

Great hotel near airport. Some really nice views of the water and arriving airplanes. Great service.

I had a wonderful time this morning at the Narcotics Anonymous men's breakfast with me and my sponsor and some of my friends real friends in the brother that came from New Jersey my hometown

Nice staff...great breakfast...Trolley to Burlingame shopping center is great. Clean and neat location...Will certainly stay here again.

Great location and convenient. Perfect for what we needed (overnight accommodation).

Spa not working. Bed stiff as can be and small. Bar is extremely spendy. Nothing for.breakfast nor even coffee for under $20 /person. Will not return to this one for the price.

Beautiful rooms with gorgeous views. Wish parking were free though.

I had an amazing stay! Thanks to Miss Rachel for her outstanding hospitality at the front desk and the rest of the staff from check in to check out. Amenities and location are awesome!

It was dirty, the bath tub drain was not working. The service was bad too, they did not dump the ice. They didn't replenish the coffee nor the cups.

Check-in was quick and easy. Bar had a good beer ans wine selection. Rooms were better than standard Hilton's.

The bar is open until 1 o'clock. A car is essential because there is nothing around

We have stayed here twice now. The first was for vacation and we did the stay and fly super convenient. This stay was for other reasons during COVID. We didn't really speak to the front desk but always like staying here on visits to S.F..

Room was downgraded without consultation and without warning by a supervisor. When this was resolved by the manager, the promised assistance from bellhop was a stubborn gentleman who was more interested in telling me what he wouldn't help with. Had to relocate my bags myself.

I love the Hotel location 7 minutes from the airport,the lounge food and service was great .
The hotel restaurant has a good menu, Jose Lemus bring the 5 start service to our table. The hotel back yard,was so relaxing .

The Hilton Hotel in Burlingame is a convenient hotel when you need a nice hotel that is close to SFO. The on-site resturaunt is okay. Although if it turns out not to be your preference, there are plenty choices to choose from within a short distance.

The service was good. The front desk people were friendly. They always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean and a good size. We did not eat at the restaurant but the food did look good. The room rate was very reasonable. Overall we had a good stay and there kids had fun.

Easy load in and the ballroom is absolutely beautiful. No complaints from a vendor!

Busy hotel, but not a busy feel. The hotel was full when I checked in and I still got relaxed, friendly service. Rooms are clean and fine for stay.

The rooms were spacious, a comfortable king sized bed and a 55" Samsung TV screen to boot with the room. Valet parking was half the price than most places in San Fransisco with the same amount of help you'd get from one more expensive. All in all a good stay in my book.

Location is far from downtown. Wifi drops you after 24 hours but the overall look and feel of the hotel is great.

An enjoyable stay. Room was fine. The sunrise view was great and the front desk staff was very kind.

Close to the airport, clean, comfortable rooms. Not super special, but nice.

Room was ok... clean...no complementary coffee besides the room coffee, no complimentary water... however, did hold the luggage for us and put rush on cleaning the room. Dinner was fabulous!!!!! All in all customer service was excellent. That's why I remain a Hilton member. Thank you

My experienced started a bit rocky with my last named spelled incorrectly (so I did not receive a confirmation) and half my reservation missing. However, the front desk staff was quite helpful and got everything squared away quickly.
Overall I had a positive experience and would return to this hotel.

Easy to access via shuttle, great price, clean rooms, comfortable beds, strong shower. Great views from top floors!
