Hotel was very clean and well appointed. Bar and restaurant open until midnight during the week, which is great for business travel. Room was very nice, quiet, and clean. Bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Facilities were a bit outdated but compensated by the view and location should you need to be close by to the airport. There is a bar and restaurant on-site making for an easy night in. Complimentary airport shuttle to and from airport.

Close to SFO with shuttle service to and from. Room was clean and service was fine. Did not have a mini fridge in my room, but there was a coffee/tea maker. Vending machine ($1.75) only takes credit card and many options were sold out. Besides the in-hotel restaurant and a nearby cafe, no short walking distance restaurants. But downtown Burlingame is only a couple miles away by car. If getting dropped off, Google maps seems to give directions to the backside parking lot rather than to the front side lobby area (look to turn at the big sign instead). There is also a shuttle stop out at the curb that goes to the Millbrae Caltrain station, among other stops. Didn't have a car, so this place worked for me.

Sometimes extreme price differences. For 100 the rooms are OK. Not great but ok. For 300 an absolute cheek. Every little thing costs extra.
The rooms are big but old-fashioned. The cleanliness is neglected.

Great hotel, although the parking situation is pretty irritating. The system of room keys and parking slips to get in and out of the garage is completely broken and needs attention. It is set up to force you to pay every time you need to leave the garage. Don't do this. Talk to the front desk and make arrangements. Staff is wonderful if you're not afraid to limp through conversations in limited English in some cases. Rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and very comfortable.

I normally love Hilton hotels. But this one nickel and dimes you. Set the price and include everything all other Hiltons do. But no. Breakfast? Gotta pay for that. Free coffee? No gotta pay for that. Parking $20 a night. Just be upfront and honest. I'll go elsewhere next time.
Update: they over charged me and then instead of resolving it they told me to call my bank and dispute the charge. Really?

Bit out dated. Check in was also painful. The lady couldn't understand why we didn't have a reservation for that day (given it had gone midnight). She then swiped my card for 50% more than I was expecting. I asked for a break down and she said "room rate + tax". When I asked for further clarification I eventually discovered there was a deposit taken. Which is fine - I just wanted to know. When we got to the room (the first stop on our honeymoon) we found we had twin beds! Too tired to go sort it we just accepted it. Check out was with the same cheerful lady

Hotel was decent with great staff but it appears to be more useful for proximity to SFO airport and cost per night compared to a downtown hotel. Just note that while it's absolutely fine in those respects it's on a bit of land overlooking the bay and flights coming in to the airport (BUT crucially was no issue with noise just lovely view).

There are a few restaurants around mostly in hotels. So expect to drive a bit to get downtown or to nearest clusters of restaurants. Not end of the world but just note it's a bit isolated for what you likely normally expect to see/do around a hotel. I did see that you could follow paths to walkways around the water and people walking and jogging along that for those interested in that aspect.

Looks can be deceiving. Within the drab and unremarkable exterior lies a modern hotel with plenty of amenities. I won't list all the pluses, it's nice. I appreciated the address power options to recharge my electronics. However, the usual plugs were terrible loose so that charging warts simply fell out instantly. Use the new ones beneath the TV, don't bother with the others. Good luck with your bathroom appliances.

When we pulled up to registration we were greeted by the Valet attendant who took care of after we registered(our car and luggage). First stop was the bar which has a nice modern look and feel. The drinks and food were awesome. The room did no disappoint. Beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. We slept like babies. Had room service for breakfast and it was amazing!! Thanks for an incredible stay!!

I always pick this particular Hilton, because it has an airport shuttle in a restaurant that stays open until 1 p.m. serving sandwiches on the light it's a very good place to end up after you flown from the east coast and you're hungry and you're cranky and you want some sleep. Room was very nice and clean. Lacked a refrigerator which was unusual given the quality of the room. Bathroom in room had a poor layout. Staff was very friendly. Great location near the airport with a shuttle. A huge problem my wife and I had with the hotel is that we got a free upgrade to the premium wifi but we could barely load a webpage on it. You generally have to pay for the premium wifi I wouldn't recommend ever doing that.

I was in town for a conference and was having some travel woes. I thought I was booked for that night at the Hilton, but I hadn't booked a room. The guy at the front desk (manager) was so nice to me. Helping me with the internet even though I thought I was booked at another hotel. I ended up booking a room for that night without reservation. It was a nice room. I was given access to the VIP lounge. Maybe they felt sorry for me :). It was nice. Great breakfast in the morning. Enjoyed my stay. The bartender even opened our own bottle of wine without charge. Everyone was laid back and friendly. This hotel was cheaper and way better than the hotel that our conference was at and I was booked for the rest of the time.

Stayed 2 night at the hotel , close to airport with free shuttle up and down . They have all the amenities with descent rooms . I used the gym , but it really needs some new machines . One treadmill was not working and the other one was shaking . I guess they need to check other hotels around the area to keep up with the competition

Airport location with convenient airport shuttle. Trolley stops at hotel and will take you to Burlingame. Nice walking trail on water side of the property. Rooms are slightly dated, but clean and comfortable.

Very nice Hilton located in a safe place with walking paths along the Bay. Even though it is close to the airport, it is still quiet with little noise. Pet friendly as well with a little glass jar full of doggie treats near the front desk. Airport shuttle runs reliably every 20 mins.

Older hotel but adequate. Medium quality food, slightly overpriced for the quality. Basic everything, including customer service. Nothing real bad and certainly nothing real good. I would say a $90 to $109 a night value. I paid $150 not worth it. Would not do again!

The rooms were ok, but the check-in was a bad experience...
1. A few minutes waiting time - ok
2. The room door does not open and there is someone else in the room!
3. Back at reception, again waiting, then going through the whole process again (every single question, passport ...)
In total approx. 40 Minutes
Shuttle Service in the morning was a complicated zick-zack drive.
In total, over priced hotel.

Clean hotel, but probably could use a facelift. The reality is that hotels near SF or SFO are typically a bit aged though. This fits the mold... If I could, I would give this Hilton a 3.5 star review, being that it is better than a 3.0 star, but not quite a 4.0 star.

The location is a little bit inconvenient. But there is a nice trail along the bay which is good.for a walk. The room layout could be better. Indoor Pool and hot tub is nice, but I didn't feel the water quality is good. The parking is extra, but your have in/out privilege with your room key.

Location near the airport (less than 5 mins away). The lobby and restaurant looks like they have been remodeled unlike their rooms. The rooms were clean but very outdated. The decor of the rooms reminded of rooms you would find on a cruise. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is the worst Hilton location I ve ever stayed at. I feel like the pictures are pretty misleading, because my room and hotel itself is very dated. My experience stated off poorly when I paid for parking and then my key wouldn t open the parking gate. I went in and the staff remade my key, but it still doesn t open the gate. I have to hit the call button to get in an out. Then, the elevator from the parking garage made a grinding noise at it ascended one floor. It didn t seem safe. The toiled in the room has a loose handle that is hard to flush. Finally, the air conditioner in my room make a loud rattling noise all night.
I will say that so far the staff has been very friendly, so the staff isn t the problem. The facilities need to be updated badly.

Stayed here for quick in/out of SFO for work on weekend of 09/07. Hotel provided transportation was ready at the airport, that was much appreciated. The reason for my rating is the rooms and furniture are little dated for Hilton property. However; that is made up by above & beyond service that is provided by the staff at all times. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms had seal of being cleaned (see picture), and they had plenty cleaning wipes provided by the hotel in the room.
