COME ON NOW, PLACE IS NOTHING BUT AWESOMENESS, GROOD CLAM CHOWDER! PERFECT PLACE TO ENTERTAIN YOUR SPOUSE OR JUST MEET WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
Convenient location, good view, friendly staff, easy parking
Had some trouble with parking but the staff was friendly enought to help remedy the problem

That moment when a bunch of people walk in behind you and try you..... A airline crew talking about they are from the East Coast, the desk rep said. "all they have to do is sign" I'm looking like, I'm a diamond member with a card on file all you got to do is give me my key..... I don't have to sign and in most cases I rarely show my ID.
But hey, she paused, got my key accordingly, and then helped the next guest.
But it was annoying that I had to speak up so I was not disrespected, and served out of order.
Standard room for a Hilton. Bed is ok. Bathroom is clean. Room is clean. It meets the need for one night.
Great views of the bay. Executive lounge was better than many. Nice walking path outside the hotel by the bay. Nice fitness facility as well.
This hotel is so old and outdated that it s just dirty. I feel like I m staying at the hotel from burning inferno and hasn t been updated. Mattresses are awful. I am shocked this is a Hilton
King beds that are very comfortable and large TV in the room. Shuttle to the hotel from the airport leaves something to be desired, we waited for 39 mins and one never showed up so we had to take a taxi.
Beautiful location by the waters. Convenient for stays with quick access to the airport
Service here is good which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. I checked into my room and there were underwear hanging in the shower!! How could they have possibly cleaned the room??? So nasty
I would definitely go back. Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at while visiting San Francisco and very close driving distance from At&T stadium. Nice staff, clean rooms and the food was delicious.
Half the staff doesn t speak English. Rude and unapologetic. Can t get things right. Expected of a motel, not an established hotel!
I've stayed here several times over the years but lately I feel like this a great hotel struggling to recapture the glory of its past! Renovating a dining room cannot be used as a panacea for inadequate service, especially if you have a reputable brand image to protect!
I will return once more after the works are completed but not before... :-\
They cancelled our reservation to rent our room for more money.
I was forced to stay here due to no vacancy in another preferred location and a 6AM flight necessitated my proximity to SFO. The HVAC unit was so loud all night, I never went to sleep. When I complained they asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" Whoa... Let's start with 15K in points credited to my account and follow that with a fix! Duh!
An overnight before an early morning flight. Comfortable, great rates for a room and long term parking. Staff is friendly and helpful and a great place to unwind.
Nice view, room was small, food in restaurant was good but $$. Service was excellent!
Four stars could easily be five if they put refrigerators and microwaves in their rooms. Aside from that, the website boasts about the views. Our view was the roof top of a lower, attached building with a lot of vents. All of it looked like it was covered with tar. Beyond that, a beautiful view of the bay. I would stay here again.
I attended an event for a little over 100 people this week and thought the room and table set up was nice. Plates and silverware were nice and new.
The servers were diligent and quiet, but the food they delivered was not up to Hilton standards, could it have been? We were given a thin cut of tough and chewy flank steak, a square piece of salmon (I didn't try), three hard asparagus and 1 uncooked carrot. It was not cool. The cheesecake dessert was delicious. Not up to par overall.
The hotel is located near the airport, but the shuttle bus is rare. The rooms are the best aspect of the world hotel, the service is nice but it is clear that they want your money.
Okay service, room was clean but very outdated hotel.
Clean, friendly and comfortable. 15 mins on the shuttle from the airport which has Bart (rapid transit) connections to downtown San Francisco (1hr).
Food was nice. The room also looks good, clean and cozy. Plus we can get to fitness room and swimming pool. Really cool.
Fantastic place for airline crew to get a discount when forced to stay in a hotel
Employees were very polite and courteous. Banquet space was clean, tables were well placed and provided ample room between them. Furniture was comfortable and food was delicious.
Located close to the airport. You can eat and drink until the small hours of the night. Spacious room and a bit outdated shower.
Overall the hotel was decent. The rooms were not as fancy as they have pictured, and they did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The bathrooms are in need of an update. The beds were very soft with down pillows, so that was nice. Also, the front desk rep was never there. When we first checked in, we had to wait for someone to come out of the back, then I went down asking for a couple of things and I had to get the security guard to help me because I guess the front desk person was in the back... again. Then, when I checked out, there was nobody there. So I ended up just leaving without telling them I was checking out. So those are the reasons for the 3 stars.
Clean. Cool views. Parking situation isn't great, you may have to pay for parking even though you booked a room.
Great location for those flying out of San Francisco, but if you plan on visiting the city their are other options that are more convenient for tourism. The staff are great, but the rooms could use some updating.
Clean room and my ocean view is awesome. The room is exactly what I expect from a Hilton and is closer to the airport but not loud.
The room is very old, there is smell, the room is not clean.
Oh how I wish I had more time to spend here. There is a beautiful trail right on the water to walk, ride a bike or just sit and have coffee. Friendly staff, clean and a very comfy bed made for a great stay. Also enjoy the free shuttle to the airport but be sure to leave enough time as they do make numerous stops at other hotels to pick up folks.
Room without a microwave and refrigerator wasn't expecting that from a four star hotel.
These guys really bend over backwards to help their customers.
Excellent hotel. The service price ratio is very good
Just keep in mind that the Room service is not 24 hours
Very friendly and warm staff
This hotel is amazing the staff was very helpful we stayed on the executive level and it was a great experience would definitely recommend to anyone that it looking for a great experience!
Customer service is 5-star!! Everyone is so friendly & helpful
A hotel near the airport.
An expensive last night. The famous hidden fees! An accommodation tax of $ 150 is charged for one night at $ 100. Wonderful! Pay attention to the hidden fees on the reservation sites ... Yes, we booked directly on the Hilton site! hahahaha! Unbelievable. So I wouldn't say anything about the hotel ...
The customer service is outstanding, the beds were very comfy! The room was clean.
Nice hotel with restaurant and regular events for guests. Small store that offers espresso drinks near front check in.
It's a blah hotel. Nothing special. Nothing wrong with it. Just boring with no personality.
The location is amazing with well maintained and modern rooms. Great restaurant on the first floor, nice and ample parking, and conveniently close to the airport. They have nice rates as well.
Great room, clean quiet, and friendly staff. Used Hilton honors app.
The entire staff was very welcoming. The hotel and rooms were very very clean! Their breakfast was excellent every morning
This is a nice Hilton that's convenient to San Francisco International Airport. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it has always been clean.
Nice staff, comfy beds, bathrooms could use an update but overall a fine stay
I would not recommend this Hotel. Do not stay here. The first night I slept here I woke up with bug bites. The room was super dirty there was dust on the coffee maker and the lamps. We asked from our room to be cleaned several times and no one showed up. This hotels staff is not friendly at all.
Very dog friendly! Chowder gets free treats, affection and warm welcomes from staff. Unfortunately, they've never given him a free room! Lol! Great place to stay with your pets.
Checking in they tried to charge me for 3x the rate I booked. Our event organizer negotiated a lower parking rate and they walked it back once we were there. The window leaked air like crazy. The thermostat was heating and cooling so if you turned it down after making the room warm it would turn the AC on. The thermostat was also motion sensing so you'd get back to your room and it would be freezing. The toilet paper was in a weird spot to reach from the toilet. The shower was pretty skinny and had the handicap bar sticking out so you'd always bump it while showering. The pull up bar had the texture of a cheese grater. Nice location though, good for walking along the bay. Bay view doesn't actually mean bay view though. There are no windows on the north (bay facing) side of the hotel. It was fine for $100 a night, not worth much more than that.
Enjoyed my quick stay. Ask for a room with a view you won't regret it!
Another noisy airport hotel. Runway noise, construction vehicles backing up and beeping all morning. Nice view and convenient but not worth the noise pollution.
Great rooms, service, and bar. Great location, too! Airport shuttle was convenient.
Nice chicken wings in the bar. Remember to put do not disturb sign on if you don't want to be walked by the housekeeper at 8am.
standard airport hotel...most people who stay here either have vouchers from their airline for a cancelled flight or are flight attendants on an overnight layover.
This place is one of the dirtiest places i have ever been,, my wife found hair in the tub and the toilet had some disgusting stains. I end up leaving this place the moment i step into the room and saw all this, even the carpet smell bad. Ask when was the last time they did a renovation and they will tell you 10 years ago. I end up paying half a day and didnt care to loose money. Thats how bad it was and i have travel many places in the world. By the way this is the first time i leave a bad review in my life.
Came as an evacuee from the fires in Santa Rosa. Loved the rooms everything was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
Great location 5 min from the airport. Also good views of arriving airplanes over the bay.
Have an early start tomorrow (Sun 29th April) so in bed early but not going to get any sleep to soon in room 425 as there is a wedding on and the music is thump thump thump. Reception tell me it will go on until midnight and they said they would see if they had another room but we are already in bed and we would have to pack all our bags (6). We have already been here 2 nights and the hotel must have known this noise would be a potential problem to guests on lower floors and should have had the foresight to put us in a room away from the wedding venue. This is our 4th Hilton in a week ( just made Diamond status again with Hilton Honours) and another on Monday. Will be speaking to the Manager tomorrow about it. Such a shame as in every other way the hotel is very good. Great staff.
Will post an update
Solomon working the front desk was awesome! The staff is so friendly and hotel is beautiful
They gave our room away and gave us the executive room.
Best experience, wonderful customer service it wasn't our first time there, and it won't be our last very nice and clean as always.
Food was excellent but our $400 a night room was just above a Motel 6. Room was small and the bathroom surprisingly did not have a counter to place our toothpasre, etc on. Instead a metal cart, like a small food cart, was parked in a corner. The room appeared clean though and staff was really friendly.
The view from the airport is really nice if facing the water and it's pretty close, however, there are a few things people should know:
* If you're a Gold or higher member, make sure they don't charge you for breakfast. I was charged twice and had to get it reversed. If I hadn't asked, they would have happily billed me.
* There is quite a bit of noise from airplane engines, so if you're a light sleeper, it may disturb you.
* There's currently construction on the road outside the hotel that starts at 6:30am and again may wake you if you're a light sleeper
* Pool is fairly small
* Restaurant food is subpar at best. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and essentially got a grilled cheese sandwich with two or three super small squares of chicken.
* The bar isn't much better either. Stick to beer if possible.
Professional catering and venue for a late night wedding. Bathrooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff served us efficiently and made the whole event run smoothly.
Great location
Efficient
Need renovation
Food very basic ... no reason to eat here other than convenience
Went to an award ceremony here. For an old hotel, its well kept and the conference room was large. Even the food was above average.
When parking at Burlingame Airport Parking lot, make sure to pay at the Hilton before getting your car out.
Fantastic room, customer service and amenities. The breakfast was great, the employees were beyond amazing and helpful, and the room was really very nice. I can't say enough about how wonderful this visit was. Now I know why my best friend always goes to the Hilton.
Attended a business workshop at the Hilton SF Airport Bayfront. The hall was nice and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast provided to attendees was very good.
Nice hotel and good price if your needing to stay close to SFO. They also offered airport parking and shuttle which was nice
