MY GOD DAUGHTER WEEKEND!
Were do i begin . i was told by her that weekend was great except that her expectations were not met. she was very upset about the lack of communication and how they just dropped the ball every turned,. though she had a nice room and the cost situation was sorted out she still felt like they did not care. even after she express her ]frustrations. this was supposed to be a fun weekend that tuned south fast! however, after several attempts and some conversations with manager all of was taken care for her. will she stay there again or recommend maybe not!
she also a diamond member!!!!

This was a nice room, but there were some problems. The printer didn't work in the office center. The A/V jacks didn't work in the room, nor did the coffee maker. And they charged me extra for a room with a "bay view", which I could kind of see to the right of the huge parking lot. I had no problem with the facility itself, just thought that for $175 a night, these problems shouldn't exist.

Great location, beautiful view and sub par maintenance

Hotel is very nice and clean. Room view of bay was very nice and provided a great view of the sunrise.

The hot water in my room didn't work very well and made for a colder shower in the evening, but I noticed the hot water was working fine in the morning. I didn't call since I was tired and just needed to sleep.

It is nice to have a restaurant in the hotel, although I didn't eat here the menu looked good.

I attended a seminar and the organizers had to get the room set-up again and ask for more food for the attendees.

Friendly staff, perfectly serviceable rooms and absolutely pathetic internet are the memorable parts of this hotel. If you are going here for work; don't even bother unless you have a fetish for 1996 tier dialup internet masquerading as as modern wifi.

Freezing cold bathroom in January. Every time the heater cycles on it sounds like the deafening roar of a jet engine and wakes you up.

Very pleased with our stay here. Our flight home was canceled with the next one available in 24 hours. This hotel found us a room at very competitive prices for my family. The food downstairs was a little pricey, but cooked very well. Even my daughter's hamburger looked like something I would order (though maybe with some lettuce, onions and tomatos). The room was quiet, we had plenty of help from the staff with all of our luggage and they held our bags for us after we checked out so that we could explore the city a little. Fabulous stay. We'll stay there again if we can

Excellent location near SFO and about 3 miles of walking trails overlooking the bay. Rooms are tidy and spacious. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Had a very cozy stay. Pet friendly, will keep in mind for next time. Excellent service and extremely helpful.

Stay here all the time for work. Its nice walking in and the views from the room is usually amazing. Rooms are nice and spacious. Only drawback is that when getting picked up by the shuttle at the airport, it takes forever and they always seem to have to stop for gas which is annoying.

I went here since they have airport parking. It states in the directions to go to the Hilton first. The front desk was polite and let me know that I just needed to park wherever.

Great service for all the staff. The breakfast carb cakes Benedict was amazing. Great room, clean, the bed was a little hard, but the pillows were like being surrounded by clouds. Had a great sleep. Will definitely come back.

Comfortable room but dated in appearance and function. Bathroom tile floor grout really needed steam cleaned. Some of the cable TV signals were lacking in clarity. The staff are polite and helpful. Located close to the airport, the location is a plus, but expect traffic delays trying to get anywhere else.

This hotel got a 4 stars! How? I don't know! 3 stars at best. It's not clean, yet not too dirty and not well kept.

Money machine, no service. Paid 135 dollars for one Night with Bay view and breakfist for 2. When we arrived we realised I booked 10th May instead of 9, so we asked to get the date updated. They wouldn t help us out at all , No Money back and No change . And because it s different Price every Day, we had to pay 180$!! more for tonight with NO Bay view and NO breakfist!! Minimale service . They could let me pay the dif . or at least say we already paid for breakfist so that was included, who cares what Day it is, breakfist is breakfist . Even had to wait 35 minuts to be told they could t help us, because the college who could help, was having his lunchbreak ...

My room was booked for the day before I intended it to be booked somehow the date switches back the the day I was looking the room instead of the next day like I wanted so I wasn't able to check in cause I wasn't in town yet this joke of a place wouldn't let me have my money back they wouldn't let me get the room for the day I actually needed it for even though I never used or even checked into the room I booked I had to sleep in my car in the rain with a baby cause this place is so struggling for money they had to steal mine and I couldn't afford a room thanks u classy place thank u so much for being cold hearted selfish thieves

Cleanliness, excellent service always taking care of customers. Will be glady to reserve again in a near future.

The conference room was adequately large. The food service was outstanding.

Actually a really nice visit even though the decor is a bit dated the value was good and the staff was great.

The staff was great. We were really surprised at the level of service at this hotel. The front desk, bellman and restaurant staff were attentive and went out of their way to provide assistance. We also were able to get an upgraded suite on the executive floor and it was MASSIVE!

This is a nice hotel for the money. Great view of the Bay and decent room service. Close to the airport and clean.

Good place to stay for an early morning Flight. The food is okay in the restaurant. Clean modern rooms, good Internet.

This is a nice hotel just south of SFO. If you are a runner or enjoy a nice walk, my favorite feature is the trail that goes along the bay. From here you can watch planes land and take off, see birds hunting for lunch along the shore, and get some fresh air before you head back to the terminal.

Really enjoyed the stay there. I got free upgrade also. The executive lunge breakfast was awesome.

Nice accommodations, close to the airport for our flight home tomorrow. The room is very clean and spacious.

The facilities were very clean and people were friendly.

I checked in on July 6- July 7 at Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront. I chosen this hotel to give my mom the best visit before she leave USA. I am very disappointed of the room that it was provided for me ROOM 621. The room was really dirty and disgusting. I see hairs in the bathroom, the bedsheets is not properly fold. I did not want to put my luggage in the floors. The breakfast not so much selection but it does not matter to me except the coffee that is not hot. I hope this hotel will give more training to the employees.

Good location for the airport and thats about where the good parts end. Getting run down like a lot of Hilton s that use to be my favorite. Don't care for the food there either.

Not sure why people rate this place low comparing it to a motel. You guys must be used to staying at places like Ritz Carlton or something. I've been to motel 8s and such driving cross country and it was so much worse. Reading the reviews I was really afraid I made a mistake reserving a few days here. Upon arriving their entire system was down so that made me even more concerned. However, later during the day the systems were working and everything went great after that. We checked in got lounge access for being gold.. very few places I've been that does that due to breakfast being served in the lounge. Hotel room was great we had a nice view out to the bay. Monday is apparently trash day around that area so there was some clanking during some point in the morning but we were long awake by then. Everything was clean besides a few scuff marks on the wall by the entrance but you find that anywhere. Parking was underground and they had a special running for 14 per day. Nicely spaced spots there was no fear of bumping into other cars when opening and closing doors. Service during the breakfast hours in terms of cleaning tables can be a little slow but during hor d'oeuvres the service was beyond fantastic! Also, if you need a quick fix of clam chowder give their restaurant a try. It's actually rather good and I say this after having 4 different clam chowders at the wharf. So why the 4 stars you ask? Well 1/2 star due to their system being down for over an hour and 1/2 for their TV controller not working for volume or channel. They did have a way to connect your phone to control the TV though so everything ended up okay.

Close to the airport, the environment is comfortable, the service is friendly~

Nothing extravagant. The room ticked all the boxes of what I look for in an airport hotel. Also, there are so many outlets. These guys dont skimp on the available outlets.

Stayed here twice within a week and it was good. They do charge extra for breakfast, parking and water if you booked on a travel site

It was an ok stay, but hotel is definitely quite dated. For the price there are much nicer hotels in better locations to stay at while in San Francisco. Also my room didn't seem the cleanest, there was dust around places in the room that let you know the rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. I was so happy I only stayed one night. Also it was hard for my Uber's to find it due to the road construction blocking the main entrance of the hotel.

Beautiful location by the bay, very clean rooms, excellent service. Parking is not included.

I came by shuttle bus from "Hotel Shittle" of San Francisco International Airport. Hotel private shuttle. When I got off the shuttle and the driver took down the package, I gave him a $ 2 tip (one package). It is unclear whether the amount was appropriate. Because I could work, I could not take a walk around this time. Stay in King Deluxe room, spacious and comfortable. I think the bed isn't bad, but my back hurts if I didn't fit myself. The amenities are Hilton's grade quality and quality, but there is no toothpaste or bathrobe, slippers, fridge and safe. There were few outlets. There is no USB port. It looks like the United States generally looks like, but because the toilet is not a shower toilet, it was correct to have a portable one. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on the lobby level. The buffet menu was full of fruit, soy milk and yogurt were also available, and I was happy because there were more meat in the United States. Small but fitness gym pool is on the second floor. I did not use it because I did not bring shoes etc. Sorry.

It is a nice hotel near the airport and a good distance between San Jose and San Francisco. The rooms are nice, despite being a little dated. They were very accommodating and validated the parking of a few guest that visited me in the hotel.

This is a great option to stay near San Francisco when the rates are too high to stay in the City (such as during Fleet Week). You can drive in (15 mins) or park at the Millbrae station and train in.

Very nicely appointed hotel for being near an airport. We appreciated being able to do the stay and fly package where we spent one night then left our car in the hotel garage until we returned from Mexico five nights later.

Very nice common areas. Well decorated and maintained. Bar/grill staff were attentive and timely. Food was very good. Room has a lot of outlets for plugging in all your gadgets. Bathrooms tile looks dated. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were clean.

Location is convenient. Room temperature is not controlled very well, sometimes is too cold and sometimes is too hot. Food is ok.
